I was able to get a quick appointment when I needed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Hughes took time to explain to me what was going on with my irritated eye and what I should expect during the healing process. I appreciated his conservative approach and explanation as to why he was not prescribing a medication.

The doctor seems to be a fine doctor. They made 4 pairs of glasses for me in the past 3 years and none of them work for me though.I dont blame them on the first pair because another office made a wrong prescription. All the rest I cannot use. For the last pair, I asked them to recheck the new power they proposed, they refused and only used a makeshift method. The vision was very blur on the bottom apparently. I asked the office to see if the doctor would recheck. The office refused to ask. I cannot get another pair which is apparently not working for me again. So I returned the glasses to their office. The office do not return the claim to the insurance. I cannot get another pair covered by insurance.I did not have appropriate glasses to use for the past 3 years. Bad experience I never had before. I would not recommend.

Super friendly and super sweet staff! They were very efficient and seemed to actively enjoy helping. Seans voice is like a soft ocean breeze, which was nice. He also offered to take my PD before I left, as he knew that I was going to be ordering glasses online. I thought that was cool of him.

Dr Cliff Hughes and his entire staff are professional, highly competent and really nice people. I had a problem with my eye and they sorted me our same day. EyeLove Family Eye Care also has the latest technology- so it is fast, efficient and easy.

Kendall was a great tech! Sweet and friendly, she showed me some cool new machines to check me eyes. Although the building is extremely outdated, the staff is very great!

New to the area. So naturally looked on Google for someone. I saw EyeLoves reviews and thought Wow nothing less than 5 stars. So I called to get information. Sean was quick with answers and very professional. I was greeted by Kendall (I hope thats spelled correctly), she took me back and got everything started. She offered to clean my current glasses. Super kind and upbeat. Dr. Hughes came in after and started the exam. The technology they have is very intuitive. He was very thorough with the exam. Easy to get along with. Afterwards I went back to pick out my frames and lenses. Sean was the final touch this company needed. Picked out the frames went over everything. Made it simple. He even offered to fix the issues with my older frames (long story short they looked liked theyve been run over by a tank). He brought them back and they felt brand new. From start to finish it was easy. Super clean and very VERY professional and nice. Im glad I found this place. Will be looking forward to coming back. EyeLove sets the bar. They absolutely deserve every 5 star they have.

Me and my son have been going to Dr. Hughes now for 2 years. I have been going to this clinic since I was in fifth grade(a long time!). Dr. Horton was my familys eye doctor. I was nervous on my first visit with Dr Hughes, because Dr. Horton was the only eye doctor I had ever seen. However Dr. Hughes was very knowledgeable and willing to talk. He did not make me feel rushed and explained everything in a way that I could understand. When it came time for Dr. Hughes to see my son he was just as friendly and was not easily annoyed when my son did not understand what was being asked of him. The entire staff is very eager to help and are very friendly. If you have any eye needs I would highly recommend EyeLove Family Eyecare and Dr. Hughes!

The care and patience that Dr. Hughes and his staff showed towards me and my daughter during our first exam and follow-up visits, and phone calls to answer questions was incredible. My 7 year old daughter was very hesitant due to past experiences with eye Dr’s that insisted on getting all up in her face to look at her eyes, putting strange contraptions in front of her, and making her look at letters on the the wall (the horror!!!), but Dr. Hughes was patient and kind, and put her at ease. But the icing on the cake was the drawing of her stuffed tiger that he (or one of his staff) included in her thank you card!

I normally dont do this, but I feel compelled to say that after my second visit in the last two years, I have great trust in Dr. Hughes. Many of us were saddened to know of Dr Joe Hortons retirement, but Dr. Hughes has proven to me to be just as thorough and knowledgeable and a good listener.

Dr. Hughes is the best!!! He knows his field better than anyone I have ever been to. The added bonus is you get custom fit glasses by their “Eyeglass Master” Sean. He has an unbelievable ability to look at you and show you the perfect pair to fit your face. I have never seen anything like it! I can’t go anywhere else.

Ive been going here since before Dr. Hughes took over, and as much as I liked Dr. Horton, I think Hughes is doing at least as good a job. His staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable (although, to be fully honest, I havent dealt with the officer manager, so cant comment on her), the service he gives is really good, and he even sends out little personalized cards after a visit (a touch I always appreciated from Ol Doc Horton). Best of all though: I can freakin see now! Very happy here, and would enthusiastically recommend.
