Here it is 10:30 am and Im now getting a call that the divery truck broke down a couple days ago and he was hoping to have it back today but its not gonna be. So Im rescheduled for a second time. Only this time comes with no warning(had it been an emergency it would be different but he knew this was a possibility days ago) So I had taken today off for no reason. Had I been told prior Id have had the option to not take the day off, but now I get 2 days off due to lack of professionalism from this manager. Expressing my frustration I said It needed to be priority that we get a morning delivery tomorrow and he says he dont have the schedule for tomorrow. So no idea when tomorrow, I say thats unacceptable and his response is Im not gonna argue the schedule with you and hangs up. I had asked for corporates number and was told its against company policy to give it to customers. Thats ridiculous. If I ever get my bed it will be the last one from thus company.

Back story: We bought a mattress/box set from Sears which was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday. They never showed up or called. Nothing. So we called. They said that they didnt have any in stock and would have to reschedule for Saturday. That was such great customer service that we decided to cancel our order and Sears lost $500. I looked around, and as fate would have it, A Goodnight Sleepstore was across the street. I went arrived about 45 minutes before closing and met the lovely Amanda. She was cheery and very nice. Then he answered our questions and gave us a great price and showed us how to save as much money as we could. The delivery guys were quick and polite. It was a perfect experience. This store has an amazing selection of mattresses! They dont just have the known brands but some really amazing brands that dont advertise! I was helped out by Brandi; she helped me find the perfect mattress for MY BUDGET! The other mattress stores that I visited that day instantly took me to bed way out of my price range, but not here. They listen, they understand and they help you get into the bed that fits you. I have a child, and most business people scuff at a mom coming in to price the place. Not them, they were very professional, understanding and even payed attention to my babys attempt of flirting. This place is great. I went to A Goodnight Sleepstore to get a new mattress on April 11, 2018. The salesperson Monika Block was great, she showed me all the different mattress that were there. She went through all the options to buy a mattress, I felt comfortable with her expertise. I was happy with my purchase over 11 years ago and Im happy with my purchase that I made on that day.

The experience in the Good Night Sleep Store was awe-inspiring. (Great Service from Amanda & Pam.) I had extemporary to stop, but I optically discerned an advertisement and believed it was worth a endeavor. When I ambulated in I was greeted by cordial sales associates. When they didnt have the mattress I wanted, they expeditiously made another suggestion and it was better then what I had a desire to get. What an awe-inspiring experience. I was only in the store less than 15 minutes.

This was not our first time at the store. We bought our first Posturepedic 10 years ago and have slept great every night. Last week we went to the store to replace a pillow, but couldnt resist trying out the mattresses. Our sales associate, Brandi, was kind, helpful and patient. We bought two mattresses from this location and found the CSR Hannah to be friendly, not to pushy, and a pleasure to work with. The product we got was great and priced right. The only reason I gave a ding on the rating was that my mattress didnt get delivered on time and I had to call to find out what the status was. I felt like they really should have reached out to me....not the other way around. However, with that being said they did deliver it and they were in and out pretty quickly which was nice. Overall, we felt like we got a good deal.

The in-store experience was great. The sales associate was very informative and helped with picking out the best bed. The delivery date and time was established the day I purchased my bed. The delivery did not happen anywhere near the 2-5 PM time they set. I called the store at 5 PM to see where the delivery team was and a store associate said that he would call me back. Lets just say he never called back.

My husband is deployed, so finding a mattress that he would like and feel comfortable was hard ; especially when we have two different tastes. When I walked into the store, Amanda was extremely cheerful! She has this great enthusiasm and a positive attitude. She didnt get frustrated when my child threw a fit, because he did not want to be in there. She was extremely detailed, friendly, and the atmosphere was great. The 90 day guarantee is a flat out LIE! I purchased 3 mattresses and 2 adjustable frames. The sales lady told me they had the 90 day guarantee and if I didnt like it I could trade for a different mattress. She also informed me to give it at least 30 days because it take time to adjust to. All the mattresses were fine except mine. I could not sleep and my back was killing me. I gave it a little over 30 days and called them to see about exchanging for a softer mattresses. After a 3 day run around and several excuses I was told there was only a 30 day guarentee and since it had been a little over 30 days they couldnt help me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are great when you are buying and will tell you what sounds good but once you make your purchase, they are done with you.

We had a great experience with the sales associate, Josh. He was friendly, courteous, didnt hover but answered all questions we had. Delivery was set up quickly. A time of 8-12 was given...they didnt show up until 1215. The mattress cover was damaged so we had to go back to store for replacement. Pam was able to find one for us. While there we did ask her to correct my name on our account and she didn’t seem too willing. She said we should call customer service. Our thought was why can’t you. She did call and put us on the phone and it was straightened out. But that instance kind of left us wanting better service.

I went in to purchase a new mattress prior to my husband returning home from deployment. The model we had decided on (over a year ago, before his deployment) was no longer in production. After several months of waking up with aching backs, my wife and I decided to look for a new mattress. From the moment we went in to A Goodnight Sleepstore it felt like we were on a cloud. I love my new bed. However, my bed was ordered on Sept. 7, but actually got here and was delivered on Sept. 30 due to my base not being delivered with the bed. In addition, my son who had gotten a bed (Sterns and Foster--King) a few weeks prior to me getting one, was given 2 free nice pillows. I was only given one, after I inquired about it. I also had to keep calling to find out the status of my bed, no one called me saying it would be delayed.
