Extremely Unprofessional. My wife called to see if the vision center could help her and they were rude and demeaning. Even if you cant (or refuse to) provide a service it does not entitle you to be a jerk.My wife wanted to see if they could make a few eye measurements for her - she would have paid for the service. But no she has to be yelled at for even considering the question and when she asks if they would know anywhere that would provide the service they essentially called her stupid.

Great group of professionals with a witty staff to make sure you feel at home. Paul, Beth, Ally and Kelvin are patient and do not rush any processes. I was so pleased with the timely fashion in which my daughter’s glasses were ready and cannot rave more about the quality of the frames and lenses at affordable prices. Thanks guys! Dr Hendrix is a gem! She diagnosed and successfully treated my sons rare eye condition. She has excellent chairside rapport which is a giant plus. Thanks again Doc!!

The eye glasses woman Alli on both sets of eye glass lenses would tell me it takes time for you to get used to your eye glasses after I had returned within the same week to return the glasses to the doctor and she sent me away on both pairs of glasses returns 2 separate times . I thought that is pretty odd services ..Aand is their something wrong with me cause I cannot see through the glasses well and they are blurry wrong strength and tried to wear the glasses as ALLI had informed me to do and so I trusted her to my regret, but returned a 3rd time and then she refused to make good on the lenses .she then began to ridicule , verbally abuse me and use gas lighting on me to make me feel like I was DEHUMANIZED. I noticed she began trembling as she continued to verbally and mentally gas light and blamed me by me stating it was my fault that I did not return . I said I returned immediately within the week about the lenses and I am a disabled former hospital chaplain and when I said that her shocking reply was it figures you would be that. So I am giving the review on the female employee named Alli; if she send you away telling you , it takes time for you to adjust to your glasses please report her to the doctor and on this review again to help others . She appears to be kind but is far from being kind. I was not refunded nor were my glass lenses repaired and I lost over $590 off of 2 sets of eye lenses on 2 separate visits. I told her she abused me as a disabled person who depends on my disability and I have cataractsShe is a phony who appears to be very kind but is far from it& she is quite the opposite and very mentally abusive to disabled. Dont let her do it to you. The doctor on both appointments had given me incorrect prescription strenghth ; I went for a 2nd opinion at a very professional eye clinic and I was correct ; optometrist stated I was prescribed the incorrect strength for my eye glasses. I will NEVER GO TO WALMART FOR EYE GLASSESS AND DO NOT EVER RECCOMEND YOU TRUST THR EMPLOYEE ALLI ; SHE WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO GET USE TO YOYR EYE GLASSES CAUSE IT TAKES TIMR FORVYOUR EUESCTOVADJUDT; FONT EVER LISTEN TO HER SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND TO TALK YOU INTO 2ND GUESSING YOUR JUDGEMENT. IN MU CASE SHEVTOOK ADVANTAGE BOF ME AS A DISABLRD PERSON. I FEEL REALLY HUMILIATED AND ABUSED.

I brought my prescription in and was pleasantly surprised at how great the service was! The staff was very professional and helpful with all aspects of my purchase (selection, sizing, and working with my insurance company). They were great about explaining the various options I had and helping me keep within my budget. I would highly recommend them!

Dont buy the upsell warranty/insurance it is a total scam. Additionally, the doctors staff as well as the Vision Center staff are all terribly unprofessional.

I have a very high Rx and was afraid to buy a walmart pair of glasses but i am liking them. Ive had them for about a month now. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I even learned about how my lenses worked with my eyes. I will be buying my next pair here too. Thank you

I stopped in while shopping because I broke a nose piece on my glasses (purchased elsewhere) and the gentleman behind the counter greeted me jovially and quickly replaced it, at no charge! I will come here for my next pair of glasses.

Im always on the go traveling and upon research I found this Walmart vision center to have walk ins available until 4 pm. Once I arrived around 2pm, the receptionist informed me they had took their last walk in , but the time was well before 4 pm. After the hassle of arriving on time and not being able to have my eye exam really set me back and is very unprofessional. They didnt seem busy at all, and didnt make any attempts to resolve the issue therefore, I dont recommend them at all.
