Took our car here to get a dead animal out. The smell was horrible & they did a good job getting the smell out however they had the car for over a week. I was very disappointed with that & then we ended up taking it back because they didnt put the steering column in right. Plus they left stuff on the dash & a panel never got put back on where the battery is located in the back. Also they scratched the plastic in a couple spots taking the dash apart. We wont be back.

Recently had a run in with a deer... dropped by in the morning and they were able to fix my bumper issue that day..they were so helpful!! I have used this shop many times in the past and will continue to do so... cant thank them enough

The team at City Auto Body did a great job! Wife got in an accident and smashed the front end of our vehicle. We were referred by another in the accident. Had it towed here with no notice they were quick to get to work on the estimate, frequent communication/updates, and seamless with insurance. The owner even took our vehicle on a test drive upon completion! Team seems to really care about their customers. Vehicle looks better than before the accident.

They are awesome! I first called them. The office gal told me to bring it on in, theyd give me an estimate within a few minutes. Took my car in to them. They gave me an estimate right away, and when the part comes in, they will fix it. The owner waited on me. And where my day had been going very badly, and I was very stressed, he had me smiling and laughing, and by the time I went home, I felt much better thanks to his positive attitude, and kindness. Excellent service. Had a hole punched into my front bumper from a tow hitch. Needed a new front bumper. Brought my car to city auto body. These guys did a great job with communication and paint matching the new front bumper. Turned out flawless.

This team is fantastic! I found out about them when my moms car was hit. Her insurance agent recommended them. They have a seamless, digital communication program with the agent and the estimate was quick. They fit her in and had her car in and out quickly. The work was amazing! Then I backed into my daughters friends car that was parked in my driveway. I knew it was there but had a Squirrel!!! moment and blam! The process and outcome were the same - awesome! Im so happy to know about them. The last time I had auto body work done, I regretted my choice for years to come. From now on, these are my go-to guys for anything auto body related! Great workmanship! These guys were able to get us in right away and were a pleasure to work with. They know their stuff and were easy to work with. Very unprofessional all around ! Based on this alone I would not recommend this shop. Boasting that you are the best shop in town and that is why your prices are the highest, bad mouthing other shops and more (I cant even repeat some of the things that were said due to the vulgarity). Nobody wants to deal with that pompous nose in the air attitude. Leave your kids in the car if you plan on getting a quote from these rude and crude people. I ended up getting excellent quality for half the price elsewhere. To the owner, put different people up front !

I was in the need of a quick brake hose repair as my vehicle was going out of state 3 days later. Called around and they were the only one that could do it in that time frame. They were professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Thanks to all who helped make this a great experience!

A quick professional team that got my car fixed and back to me faster than I expected.

So I went in to get a small little bubble fixed on my hood before that I called them and asked if they fix that they said yes we do. So I went and they told me Im almost on lunch so lets make this quick. He then told me its going to be about a 1000$ to fix a small bubble on my car. Which at that point I can get a after market hood for my car. So I went to rade makers only a mile away they found more bubbles that he rubbed his hand over and didnt say anything which is probably my fault I didnt say anything. Rade makers told me to fix everything itll be about 300$ so long story short if you wanna waste money go to City auto body if not go to rade makers

Had a fender bender recently and gave City Auto first shot at the work through insurance. All the reviews were positive and I have to agree , they’re awesome ! From the moment I walked in Brent was attentive and personable and gave me a quote within hours . The work was accomplished when promised and the guys did an awesome job. I especially appreciate the car wash and you vacuuming out three weeks of vacation beach sand , even the trunk ! I hope I never need your services again but If I do , I’ll look forward to doing business with these guys.

City Auto Body is an excellent place to have your automobile repaired. They are courteous, respectful and honest. The prices were reasonable and the manager went out of his way to find the best part pricing. Timing for getting my vehicle repaired was minimal. Compared to Big 3 service shop, the timing was within days versus weeks and half the price. Not exaggerating! Keep up the great work City Auto Body!

I had a recent fender bender. Was able to get my car fixed within 2weeks. Shop handled negotiations with insurance adjuster and got my deductible covered! City auto was upfront w the initial estimate and updated on any unexpected delays or findings. Would defiantly recommend and do business again.

Brandt was awesome!! Super helpful and kind.. when my car was hit and totaled he stayed after hours to let me gather my things and went out of his way to get me an estimate in a hurry, which is very time consuming.. In a time I was very sad about my situation he was understanding and made the process so much easier then expected. Would highly recommend this shop.

These guys are the best when It comes to repair I was hit in the back and totally rocked the back side of my car and they fixed it all for a very reasonable price. If I could give these guys a higher rating I would give them 10 out of 5 stars.

Someone at the OHare Airport hit the front end of my car when I got back from Vegas. I had to drive all the way back to Grand Haven Michigan, where I made an appointment with City Auto Body. They took care of my car and made it look like new again. You could not even tell that the front end was hit. They replace the hood and the front ground effects. The paint matches the rest of my car. I highly recommend City Auto Body for your Auto Body repairs.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! So tired of being jerked around and ignored. I had my 2011 Hyundai towed into City Auto Body on Nov. 3. Brendt told me he would get right on it and it would only be a week, two at the most. I still dont have my vehicle back and they refuse to respond or reply to any of my questions. They are the worst at customer service and Brandt has made 3 inappropriate comments to me over the phone. They did not do the work they said they were going to do, and they fried my remote starter when they tried to install an electrical harness. They ended up having to take it to the Hyundai dealer in Muskegon to get it going. They charged more than they said, did less then they promised, and refuse to fix my remote starter. Now they wont respond to my request to pick up my car. I want to get my car today (supposedly its as done as they plan on making it), but they wont confirm if the vehicle is ready to be picked up. NEVER AGAIN!!!
