My first experience with Great Neck location for maintenance. It was a nice place with good customer service. Im only giving 4 stars because it took more than what they told me. They told at first 45 minutes to hour but it took two hours. But overall it was good and I am willing to go back for maintenance.

Friendly service with a clean waiting area. My point of contact/service manager was James. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.I only wish they had a washing station, so that they could give the car a wash after service. Other than that the experience was top notch.

I was there for a 5,000 mile maintenance and all went very well. It did take a bit longer than I wanted, but since it was a Saturday, I understand that it would take a little longer. The lounge downstairs were filled with people waiting, so I went to the upstairs lounge, which was almost empty. I especially liked the video of the technician who showed me my car as he inspected it. That goes above and beyond my expectations. Thanks for the great service experience.

I drove 2 hours round trip to test drive a vehicle. I was told the car was ready but when I arrived it was at a body shop. The manager or whoever the chose to call has repeatedly claimed the car was available because I could look at it at the body shop. He then wanted me to leave a deposit and was not willing to accommodate me in any way. The sales woman handled it better but I was not offered anything. All I wanted was to see the car when it returned from the body shop. I was told only if I leave a deposit.

The experience that My husband and I had with Lexus of Great Neck has been one of the most pleasant and just overall amazing experience we have ever had with customer service.We found the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee and were looking to trade in our car. Rob reached out to us and actually showed interest in having us as customers. We live in New Jersey so it was a bit of a drive to get over there. We explained to Rob that we wanted everything to be as clear as possible so we wouldn’t have to take a trip for no reason. He went out of his way to ease the whole process for us.He FaceTimed us to show us the vehicle, texted us throughout the day, did all paperwork and made sure everything was ready for when we went.This was the smoothest transaction ever. Let me tell you something about that lounge area….It was extremely clean and a very comfortable place to be while waiting. Definitely makes you feel VIP.Afterwards we waited a couple of minutes to be called to sign all paperwork. That is when we met George. He saw that we had kids with us so he got us in and out in no time. Bought a car in cash here with a trade.. The worst experience in my lifetime. I paid to have some things done to this car being it was pretty much an online sale. Asking the sales reps are the mechanic and all good.So moving along I get the car and drive bumper to bumper out of the city and ready to open it up on the highway back to north country.. As Im driving I notice the shaking and vibration on the car. I call and leave a message etc the salsrep. I never get a phone call back. I did however get a hold of the finance Mgr and he connected me to the salesmanager. Nothing was taken care of.. I brought a car with 3 bent wheels. I was told by another dealer same company that they knew they were bent. Great to know they would let someone drive off the lot.. The car I traded in was in better shape mechanically..Buyer be ware of this place... they dont care about you or your families safety..Reviews reply from dealership..This is not acceptable. This manager has been the problem and if I would even go back to the dealership it would be one close by my home in upstate.. get a clue..Your not a problem solver but a problem.

Recently purchased my first Lexus. I read up a little on New Country Lexus beforehand. They were well rated so I went to check it out. They went beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked in, it was clean and spacious. There was no pushy salesperson, just a warm greeting at the door. I was introduced to Marcello. He was accommodating, upfront and honest. He did not make me feel like I was a customer but more of a friend. He was straightforward about the price, there are none of those hidden fees at this dealership by the way. He worked with me to get what I wanted without the pressure. I later met Joe Jacob the business manager when I picked up the vehicle to finish up the paperwork. He was very honest professional and friendly. We even talked a little about his upcoming wedding. He did not spend the time constantly trying to up sell me on anything but clearly laid out the options and availabilities. My kids loved the waiting area, which was pristine with chocolates, candy, all kinds of coffee and hot chocolate. They could have stayed there all day. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and when time comes I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Just leased a car from New Country Lexus at Great Neck. The salesperson Jamall did all he could to make our experience painless and comfortable and was a pleasure to work with. We had to drop a star in our rating as unfortunately we had to wait almost 75 min to see our finance manager despite showing up punctually for our appointment (actually a bit early even).Thankfully the car and the house note to it by Zoh helped to repair our miffed mood

I had a 7 :45 appointment I got there on time was informed the day before that the job would take about an hour I drove in and was received with good resection and was informed via text as to the progress of my car in a step by step maker and when my car was finished on time I was told and overall the experience was great for the first time it felt good going to a car dealerships wow 😣

I went for maintenance on my RX 350. They always do an excellent job. Last time they fixed a flat for me on a Friday afternoon, just before closing. Today they did routine maintenance, with free NYS inspection, And updated my NAV. Loaner car included. I highly recommend New Country Lexus service. Kudos to Devindra James!
