I usually use a different person in assisting me on my oil changes, but for the past two oil changes Eric has been there, with a positive attitude, ready on time at 7:30 to check me in and get my car going. Friendly staff, awesome service. You’re informed about everything that is good and needs work in the future for your car. Will continue to keep coming back!

They were extremely friendly & able to work me in. The wait time was reasonable and exactly as long as they said. Explain in clear detail what was done. Price is also reasonable. Left knowing what to expect next time, as well.

I had car trouble on Saturday. Had to have the car towed to dealership. Immediately after receiving the car someone called me and told me they would be looking on Monday what was wrong with the car. Monday early morning I received a call to let me now since I didnt have an appointment they were possibly going to check my car later that day. Called me later to let me know car had a dead battery. But it wasnt even 10 am when I got a call to let me know my car was ready to pick up. :)

They replaced our start/stop switch which was under warranty and replaced the driver’s side electric seat switch which was not under warranty. We have almost all our service work done on our 2016 Pilot done here. We have been very happy with people we have dealt with and the services performed. The staff is always helpful and explains everything completely. We recommend them.

Rodents ate so much wiring the vehicle was dead. Jamie Newberry and staff helped us get it on the tow truck since it was locked in park. We live 2+hours away, but dealing with assessment and repairs went very smoothly. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service done in a timely manner. Thanks so much.

Jim Haupt was amazing on Saturday. I called him while I was on the road with a potential issue that I was unsure of, he quickly worked me into the schedule for my regular service and to check out the concern. All was well and I was able to be on my way to visit family with a minimum delay AND peace of mind. Thank you Jim and Honda of Fayetteville!!

Eric was very helpful. He addressed an incorrect charge for windshield wiper blades as I had just purchased new ones and did not need another set as part of the regular maintenance. Eric promptly sent me a refund!

I purchase my Honda Civic new in 2018. It’s been a great car. I would highly recommend Honda of Fayetteville from purchase to service. Matt Jordan was my contact for my servicing my civic. He was fair on pricing my tires and service. Matt has been my service contact a few times and each time he does a stellar job. He keeps me updated and makes sure I understand the reports from service on my civic. He also makes you aware that you’re coming up on needing tires in my case with enough time to budget ahead.I recently purchased tires with Matt because of this as well as his pricing was well lined. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and contacted me when needed in a timely manner.Highly recommended!!

Walked in and the guy just stared at me, didn’t say anything at all. This was in one of the service cubicles they have, so super close quarters. I called at noon the day of about getting an oil change and they said I could come after work at 5 and it would be first come first serve but they could get me taken care of. Then Brian told me I could come at 7 am because they stop doing oil changes at 4:45, which is not an option for me because of work. Lied to, then after going I was turned away with no solutions and told that I’m unable to book an appointment. Super frustrating. I’d rather pay for an oil change than deal with anyone here.

Went in with a friend to get his electronics checked on his 2015 Civic. Man who spoke to us talked like he didn’t want to be there and asked us ridiculous questions, the most ridiculous being “Did you buy the car wrecked from us?” (He was asking if the car had been wrecked after we asked if the car had warranty). He came out to look at the car and had someone test the battery. The battery tester guy said the car needed a more advance test to check the battery, alternator, and other electrical components. He told us he’d go talk with the man we initially talked to to see what he wanted to do. I guess he didn’t want to help us because we waited outside for him for 10 minutes then went inside and saw him walking around and relaxing the lounge area. Didn’t even bother checking up on us. My friend and I left and decided to get the issue solved elsewhere. I was also planning on taking my 1995 Civic in for service the next day, but after experiencing such ridiculous and terrible customer service I think I’ll look for a better alternative instead.
