I walked in not truly knowing what to expect but hoped to trade in my vehicle and drive off in a reliable upgrade. I originally went to check out another vehicle but fell in love with a few. After explaining the fees attached with my purchase I wasnt sold on the deal but Bryan and the financial guy worked a number I could agree on and I was able to drive away happy in my 2019 Nissan Altima. At first I was very nervous after looking at the mix of reviews I saw on here, but as a first-time car buyer, I am very impressed and satisfied with the service I received at Great Neck Motorsports.I was in the market for a Mazda CX-5 and after searching high and low across the Tri-State area, this dealership had the best price for the year and model I wanted (2018 Touring).I was first greeted by Tanika who is the receptionist and was very kind, pleasant and sweet. I was able to take the car test for a test drive in the area and immediately fell in love (its a huge upgrade from the 2002 Acura I once owned).Once I got back to the office, Jonathan crunched the numbers for me and told me what my best options were. I ended up having to put down $2500, not the $1995 to give myself the best monthly payment possible.Though the interest rate for the loan I ended up getting approved for was high, they reassured me I can refinance in a few months as I build my credit history to get that rate down.After that point, I worked with Sam who was extremely pleasant and patient with me and walked me through getting my insurance updated with GEICO on the phone -- I got a very good rate for my vehicle.Lastly I sat with Thomas (the owner of the company) and signed all the proper paperwork. He walked me through my payment schedule and all of the other paperwork. He was also very pleasant and answered all of my questions.In regard to post service, I have read mixed reviews of people not being able to get back in touch with their service rep. I have a few minor things that still need to get serviced on my car (couple of paint chips and my tire pressure light), but I was able to get in touch my sales rep Jonathan no problem and have been reassured that my issues/concerns will be taken care of.My advice to others is that you have to listen to what your sales rep tells you. You dont go to the dealer first, you need to talk to whoever your service rep is, let them know what is going on, and they will get in contact with the right dealer and explain the situation you have. They act as the middleman so that you get the service you need without all the extra hassle.Overall I was treated very well; If anything changes I will make an update to this review, but I am really, really enjoying my car and encourage anyone else to give them a shot. No complaints thus far!

This dealership is not transparent and honest with their prices online. I was looking at a vehicle with a price tag for $18,990. I went to the dealership and after speaking to sales they said after “fees” the cost is $27,500??Um excuse me? What type of none-sense fees you have that adds almost another $9,000 dollars?? A third of the price of the car.Dealerships like this regularly try to reel customers in showing a lower appealing price tag. Additional $9,000 though — in hidden fees” at that. that’s just ridiculous.Just be wary of that for anyone walking into this dealership thinking you found a good deal for a car.

I worked with Ray who really took his time with me as a first time car buyer. I initially settled on a Volkswagon Jetta but I didnt love it. I returned the following day hoping to someway get the car that I loved and he helped make it happen. I ended up leaving more than happy with my purchase, Ray is the best and Tanaka is great as well. She is an excellent assistant for the establishment . Ray got me an approval like no other at a low interest rate. I appreciate the fact he was kind and patient.

Stay away from this dealership. They advertise a price on car fax which is the price after you put a down payment. False advertisement. If the car is 19k you put that price as the sales price. Horrible dealership and glad I went somewhere where they don’t charge hidden fees. Look at picture I posted. They post sales price as $15,990. Which is not the case. Stay clear of this crooked location.

TRASH! Customer service, sales, experience! Everything this about this place is trash! Purchased a BMW here and of course my sales rep was super sweet and helpful to get the sale! After that trying to contact with them has been the worst! I was forced to purchase this “dealer warranty” that would cover my car and now that I actually need to use it it’s impossible. I spoke with the incompetent security that answers the phone and was told someone would call me back to set up a service appointment. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t got a call back! Ever since I purchased this vehicle from this horrible hole of a dealership I’ve had multiple issues with the vehicle! They sell no good, used, trash vehicle! Please stay away!

Update:A few weeks ago I had two flat tires and come to find out the Run Flat tires I was provided. Front two tires were plugged and run flat tires are not supposed to be plugged. Big error on the dealerships part if they went through an inspection which they say they did. Run Flat tires are never to be Plugged. There is very unsafe & the dealership should have mentioned the defective tires. They both blew within 2 months of ownershipHence changing my 5 star rating to two stars.Farzia was great & guided me through the process and made the sale as easy as possible . Bought a Mercedes e300 for my dad’s birthday from out of state in Mass. Everything went smooth. Paperwork being out of state and due to covid did take a couple weeks longer but they were accommodating and helped as much as they could. The car also comes with a warranty. Haven’t had to use it yet but hoping they’d be helpful if I ever need to.
