Had an appointment at 11:30 to get my tires balanced and after 2 hours they got it in the shop and 1½ hours later they had it done. a mile down the road I was hearing the lead weights fly off so I turned around and had them fix it 1 hour later it was fixed and after 5 min on the interstate they are flying off again

Worst experience at a tire shop that I have ever had. Went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated and it took over 4 hours. At 2 hour wait time they told me that it wouldn’t be smart to rotate the tires, and I needed two new ones. I asked for a quote. That one quote took a whole hour for them to get. After I got the quote they had nothing available till next week. I told them to just put the other tires back on because I was ready to go. It took another hour. 4 hours - for an oil change. 0/5 stars.

Came here for an issue with my brakes. They were quick to diagnose the issue and present a solution. I went with it and now my brake works great again. My only complaint warranting the 4 stars is how long it took. Im not necessarily disappointed it took 4 hours to do the job, but they told me it would only take around 2 hours so it took double what I was expecting and I wish they wouldve just told me 4 hours up-front. Even still, they treated me well.

Got an alignment here, in and out in an hour or less. Super nice guys, especially Jesse, shout-out to him for taking me under the car and showing me what I needed to fix at home rather than charging me 700 in labor for an easy job. Best shop in fayetteville for tires, suspension and steering as far as I’m concerned.

I was told and hour max for a tire to be replaced. I waited over 2 hours and still wasnt finished. Kept giving me the go around that I was up next and I watched numerous cars go ahead of mine. Definitely wont be going back and very disappointed

I had previously been told by discount tires that I would need all new tires because I found nails in them but the new manager/boss at Big O Tires checked them out and was straight up with me! He stayed late and personally patched/fixed them for me. Didn’t end up charging because of all of the nonsense i had dealt with. Very professional and timely! They have still lasted me 2 months later and I’m so thankful! Couldn’t have afforded all new tires so this was amazing!! 10/10

Absolutely ridiculous wait time and very unprofessional. I needed one tire changed out and was told it would only be and hour! Its been almost 3 and Im still sitting here. I asked numerous times how much longer because Ive been up for 22 hours due to working and they kept telling me I was next even though other people kept going Infront of me. 5 employees up front in the lobby doing nothing but cussing and making jokes about other people. If I hadnt already paid I wouldve left by now.

Needed my breaks serviced and so I googled a place to go to and this was the first place that popped up but was a little hesitant to go here due to their low reviews but decided go ahead and stop here and for me personally their service was great. They explained to me what was wrong with my breaks and didn’t make me feel dumb about it. The wait time was 3 hours but that’s to be expected with the service I needed. The mechanic David was super helpful and now my breaks are working good!

Very helpful staff, stopped in one morning and they were super busy. Took them roughly an hour to get through everything they had going and patch my tire. Would be a 5 star aside from the fact that the first patch was poor and I had to go back to have them fix it, they did address that it was at their fault for the first patch and fixed it with no hesitations.

Came up to get a tire fixed, Chase helped me and was the best but he was also the only person up front everyone else was outside talking about everything under the sun. I had to wait for over a hour for my tire to be patched because no one wanted to actually do their job. Chase should be the one in charge at the Fayetteville location seeing how he ran the front all by his self while their “general manager” was outside doing whatever instead of doing his job shake my head, they need better superiors than the one they have.

Dropped my car off for a rotation and balance. Literally didn’t take the wheels off. Moved it two spaces in the lot. Tried to charge me for an alignment. I expect poor service, but I hate actually getting it.

Very poor service. The whole time I was in there they were scamming people nothing they said made sense and when confronted about it they just made up a policy. Not just one experience but multiple. Don’t go they are scammers.

I have had tires blow out that normal shops have told me I have to buy a new tire. If the tire is fixable these guys will fix it! Genuinely honest guys!!!

Longest oil change Ive ever experienced. I probably couldve flown to Iraq and drilled for my own oil, then refined it and changed it my damn self at this point. Quotes are ridiculous also. Do yourself a favor and go to Pacos Tires in Springdale for reals.

EDIT 2: Im a little late getting my review updated. They offered to replace all wheel studs and lug nuts but I told them I would rather do it myself, so they ordered all new studs and nuts for me. Ive edited the stars from 1 to 3 since they did this.EDIT: The response from the owner below is all for show. I emailed them and didnt get a response. AVOID THIS LOCATION.Scratched my brand new truck in 3 places (through the paint). Stripped my brand new lug nuts. Left off a lug nut. Over-torqued all of the other lug nuts. Rolled my brand new wheels on concrete (luckily they didnt get scratched). Go somewhere else! This place doesnt have honest techs. I had caps covering the lug nuts so I didnt notice the problems for almost a month.

Ive been going to Big O on MLK in Fayetteville for almost 2yrs now for all my oil changes and tire needs. They are fast, efficient and price is always reasonable! I highly recommend them for ALL your vehicles maintenance.

Where do I start. I had some work done on my 2013 Equinox at the Bentonville location & not even a few days later, it seems I was having the same issue that I brought it in for in first place. I took it back to Bentonville location & they said it was fine & they didnt see anything wrong.Well, it got worse & worse. So, I called the Fayetteville location & the GM Jesse along with his mechanic took great care of me. We had an appointment scheduled, got the Equinox actually fixed and I was on my way. So, here I am about a week later writing my review because I wanted to make sure it was good this time.Thanks Jesse & your Fayetteville crew!

Took my car (a track car) in for wheel alignment. The alignment package they offer is great for me (5 years $199 unlimited). Since I adjust my suspensions very often, I can always bring my car back for free alignment or the next 5 years with this package. Not to mention, their alignment tool is low car friendly.The gentleman who did the alignment for me was very helpful and patient. He got it to the spec I needed at this moment.Definitely recommend.

Great place to get your tires

Chase oversaw every need for my 2002 Buick LeSabre! He kept me informed about any repair! I will always remember his kindness! Glen called me afterwards to make sure I was pleased with customer service & mechanical repairs! They deserve higher than 5 stars from my experience!

I don’t recommend this place at all. They don’t know what they are doing (they claim they do) and they are freaking rude both the kid worker and the manager. Visited 3 other places and was told my car needed alignment but Big O Liars (yes liars!) insisted NO alignment was needed for my car so they sell me new, expensive tires. Boy they got so mad when informed them about visiting other shops for a second opinion. They are not professional at all in their work and words. Will definitely never visit that place again and neither will recommend it to anyone.

Other than a glitch in the final price on 4 tires, whuch was promptly corrected, I was very happy with the visit. I will continue shopping with Big O, especially this store, good people to deal with.

Glenn and his staff were life savers. I brought my car in to get an oil change and they found one of my tires was wearing unevenly on the inside. I good have had a blow out not been aware thanks to their throgh inspection i feel safer. Definitely coming back.

The guys there were very nice, very straightforward. They let me know everything that was happening and what may need to be fixed and if I needed help financing it. They were not pushy at all. Again very friendly and professional. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Thought the price was a great deal, went in for a set of new tires for our truck. Requested alignment check. We get a call from Big O saying tires are done and we do need an alignment and oh yeah we need brakes and rotors too. Took the truck to Toyota service the next day. No alignment needed, no need to replace brakes or rotors. But they did have to rebalance the brand new tires we got from big o the day before!!! And one of the tires is loaded with weight just to get it to balance. We are being told that is likely a bad tire. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BIG O.

Clint and Chase at Big O Tires were amazing ... I give them what I like to call the (3) Ps ... Professionalism, politeness and promptness. They had a couple of hiccups in the service bays (none were of their making), but I had an appointment and they somehow managed to give me a service recovery refund in the form of a discount on my tires. I was at Big O Tires yesterday for an oil change and what I witnessed moved me to come write a review for the first time.I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and have always had a great experience with the staff and services provided.While I was waiting yesterday a kid came in who was clearly upset about something to do with his car. He was yelling and cussing and making a big scene about it. The manager came out from the back and quickly asked the kid to calm down and stop being disrespectful to all of the other people who were there. They talked for a while and the young man showed the manager something on his phone. I couldn’t hear everything from where I was but it was clear that the manager was trying to help and listening (very patiently) to him. Whatever it was the kid wasn’t happy with the results and stormed out yelling and cussing.I think the manager did a great job of trying to diffuse the situation and help him. Reading through all of the negative reviews posted since yesterday it’s obvious that the kid went and got all of his buddies to post negative reviews. Sad that a bunch of people (probably none of which have ever even been to the store) can attack a business and say whatever they want in an attempt to sully their reputation.Well as I said I’ve always had good service here and plan to continue for many years to come. Showed up for an oil change only to find out I had a broken stud and a missing lug nut. It wasn’t in my budget, but they wouldn’t let me leave without working out a way I could afford it. They were more concerned with my safety than my money, and that says a lot about the character and morality of the cooperation itself. I am beyond impressed and grateful. Check them out. Pleasantly surprised they do more then tire work. They found a sensor issue with my vehicle discussed all findings with me and replaced what it needed.Customer service deserves 6 stars as far as Im concerned and it was a Monday morning and they got me in and out in a very timely manner. Keep up the good work. I went in expecting the cost of my new tires and alignment to break me but was pleasantly surprised.

I bring 4 different vehicles to big o and I have yet to have any issues with the work they do. I highly recommend them and will continue to do business with them. If a Lamborghini and a Porsche owner trusts them to do work on their high class cars then anyone can trust them with their vehicle.

I am very upset with the service I have received. I set an appointment for a tire rotation, and 2 hours later I find out how poorly they treated my vehicle. Marquel nichols was my technician, and my truck now has scratches on the wheels. Also, my parking brake was so tight that i had to have someone release it. Who knows what damage was done to the cable. I basically spent 22 dollars and 2 hours of my life to have someone abuse my property I work very hard for. I will reach out to higher ups about this at some point. I think my damage should be replaced and my money refunded. I will never give my business to this company again.

The worst customer service. We pulled in with a flat tire and were told “well sorry about that. It would be a 3 hour wait”. We changed the tire in their parking lot manually and not a single person out of 3 inside came out to offer any help. 0/10

Went to store to order a tire you dont stock. Your salesman at first didnt want to sell me the tire at the price you have online because he said had to get special. When I showed him your online details they agreed to sell at your printed price. I opened credit card to get rebate etc that part went well. Your company to notify when tires in. I get one phone call wanting to know when I will be in or they will send tires back. While installing tires, my wife called me and said where are you as Big O wants to talk about brakes. I was in waiting room. On way home tire light comes on. I checked pressure and correct so I called and they would fix when I come in. They could not, said had to be done by dealer. I called my Honda repair guy and I could reset calibration myself. What a sorry bunch. I am going to be returning for rotation etc. Highly unsatisfatory.

These guys are always professional and display expertise in all areas not just tires. The manager was friendly and shoot it straight. The techs were considerate of my vehicle, and used floor and seat covers to keep my car clean. I would recommend them for any services needed.

I went to multiple tire dealers, this establishment gave me the best price for the service. The Manager, Stephen Mars, and his associates are knowledgeable and courteous.They treat you like Family. Ill b making a come back to these gentlemen.

Highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for tires. Ask for Zack when you go in. The guy absolutely provides outstanding customer service - took care of me the whole way. Also of note, I ordered spacers for my truck. Zach ordered them for me and at half the price O’reilly was asking. Then he went a step further and had them installed at no additional charge since I bought my tires from him. Hard to find this kind of service in the area. I will be going to Big O for all my tire needs in the future.

Glen had ask us to change our review. Well took the car back they rebalance the tires and then showed me that on of the rims were bent . the car drove fine before they touched it now it rides like a log wagon and the told my husband that they were going to put street touring tires and they put all weather on when we complained about it he said he was doing it for our safety. Well that should be our chose we like a smooth riding car not one that rides like a jacked up truck with nito tires on it. Not happy and they refuse to do anyth6 about it.

Other location in Springdale couldnt fit me so they called and referred my vehicle to Fayetteville one. They were delighted to receive me and had an earlier spot available. Process and repair was smooth, fast, and easy. While waiting I offered drinks and refreshments in the lobby. I will come back especially after being offered couple years of free alignment checks and service was reasonable.

I always bring my trucks here for alignments and tires. I have 2019 GMC at4 that I don’t bring to the dealer anymore because of the sketchy device. These guys are the real deal and are super helpful!

I was referred here because I thought I needed to buy a new alternator. After inspecting my car, they let me know I didnt need a new one at all. So rare to find honest people these days. The Big O Tires Fayetteville Arkansas is a place to trust for car repairs. My Tesla 3 had a rear tire that was leaking air. It took the guys in a little time to find it but they did and the repair was completed in short order. No high pressure to perform any other work (I did ask them to rotate and balance the tires) or purchase merchandise. I was treated professionally and courteousfrom start until finish. I purchased four tires from here last year. I recently got a nail in my tire and drove a few hundred yards on it while flat. I took it here and after inspection by a staff member was told that the inside of the tire was shredded and could not be repaired. They said I definitely needed a new tire. Luckily, they did not have one in stock, so I left with my old tire. On a whim, I took it by fire stone, who said the tire was just fine, put a patch over the nail hole, and now it works just fine. I strongly suggest you do business somewhere else.

Had my f250 in because it was pulling badly to the right. Asked to have the front end checked/done at a rather costly price. The truck still pulled the same when i left the lot as when i took it in after an alignment was done. I had to take it to another shop which showed me on the truck that the front tire had a broken belt with metal showing. Basic front end work starts with tires this was not done. This shows to be seemingly a poor business ethic along with a lack of regard for safety. I have had this truck in before for an alignment after having the whole front end replaced but it had new tires at the time and received a print out of what was corrected after the service.
