He even took pics of the furniture in the showroom which really helped with determining the true color of the upholstery fabric. I went to this store one day just to look at furniture and was helped by Nikki. She was extremely helpful, kind, patient and seamed so genuine. I decided not to buy the day we went in so we could check other stores. After visiting other stores such as Ashley furniture, the prices and customer service could not be beat compared to Rooms2Go. Customer service alone from Nikki was our #1 reason we returned to R2G and the quality and prices was definitely amazing.

Unorganized and unprofessional. I purchased nearly $5k of furniture, including one showroom floor bedroom set. They asked to give them a day to take it apart and get it ready for me to pick up. Three days later I called to verify it was ready to pick up, and was told to pull around back and knock on the door. They said I would have to show ID, then they would help me load up. The guy in the back went to check on my stuff, then came back and asked me to wait a few minutes. After 10 minutes he didnt return, and no one would answer the door. I went around the building and in the front door, and found the guy disassembling the furniture by himself. I asked for a manager, and told him they would need to delivery it now, because I have to be somewhere in 20 minutes and cant wait. He said he couldnt do that, and then offered a refund. I took the refund, because I had no more time to waste. I also had a living room set coming from their warehouse and I told him to cancel that delivery and refund that purchase too. The manager said he couldnt do that because it was loaded on a truck to be delivered the following day. I told him thats his problem, not mine. If the truck shows up I will refuse delivery, then contact my bank to dispute the charges. So I recommended he find a way to refund my money, and then stop the delivery. Maybe I expected too much from them, or maybe they just dont want my business.

I started my hunt for a queen bed for my adult special needs son online when John started to assist me via chat ( offering a variety of voices) then via phone. The store was nice and the staff was pleasant, but the furniture I bought doesnt look like what was in the showroom. The quality is terrible. The pillows are lumpy, the rivets are not centered or possibly missing, and after only 2 weeks, the cushions are splitting at the seems. I cancelled the rest of my order that due to be shipped in February. I am happy with my TV console, but this couch and love seat leave a lot to be desired. Proceed with caution.
