Customer service was 101% here. They were all friendly and very professional. Busy schedule but Steve was able to squeeze me in and was able to get work done the next day (wouldve been same day but I work evenings) Big waiting area with coffee bar and high table top if you need to do work and/or charge any devices. Came in earlier this month and told them my car is completely dead (alternator issue) this shop was the 7th shop I tried bringing my car to because I’ve been turned away since my car is a Cadillac but luckily they took my car in and told me they have some cars ahead of me so in my mind I’m thinking it’ll be a couple of days maybe a week before I can get a quote but nope, the next day Michelle called me and told me everything, the pricing, what the issue was, all the information I needed. After leaving my car for three weeks, the dealer’s repair shop still couldn’t give me an estimated date to diagnose the problem, let alone do repairs. I brought a car in with winter tires on and summer tires in the trunk I asked for them to swap the tires over and then try to figure out why the car has a vibration and Jimmy they immediately started to test drive and the budget with the winter tires on and then text me a $65 invoice to advise me that I had a low tire pressure and one incorrectly installed. Again, on the wrong set of tires. I was annoyed that they were racking up charges against me for service work that I was not asking for and during my conversation with them I was advised I had to drive 60 miles round-trip to drive my car with the wrong tires on it advise them if the shimmy was still present before they could continue working. You can imagine I was not happy about it and I’m sure during my conversation that was clear. I drove my car and of course as I knew advised the semi was still present as I had clearly told them it was present on multiple sets of tires and at that point I was advised that they had no further ideas and that I could take my car and leave. It was extremely apparent that the reason I was being asked to leave was not to do with my car but apparently to do with the interaction between their staff and myself. I have been a professional purchasing manager for 25 years and I am very well-versed in how to talk to suppliers to convey my sentiments and in no way do I feel that my conversation with this shop warranted their reaction and I will never allow them to work on any of my vehicles again

Steve was professional and went beyond the call of duty to help me. When we figured out that my car was not worth repairing, he gave me a very fair price for the diagnosis and good advice on what to do next.

BEWARE! I brought my great running BMW in for a simple oil change. When I went to pick it up after hours , it ran so rough I couldn’t drive it! All the check engine and warning lights came on. All of a sudden they said I needed a new manifold for $4000! In their note they said it could be a hose leak causing the problem but they didn’t even try a temporary test to see it that was it. They also nickel and dime you for everything. I’m never going back. Since then I heard other stories of overcharging for work.

These guys seem to always get it right. I took my Honda pilot there for what I thought was going to be a very expensive heater core replacement, but they diagnosed a bad valve instead and I probably saved $1000 dollars. My heat is working normally again. Great work!

We moved to the area in January and we didnt have a local mechanic. Im selling our Mercedes C300 and was nervous about finding a good mechanic. I brought the car in to check the Mercedes Service B. I was very impressed with the Steve and the mechanic who told me the brake fluid was fine but it needed some radiator coolant. Its great to feel youre not being taken advantage of, thanks Global!

Had to wait 2 weeks to bring my car in. The mechanic broke my hood latch cable.He wanted to charge me an extra 110$ to fix it.After waiting hours my hood was still broken and my car wasn’t fixed.The hood latch ended up taking 10 minutes and 25$ to fix at another local shop without a 2 week wait.I never brought my car to a shop and left with it worse. I’m truly disappointed and will take my services elsewhere.

Of course the job was done on time and at the quoted price, but it was the rest of what they do that has me coming back. They have provided a ride to and from work while my car was worked on and checked and topped off fluids between services. I personally like the guest area they have set up while you are there. They have been a great addition to the Grand Haven area for quite some time now. Easy to communicate with and I can only recall one instance where I had a negative experience which was resolved by speaking directly with Steve to have the problem resolved with no further incident. They have always provide quality work at a fair price. I fear that because they have become so good at what they do that they will soon run out of space and talent which could mean I will not be able to get in there with a 24hr or less notice like I do today. Great for them, not so much for long time customers but until that day comes, this is the place I will take my cars.

Very Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff

Left my car with them to change out my headlights and when I drove it off their lot it immediately had an electrical issue where the blinkers were blinking too quickly. I brought it back in and the owner insisted he had nothing to do with it and it was just pure coincidence that it malfunctioned within an hour and a half of working on my car when I’ve had it for 6 years. Additionally they were working with the electrical components of my car when changing out my lights but still he lied to my face that it was just purely a crazy coincidence that it happened. The manager then proceeded to figuratively twist a broke, college kid’s arm for 50 bucks for fixing the electrical malfunction that happened while the car was under his shop’s care. By the very slim, off-chance that he had nothing to do with it wouldn’t they still cover the charges knowing how deceitful this looked from my point of view and in doing so, securing a reoccurring customer? Oh no, absolutely not they are too blinded by their deceit and greed to think that way. Instead they lost a customer for good.
