This is literally the best eye doctor I have ever been too! Dr.Ballard is amazing and the women that help her are absolutely amazing as well! I had an amazing experience and was able to get contacts and glasses today after being afraid of what I would be able to afford. Their glasses deal currently is an absolute steal as well!

The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive to my elderly mother. Dr. Ballard is thorough and uses non-technical language when she explains the exam findings. I was impressed by the staffs ability to quickly find a suitable frame - my mother immediately responded to the first pair brought to us. The wait is not long at all from check-in to exam.

This is by far the best optician location in Fayetteville. The staff is unique and dedicated and the doctor relates very well to her patients. As active duty military family it would be cheaper to go on post and get our vision needs met. But, when it comes to eyes quality exceeds low cost everyday. Highly recommend the team at MyEyeDr. especially for military families who can absorb a bit more cost than on post.

After calling I was rod glasses took 7-10 business days but most times came in sooner. So I left and went in to order my glasses. The tech who helped me was awesome (Mike) helped me pick the best pair and went over all my options. Knowing I lost my glasses he said I will try and rush them. I left feeling satisfied with my decision to go there. One fast forward one week. Still no glasses I call for an update and the lady said it would possibly be another 2 weeks. So a far cry from the 7-10 days seeing that now I’m looking at 3 weeks from ordering time. Guess they will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door! BEWARE!!

HIGHLY impressed with my recent visit. This was actually my first visit. The staff was super friendly, but the doctor is why I am even here leaving a review. She is so sweet, friendly, personable and just made my overall experience enjoyable. She was very attentive to my needs, and literally breezed through my exam with no issues or hiccups. I will recommend her and this practice over and over.

I am a new patient at this location (MYEyeDr on Glensford Dr). Absolutely love the staff at this location. They are so attentive and make you feel like you are the only patient they have. Ashley Ballard, O.D. (the Optometrist) is amazing. She is so patient with you, makes sure you understand all the care and instructions she is giving. She is very compassionate about her patients and her work. I feel blessed to have found them and recommend them to everyone for their complete eye care.

Great place for an exam horrible place to order glasses. Staff and doctor are great. Appointments go well but I opted for somewhere else this year as a personal preference. Glasses take up to two weeks to arrive and i forgot that as i havent had glasses in two years. If I can order online with two day shipping for the same price or go somewhere to get same day glasses, why would a company opt for an up to two week wait? Its not optimal. It is not more efficient. I doubt it even saves them money. My issue is not with the staff or doctor but with the company. Having in house staff to produce glasses lowers shipping costs and labor costs. So why they opt for outsourcing is a mystery to me.Edit/update: 9 business days, day number 14. They are attempting to get an update to figure out what is going on with my glasses. Not the response says 5-7 business days and in person when ordering I was told possibly up to 2 weeks but likely to be sooner.Edit/update: Recieved someone different on the phone that has been keeping me updated on the status of my glasses. Jessica has turned this whole experience around for me. Thank you so much. The glasses may be late but having actual updated information rather than vague answers helped a lot.

I went in after losing my glasses and walked out with brand new contacts. The staff is beyond amazing. My doctor Ashley was perfect and Im totally a lifetime patient after this experience. I highly recommend this office...you wont be disappointed

So I have no big problem with the service or the exams, they were friendly and did a good job keeping me informed. My issue is twofold. The first is that it does take a long time for glasses purchased to come in. In todays climate of glasses in an hour, they should rethink their process of sending out to a central preparation center. Secondly, their hours are not in line with others in the industry. To only be open till 6 and then weekdays only makes it difficult for working individuals to get to them without taking time off. Saturday hours would be nice. Their prices are not really lower than places that do have longer hours and offer same day lenses.....so I went today to pick up new lenses after waiting 12 days...used my lunch hour... the lenses were not cut right for my frames...these are 400$ lenses....they will expedite? But what does that mean? I think this will be my last purchase with my eye dr. UPDATE: expedite means 7-10 days! so they are now saying by the 19th which is one week and one day after getting my lenses wrong the first time.

The staff at this location is amazing. Every single person we dealt with from the technicians, to the front desk, to the doctors went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Contact lens prices, at first view, seem high, but they were incredibly helpful with price matching and we were able to get a great price for the lenses. I highly recommend this myeyedr location!

Wasted $600 at this place because they do not know how to make glasses! Prescription doesnt work and have had them remade 4 times, my husband is a driver and can not wait this long for his glasses to be made correctly.

I recently moved from out of state and had been looking for a new eye doctor. I will definitely be coming back! Dr Ballard was so nice and knowledgeable. I didnt have to wait at all when I arrived at my appointment and the ladies in the front helped me pick out a new pair of glasses that worked for me.

Customer service is great here. My issue is with the long wait for getting my glasses. I was told that it will take about a week to get mine from the lab and the day prior to pick-up they called to inform me that it will take another week because the frame I chose is out of stock and they need to order it. I asked for a refund but they said they cant because everything has been processed. I feel someone dropped the ball somewhere during this process and now its going on 2 weeks and still no glasses. Its very upsetting!

Very very nice staff. My appointment happened to be on my birthday and when I arrived I was greeted with a Happy Birthday and a cupcake from the front desk; then the girl called me to the back and also wished me HB and when Dr. Ballard came in SHE even wished me Happy Birthday! Loved the slow pace and the time spent with the doctor. Didnt feel rushed at all. I was offered plenty of help choosing my frames. Thats always the hardest part for me! I will definitely not only use this facility but recommend to friends in the area as well. Wonderful staff and service!

Very disappointed. Once I received my glasses, I could not see out of the right lens. After working on them, I finally ask for a refund which I have yet to receive. I am still waiting on a return call. I am interested to see if UHC is refunded before I reach out to the NC Insurance Commissioner on these issues.I suppose calling the NC Insurance Commisioner is the only way to get this resolved. I have been waiting 6 months for this practice to refund UHC. I am now going to demand my claim returned for the exam. This is the worst experience ever. UHC agreed.

This was probably the best eye exam and glasses purchase I have had in my entire life. I have a very odd set of eyes. After getting a thorough explanation of what is wrong, why, and what solution we were going to go with I couldnt have felt more comfortable! Dr. Ballard is extremely knowledgeable and personable, she answered every question I had and I now have the best prescription for me! Onto picking out the glasses, Rick the optician was a HUGE help! He took a look at my face shape, noticed the styles I was interested in, and together we found the perfect pair! These two are awesome assets to the company and I will most definitely be recommending everyone I can to MyEyeDr. in Fayetteville!

So if you dont mind Misty being loud and shouting out all your information in the most unprofessional manner (use someone elses inside voice misty, learn discretion), ghetto front desk Jaime/Jenny (that ghetto, boonie drawl I couldnt discern) with her judgmental stares, and some *** with your eye exam then go for it. Theres also some lurking old man pacing back and forth and keeping his eye on the clientele aka being overtly nosy. The practitioner seems cold yet thorough, but condescending when it comes to certain patients. Their attempts to be discrete when talking poorly about people is less adept than that of a school girl.

Today, we walk into the facility with the intent of purchasing a pair of glasses but the customer service was horrible. My boyfriend and I walked around for 20 minutes waiting for assistance while the staff stood around the desk as if we were invisible. No one acknowledged us or ask if we needed assistance. we literally had to stare at them for someone to are you ok.

Very bad experience, they took a long time to deliver my glasses and they didnt even know where my order was; In so many years of wearing lenses my first time prescription does not work and the answer is that I must wear these lenses for 2 weeks to get the best results.I do not recommend them at all, they are charlatans eh irresponsible.Thank God I didnt take the test there.
