I was met at the door by Chad who took a novice at purchasing a bed and with helpful questions narrowed down the exact type of bed I need to sleep successfully. We then reviewed my budget and he found exactly what I needed in the store. I didn’t have to haggle over price or go all over town price shopping. It was one and done and I’m thrilled.

Went to the cheap/discount mattress stores first. Frustrating by either lack of help or product knowledge. Walked in Mattress Firm, Sam greeted us. Told her what I was looking for and our budget. Directed us to try some that fit requirements did not try to get us to buy more expensive ones. Within an hour we found a great mattress and excellent adjustable frame in our price range. The 365 day trial sealed deal. No risk! Sam is an excellent salesperson, ask for her if you can and very pleased with low stress experience!

I was in and out. Obviously the average person doesnt lay on beds for a living, but the staff definitely does! They layed me down, (therapy style) and asked me about critical components of my sleep.They then cut out all non applicable beds, and from there my choice was clear. I went in today to purchase a mattress and was thrilled they had exactly what I wanted in stock. I said I wanted a queen, firm, innerspring mattress without any kind of topper and that is exactly what I was shown. Jeremy was wonderful and showed me products in a range of prices and did not try to show me something I didn’t specifically ask for. After showing me four different mattress brand Jeremy left me alone to test each mattress. I laid down and rolled around and spent about 30 minutes going between two different brand before making a decision. I chose a Beautyrest mattress and once I made my decision Jeremy helped me with financing and scheduling delivery. I was pleasantly surprised that upon delivery they will remove my old mattress and box spring to be recycled so I don’t have to worry about them. I had a great experience and was given a one year guarantee that if I don’t love my new mattress I can get a full credit towards a different mattress.

I had slept on a flotation (water) mattress for the past 20 years, and it finally sprung a leak. It was time to find a new mattress! So, I went to Mattress Firm and was immediately greeted by Tom. I was pleased that they were taking Covid seriously and took measures to prevent infection. Tom was very helpful and really listened to me. I explained what I was looking for and what my price range was. He then showed me a few mattresses that might fit my needs, and didnt just waste my time. Although I did go look at a few other places, I came back to Mattress Firm. Tom had helped me find a great mattress, within my budget, that truly suited my needs, so I bought it. I brought it home and got a great nights sleep. I love the fact that he was not high pressure at all, and really understood what I wanted. I highly recommend this store for your mattress/pillow needs.

The financing terms and sales offers were straight forward, and it was an easy process. Everyone was kind and accommodating, and I am looking forward to receiving my mattress this week. I would definitely come here again to buy another mattress when the time comes.

Friendly customer service. Neat and clean location. The only area for improvement was the outside back of the store where you picked up the mattress was not clean. Trash and debris was everywhere. Especially around the dumpster area.

This really hasnt been the best experience was told they would contact me when my mattress and box springs came in. They didnt I had to get ahold of them and the Pleasant Grove ark sight would never answer there phones I had to get ahold of Fayetteville. After getting product home box springs didnt match. After 2 attempts trying to get the right beauty rest they upgraded me to temper pudic box springs. I get them the following week and they have a hole in one. 2 weeks later I had to call them and find out when my new box spring is coming. They tried to give me 50 dollars back or come get something different, I took that as a slap in the face I gave these ppl 1800 dollars for all new and they cant even get there stuff together. There suppose to be here today with a new box spring well see 5th time a charm.
