Went into dealership and once again. My expectations are always high with positive energy and politeness here ...so I had a light go on on my way home from work and dealership is on my way . I knew they were closing up soon but just wanted wanted ask if anything they can see just for a second of I can continue driving.. out comes Louis DelBalzo from service without hesitation . Says Just come in shop. He will take a look at it.. fixed my issue and even said come back 2morrow morning if light goes back on just come right in we will check it out for you. Mind you they are closing up. Always a pleasure to come here....

Lou and the team are great.Our driver side window motor was damaged. Lou was able to clear it under warranty, and the deliver back the car in a timely manner (with a courtesy wash). A loaner was provided.Most importantly, Lou kept his word on timing. He was intuitive to my (the clients) needs and made it happen. Stress Free

I drive a Ford Explorer which I didnt buy from Biener as it is a work car. The company purchased the car from a different dealership. I recently had two issues with the car in the last month or so and the service was exceptional. The first issue happened on a Saturday when the service center was closed and Anthony, the supervisor at the time fixed the problem in under 20-minutes. The next issue was more serious (breaks and axel) and they fit me in and fixed the issues on the same day. Again, Anthony came through for me.Ive worked in and around Customer Service my whole career and the service Anthony provided was world class. I live no where near the dealership but I am happy to travel 45+ minutes just for the service.

I was a first time customer to use this location for service, recently moved into area. I thought that I made apt in app on my iPhone and wanted to confirm that so I called and as it turns out I didn’t but they turned around and I ended up with the apt I thought I had. I arrived at 8:00. was greeted by technician he took vehicle and told me where to check in. It took about 2 minutes and was shown to a very nice waiting room with coffee, bagels and TV. It did take about an hour and half but don’t even seem like it.People were very pleasant and I’ll be using their service again.

Terrible customer service (Jeremy) and terrible place! Took my deposit money for a car I signed a contract for and never gave me the car. Waited 12 months and still have not received my deposit back. All they say is that there was an error made and are trying to solve the issue but still cannot return my money. Please save your time and money from this bootleg horrible place.

Be very wary of making a reservation to have your Ford serviced here. This is the 3rd time we are told they cant give us the car back until the following day. This notification always is communicated late in the afternoon even though the car was left there before 9AM or even 7AM.This time the reason given was that they had a carryover from the previous day so they did not even have a chance to look over the car problem.The previous time it was because they could not get a part until the following day. But that was hours after they told me what parts were needed and their cost. There is apparently no coordination between inventory and the service order dept.The first time, the car was also held over because they did not have the necessary part.All 3 instances happened within a period of 6 months in 2021.So I would not recommend having a car serviced here if you need it back the same day. None of the repairs were major.

Had a few issues with my 2020 Mustang that needed attention. Nothing big, just a few little annoyances. Making the appointment was easy and I arrived on time. Louis, the gent in the service department, took notes and the long story short is that everything was taken care off within a couple of hours. Oh yes... the waiting area is quite nice with speedy wi-fi, ample work area, free coffee and a big bowl of bagels.

Walked in trying to finance a new vehicle i had a trade that had a $12,000 positive equity, i was also given them a $8000 down payment for the vehicle. I was willing to go through with the deal but i didnt numbers and i was paying way to much money and found out i was paying around $15,000 over. I canceled the deal and asked my sales man about the deposite i left and he never responded back. I gave the dealership almost a month to see if i would get it back never did and i had to call my bank dispute the charge. Never given Biener ford my business

Beware of this business! They have no clue how to give accurate or even close to accurate estimates! Dont be surprised if you end up paying nearly $2,000 more than what the salesman says to make the check out for even if he makes it sound like his estimate is on the high side (he said hell refund the extra)!?! And by the way, all of that $2,000 plus some, were ridiculous fees from the company that should have been included in the listed selling price! Will not be purchasing from this company again!

Called to confirm a vehicle availability, indicated interest and was willing to close a deal, and told them I was going to drive 2.5 hours to do a test drive and close a deal.They wait until we sit down post test drive to tell us theres a $3000 markup.Waste of time and money, most scum tactics Ive ever seen. I got the new 2020 mustang from NJ dealer. Camera broke after two hours I drove off the lot. I found the nearby dealership which is Bieber Ford. This dealership is nice and clean. Louis is very friendly and professional. He help me went through everything, I finally got my camera fixed. Highly recommend this dealership. I love it.

I NEVER write reviews, especially bad ones, but this was hands down one of the worst situations I’ve ever been in. I hope I can spare someone else the trouble I went through! I confirmed the price and availability of a minivan Wednesday 3/21. I had spoken to Michelle via email and then called her to let her know I was going to come in that same day even though it was very difficult, because I didn’t want to lose the car. I called to triple check the car was still there and that there was nothing wrong with it and said word for word that I was driving over 2 hours away and I wanted to make sure there would not be any issues and that we would be able to leave with the car because this was a long trip for me with two little kids, plus I took my grandfather with me to have someone to drive my other car home. I wasn’t going there to just look around. I made it clear I was traveling 2+ hours to purchase and leave with a specific car. It was by appointment only so I had an appointment. When I got there I was greeted with “do you have an appointment?” Not a hello, no one was friendly. Then after we said we had an appointment with David, they told us to go sit in a cold room and said they didn’t know when David would be available because he was with a customer. (I thought that’s why we made an appointment? Apparently appointments aren’t important to them they just take whoever they can fast so they can just make their money.) they don’t apologize for the wait or anything at all... Finally they have a guy named Kit show us the car and he just stands there and doesn’t say anything at all. Doesn’t open the doors, nothing. It seemed strange. We decide we want to test drive the car and he disappears for 10 minutes and then comes back with the plates and says “actually I don’t know if you can test drive it anymore because someone else just bought it”... what do you mean you don’t know? And when I asked Kit why he still showed us the car knowing someone else was purchasing it he informed me “the other guy was deciding” so clearly they used us as a sketchy sales tactic. They said Neil sold the car... They could have let me know that there was another customer with an appointment for the same exact car when I called to confirm and explained my situation that I was coming from over 2 hours away or if they didn’t know till after they could have scheduled the other customer for an appointment after us if we didn’t buy it for some reason. Or they could have just called me and let me know someone else was about to buy it before I got there with my infant and toddler after a 2.5 hour drive! Of course afterwards they inform me that I can look at their other inventory. I’m sure that was the plan all along and that’s why they didn’t tell me there was someone else interested in the car. I was so upset and cannot believe the morals of some people. I can’t believe money can really make people so mean and savage like just for a sale. It’s crazy how they just forget about a persons life and circumstances all to make a dime. Awful customer service. Really terrible and disappointing.

I want to test drive the car they said they couldnt find the car and want me to come on Monday.I went there while I was waiting the car they said the price was chanced and new price was 31.895. I almost agreed on Friday everything just waiting for test drive.They know I like and decide the car thats why they increase the price. Also when I asked the guy we have agreed . Badly run business and zero respect for customers time. Van is under warranty and A/C not working in dead heat of summer. Was just told that we had to wait for a week for diagnostics. I just dont get what would cause a week-long delay for diagnostics. Just replace the compressor, as simple as that. Only explanation is they are lazy and greedy.

A bit late with the review but the result is the same. I took my used 2017 Expedition EL that I purchased from Beiner back for service. Two weeks after I picked it up, the front brakes started vibrating. Scheduled an appointment within a week (unlike two weeks to a month at other dealers) and was greeted nicely by both the guy that check me in and David Mitchnick who was my service advisor. Told him what was wrong, they provided a Lyft back to my home, fixed the issue without a question and provided a Lyft back to the dealer. Great service. Great price on the vehicle when I purchased. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. By the way, when I purchased the vehicle, Danny Lin was attentive and knowledgeable. Even after I left the lot with the vehicle he had no problem sending the correct CarFax for the truck three weeks later when I requested it. Most sales guys dont want to hear from you after the sale. All around a great dealership.

Lying bunch of people here. I called on a vehicle on a Friday to ensure it was available. Spoke with two people who confirmed it was available. They sent me pictures of the vehicle and everything. I live 2 hours away, and am looking for a specific vehicle with certain options. I called against at 5:45 pm on Friday night knowing they close at 6 to make sure someone didnt come in last minute and buy the truck. They confirmed still available. I made an appointment for 9am, because thats when they open and I didnt want anyone getting there before me. Salesman was 40 minutes late. When I arrive, I tell the receptionist what vehicle I was there for an another salesman says, I sold that truck on Wednesday! So now I wasted my entire day with a 4 hour round trip drive, because they lied. Only good thing is the manager filled my tank for me. They wanted to try the bait and switch which might for a lot of people but not when i need something specific. I dont recommend!

As I pulled up, everyone in the service department was masked, all the surfaces were clean, and people adhered to the distance guidelines inside. They took my car right away (I was early for my appointment). Staff was friendly and didnt try to up-sell me on additional, unnecessary services. Have you ever dealt with people at any job that should be providing customer service and all they provide is their presence instead of actually providing satisfactory customer service? Read on to find out more please!To provide context, the actual buyer was not physically present and I as the son of the buyer has proper documents to be authorized to purchase another family vehicle. Dad works and lives almost 500 miles away. First, I was rejected with a strict no as in I cant buy if buyer isnt present. Then I spoke to one of the managers about the situation because we were hungry to make the purchase and be ready to make a deal because the prices were perfect too. We had documents stating that I, the son of the buyer, am authorized to sign and bring the vehicle home. These documents were notarized as well. According to one of the managers, this was not working because I understand that this is potentially an identity theft or a fraudulent purchase. I was trying to come up with multiple solutions to basically make the deal happen today. However, the response was still a strict no because one of the managers (the same manager) barely provided any room for the customer to work with. Again I get it and I understand for fraudulent purposes and identity theft purposes. The buyer, my father, is willing to be on call via facetime and the response was still no. In addition, the buyer is not literate in English at all, so he would be present for the sake of being here. Then I had told the manager that the buyer would be present the day after for a loan interview from the bank. Its a 10-15 minute job. The manager I spoke to responded with I live an hour and a half out east and it is my only day off so can we do another time?Prior to coming in, I had spoken to the salesman about the deal and prices and proper documents. I understand that things may have come up and there may have been miscommunication about the buyer not being present and all, it did not seem as if the manager even care to make this 55 thousand dollar car purchase happen today.I will leave it at that and you can be the judge to conclude for yourself. You may not be in the same situation as I am in but good luck in finding your vehicle.

Warning Warning : Please be careful when purchasing an extended warranty from this dealership, do not go by everything the salesperson has to offer because they are doing that SELLING! I bought a used car from this dealership and purchased an extended warranty from them. When tried to cancel the warranty it was a nightmare experience, that still has not ended. I called the warranty company off my invoice and they informed me that I was not in there system. When I went to the dealership to find out why that was, they told me I was not with that warranty company that was on my invoice, I was with another company. Now already frustrated with this situation, I told them to cancel my warranty of course, rather than working with my needs they spent time trying to talk me out of it because they did not want to give the money back. I continued to tell them no, I wanted to cancel the warranty but the salesperson then told me that it would take 30 days to cancel. I was not convinced by that, but I still waited hoping they would do the right thing but that has not happened. So I called the warranty company myself and they told me that it would take 5 days to cancel, after 3 weeks of waiting to hear from the dealership or see the money go back to the finance company NOTHING has happened to date.

I just want to start by saying Kit is a great guy to work with. I drove by was interested in looking at their inventory as my lease was coming up. I was greeted by Kit and he showed me a few Audi q5s. I ended up pulling the trigger on a very unique coffee brown q5 and I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. With the help of the used car directory Ali they even helped m return my lease to Nissan.

My kids just came back from the dealership where they wanted to test drive a Bronco. The sales force there ignored them as if they were a bother rather than potential customers. Don’t even bother going there. A word to the sales group treat everyone like they are going to make a purchase. One bad experience will be shared with at least 10 other people and those 10 people will share that with 10 other people. Do the math and your poor performance will be shared by many more than the 2 kids you treated poorly at the start.

I drove all the way from Delaware to buy a unicorn 2010 Mazda speed3 with 23k miles and I’ve had a wonderful experience with Kit and Ali. I called to check availability and Kit told me that the car was still available and I told him to not play any games because I would be driving close to 4 hours. He assured me that the car is still available and emailed me his credit application as well as a credit card authorization form to take $500 to hold the car. Kit did all the paperwork over the phone with me and when I got there the car was already detailed with services done ready to go. We test drove the car and 45 minutes later I traded in my Honda CR-V and was on my way home with my new Mazda speed3.

I had called in the to check availability on a Honda Ridgeline that I saw on cargurus and was greeted by Kit, he assured me that the car is indeed available and I would not be wasting my time driving almost 2 hours based on past experiences dealerships will tell you to sho up and then telling you the car was sold or not available upon arrival. Needless to say Kit made this transaction very easy for me, he emailed me a credit application for me to fill out and once I sent it back I was on my way down meanwhile doing insurance on the phone while driving. Once I arrived Kit showed me the car already prepped with oil change and inspection, also detailed ready to roll. We did a quick test drive and 20 minutes later I was on my way back to jersey in my new truck. Would definitely recommend Kit and his director Ali to my friends and family.

My car required recall service for a passenger side airbag. After having a terrible experience at another Ford dealership when my driverside airbag needed replacing, I was concerned I might have a repeat experience. My concerns were unfounded. Biener Fords service area is clean and uncluttered. Louis, the service manager, was extremely accommodating, courteous and friendly. The service technician performing the work, Lou, was careful in handling my vehicle while being quick and proficient getting me in and out of the garage in less than an hour. The new facility is amazingly clean and well organized. Its hard to book an appointment during the pandemic but the receptionist, Marcella, booked one for me through the phone in a timely fashion. My service advisor, David, a member of Lous team, is very friendly and attentive. The service was finished within time promised. Two thumbs up for the great work of their tech Michael! I had a 30% coupon but its a little complicated to add on the bill. Marcella helped me to find the service manager and they were both nice and patient. Eventually the coupon was applied to my bill. At the end, Marcella even helped me to update my rewards points and literally put hand sanitizer in my hands. Customers were treated like family here! Thank you, Biener Ford! STAY AWAY. SHADY SALESMAN. Took a trip to Bieber ford to look at a used Audi they had listed for 27k. 1st problem was the Audi had a flat tire and I was told I would not be able to test drive it. Car was dirty. No Gas. I also informed them I would be coming in. ALI attempts to borrow $35,000 on loan application. When asked about the difference, he was unable to explain where it came from. He added up taxes and their dealership fees and still could not reach the $35,000 he was attempting to borrow on my behalf. Obviously I did not end up going forward and Biener ford and Ali have yet to refund my $2,000 deposit. When I called to try to remedy the situation, I was bounced around to voicemails and phones ringing out. DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. VERY DISHONEST. ESPECIALLY USED CAR SALESMAN.

I was driving through New York from florida on the way to Connecticut and stopped by Biener Ford because they had a very nice Toyota Tundra posted online. so we called in and Was greeted by Kit he assured me that the truck was indeed still available. 25 minutes later me and my wife was on the test drive. I at first didn’t have the best experience with the purchase of my Car. My car had a few things wrong with it and the manager Ali refused to assist once the purchase was made. I did not appreciate his customer service. However the sales representative Tevin was great . Very help and did the best he could to assist me even after my purchase. That’s great customer service. I recommend purchasing a car from this dealership and make sure to do it through Tevin. If it wasn’t for the manager I would have given this dealership 5 stars. If you are purchasing a used car make sure everything is fixed before handing them over a check to avoid the head ache.

Great experience. 20k service on my 2017 Explorer.Marcela arranged appointment perfectly.Lou in service explained everything fully and after checking on my issues with the car arranged for a set of brand new original equipment tires for which were covered under warranty. Totally unexpected.If you have a Ford, bring it here for service.

This isn’t the dealer I purchased my car at but wow did they treat me so well, in their service department. Lou is such an amazing rep, kept me up to date with everything and was very straight forward with me. Didn’t beat around the bush and told me everything as it was. I’m definitely looking to get a new lease from this location once the time comes. Don’t hesitate to go here they will do everything they can to make your experience seamless and enjoyable.

Waited a month to post cuz I wanted to calm down about an awful experience. Went in 12/21/20 for a toe link recall and told them I was getting water in sun roof light because sun roof track had debris (side note, never ever use the sun roof so how is debris getting in ?). Also, my windshield wiper speeds were out of sequence. Service mgr calls and says they cleaned out debris for $320. I had this done two yrs ago at service station on Plandome Rd for $40. Mgr agreed to lower price to $160. Next, they diagnosed the wiper problem for $160. I hv a hard time believing when they were told the wiper speeds were out of sequence, they needed to dig deep to find out what was wrong. He tells me the part is $125 plus install. The part cost as cheap as $44 on amazon and as expensive as $75 at Autozone. After getting my eyeballs ripped out twice, mgr says they recommend a complete tune up..... yeah........sure...... whatever..... This was NEVER my experience w/ Tower Ford or Levittown Ford. If the Biener people are looking to replicate their Audi model of doing Biz at Ford, good for them but its at a significantly higher price to the consumer. Most of the reviews are here are quite good. My guess is they are lease customers that get service for free. The only reason I gave one star is because the lady who checked me in was kind, courteous and friendly. Onward and and upward at different dealer.

I highly recommend Biener Ford Service- I had to have some car repairs and then needed to coordinate my car to be shipped and had this taken care of very quickly. Ask for Lou, hes your guy- he took his personal time to call around contacts to arrange the shipment. They are moving shop and he even has helped shuffle around the car in the meantime to accommodate this shipment schedule. Couldnt ask for better more friendly and helpful customer service- highly recommend

Biener Ford took over the roll of Tower Ford . When Tower Ford went out of business !! I was said to see Tower Ford go 😐😐 I bought two Mustangs from Tower Ford. I liked them .I walked into Biener Ford to see if they had a new ShelbyG T 500 . They just sold one .

Avoid this business like the plague. I placed an order for a part, was told the dealership would contact me when it arrived, and they never contacted me. Later on, covid hit and the business was shut down. 8 months later, I noticed they still went ahead and charged my credit card. I called and asked the manager for a refund, and was denied. The manager is a thief. But don’t take my advice, read all the reviews on Yelp, then make your own conclusion.

Drove from Ohio to pick up my new dad van, Kit helped me with my finances and insurance over the phone making it a seamless trip, I flew in and came in late afternoon but he had me on the road within the hour with the car fully detailed and prepped for me to drive back to Ohio

I used to love my ford and the service at the ford dealer until today.This dealership treated me so badly, I had to walk away without getting service.It was horrible experience. I went to get my tire change with my warranty. They greeted me with cold and nasty look. And when I told them about the warranty, they demanded the papers. For past 3 years with my ford, I was never asked to provide any papers for my warranty.If it’s a new policy, I could’ve understand it with some explanation. But the way these employees treated me, I felt like I was being discriminated because of my race.I am filing a formal complaint with Ford. This is unacceptable.
