My 20 year old tiller wouldnt start, so I took it over to A&D for repairs. I was expecting it would take a week, but AJ called the next day and it was ready. The work he put into fixing it will likely extend its life out for another 4-5 years, and it was reasonably priced. Excellent service!

Dropped my edger off four weeks ago; after two weeks, called and was promised a call back with an update. None came. Two more weeks went by; I called and was told it had not been looked at because “they had to get parts.” So I asked what it needed and was told all the parts had been used and they were waiting for more. Huh? I went and picked it up. Next time, I’ll go to Hope Mills Saw and Mower!!

Called this company and they seemed to not know what they should know about small engines and the parts that go to them. Wouldnt waste my time with this company

Took in a running mower with a dirty carburetor. The shop owner kept promising to look at it this afternoon then call me with an estimate for a month and a half while it sat out in the rain then charged us to rebuild the motor because of water damage. He never called once. The repair costs were more than the mower was worth so we lost our mower.
