There was an inconvenience with some furniture I bought. No ones fault really, but the team really helped compensate me and reassure me that they would give me what I originally purchased or the best next thing. Especially a worker named Samantha. She was talking to me one on one !She never failed to answer my questions. I could tell she was doing her best and that’s what really reassured me that I went to the right furniture store ! Over all a great experience all thanks to her.

Samantha did an excellent job of helping me over the phone as I ordered furniture remotely, even going so far as to Facetime with me so that I could view the bedroom set I was ordering. She followed up and answered my questions promptly and set-up a delivery time that met my needs. The delivery was on-time and the staff was professional and helpful

There was Southern Furniture back in the day then Haverties and now Fayetteville Furniture. They are still selling great products at a fair price!

This location never ceases to amaze and be accommodating to your needs! I walked in looking for a specific furniture set; however, it was Ashley furniture specific (I found the set at the Ashley Furniture location). Brenda walked us around giving us options of something that could be similar. I found a new set I FELL IN LOVE with but with the furniture shortage I couldnt get it for a month. I asked if I could at least get the sofa from the floor, she made some calls and THEY SAID YEP, THATS NO PROBLEM!! The delivery process was smooth and everything so far is great, I do have to wait a few weeks for the other items but I am happy with with I have so far! (EMPHASIS: There is a furniture shortage due to the virus, just gotta be flexible and patient) Brenda also made the price cheaper than the Ashley Furniture location by $300! I purchased the Mercado Sofa/ Chair in a half/ and Ottoman set in Pewter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR ALL FURNITURE NEEDS!!

So I am having my family over for Thanksgiving this year and I needed some furniture, sofa, loveseat, just somewhere for my fam to sit and be comfortable.Going to all the furniture stores over Fayetteville I searched for a sofa loveseat set that I would be happy with. Good construction, comfortable, good material, and something that will hold up after 5 - 10ish years.I found a set I liked, talked to a woman about the build, quality, and everything, she shot me an offer, I thought it over, the following day I bought the set for deal less than originally given.Was able to schedule a delivery date, later this week for the evening time. So far this company is on top of it all. Good customer service, good products, good service, and pretty good selection of furniture in their display area.Update- My new sofa and love seat have been delivered. The two individuals who delivered them were able to get the set up the stairs to a third story, the furniture is in the same condition as it was in the store.They called me in advance to set a time prior to showing, it was all delivered on time. The two individuals were able to get the furniture up to my place and placed it where I wanted.Overall I am very pleased with this company and how they conduct themselves. I will in the future look to shopping here again if I need another piece of furniture.

I would go into the entire story but that would take all day. In a nutshell, we had a problem! My husband wrote a review about it and how deeply unsatisfied we were. We received a call after our review from a very soft spoken young woman named Anny. She sincerely apologized for all that happened, and worked endlessly to make it right with my husband and I. I will admit that in the beginning I was so disgusted I wasnt exactly pleasant but Anny never gave up. She called us even with the bad news but her friendliness and dedication to making it right restored our faith in the business. She contacted us via text messages and phone calls weekly until the situation was rectified. I have NEVER experienced customer service with that degree of professionalism and dedication. I was ready to take my business elsewhere and had vowed to NEVER shop there again and tell all of my colleagues to steer clear of this place...BUT Anny...( I mention her specifically because she worked with us). Even with the experience we had the service we received made us WANT to do business with them and I have chosen to shop there again very soon for my newly remodeled den. Thank You Anny for going the extra mile! We appreciate you and admire how you made sure the company you work for shined. You wont be disappointed shopping here!

Great furniture with one of the cheapest deliveries around town Stay Away from out of stock items tho could take you months to be delivered with no courtesy calls to keep you informed but you have a wide variety to choose from including thier packages..

FFG is the best furniture store hands down. I went in a few weeks ago just to look I never knew this place was here. Anna greeted me and was very helpful. This place has the BEST customer service. I was able to order furniture, but unfortunately circumstances in life changed and I was no longer in need of the furniture. I was very upset with my situation but was able to go in and talk to the manager. He was able to refund my money and I was so grateful for the grace they extended me. Purchased a few items from here on a couple occasions. The staff was awesome, the building is clean, and the furniture selection is excellent! They carry a lot other furniture stores dont (which is also why I like it so much). Martin the store manager is very reasonable, honest, and hilarious. Hard to find stores like this now-a-days. Purchased bedroom set and living room furniture...very pleasant and easy to do business with.

We are a military family coming home from overseas after three long years away. We would be coming to our new duty station with no furniture, so I ordered mattresses to be delivered the day that we signed for our new house. Anny followed up with me about half of our order being delayed because of COVID. She was able to find two similar mattresses to fulfill our order so that we would not be sleeping on the floor our first night home. I expressed to Anny my disappointment in not being able to find a living room set that would deliver close to the time of our move-in date, especially because we did not have a truck to pick up a floor model ourselves. Anny went above and beyond! She went to the floor for us and sent me the pictures of the sofas they had available that were similar to ones we had liked. She took payment over the phone, marked our selected one as sold, and added it to our delivery for April 5th. I am more than pleased at her service. She really took care of us as military family already going through a very stressful move.

When walking in I was greeted by friendly staff. Everyone I spoke with were very courteous and helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry as well as products that they can get. Offering me water or a beverage. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helping me find the perfect piece to furnish my home with. The store layout overall was very easy to navigate and clean. They disinfected the digital catalogs before and after I used them and wore masks.The vibes were welcoming and kind. I’m so glad I decided to go with this company to furnish my home and will definitely return in the future!!!

I wouldn’t shop here. I bought a couch for $1739. Beautiful couch. I used the 90 same as cash option and they marked up the price 12% charging me an extra $670 I was not aware of. Do not trust Ana. She is not experienced and add extra charges. I was also charged a $50 delivery fee. You would think after spending 2 grand they could deliver for free.

Ordered furniture only the couch came and and upon inspecting it hurried after the delivery guys left noticed that by one of the legs there was a small hole. We called immediately and was told they would come and change it out. We have called and called with no response to this day and havent heard anything about the rest of the furniture that was supposed to arrive at the end of October. Its now January and this was ordered in September. So now I have 1 peice of the 3 and now have to find something to match the couch.

I have to be honest, I haven’t specifically shopped at this store as it’s about 90 minutes from me. HOWEVER, I’m giving a 5-star review because your associate Brooke offered to help me with a furniture issue that wasn’t even purchased from this company.I recently bought a dining room table from a local company that was delivered damaged. I was getting a bit of a run-around regarding it and Brooke heard my concern. She offered to go out of her way and help me by calling the manufacturer directly to get it handled.If she’s that willing to help a client that isn’t even hers, I can only imagine how well she takes care of the folks who shop with you!

Would not recommend Fayetteville furniture Gallery I’ve had a terrible experiences. Not only has my furniture been pushed back twice From it’s original date when it was pushed back the second time no one notified me to let me know that almost three weeks were gonna be added. I still haven’t received any pieces of my furniture and I have been trying to contact the manager but have had no luck. I went into the store and only once I went into the store did they offer me rails to use while I’m waiting. And I was definitely over priced they say they will match any price but I found the nightstands I wanted for cheaper price at Walmart and they did not match that price.So basically the store has my money and I have no furniture and still have not spoken to the manager and I have called as well as gone up to the physical store

Because of the experience I had on Labor Day I will not be shopping at this store ever again. They were very rude and unwilling to give a decent discount at all. Especially for the most important piece being late. I went to Ashley furniture and got my piece for less and I know I can rely on them to get here on time. I have had several experiences with a piece delivering 4 months out from the date they told me.

I had a bad experience with their other store furniture r us on raeford rd,but the owner Moe reached out to me and helped resolve the issue. I had to come to this store to pick out a different piece of furniture because of the delay from the other store. The staff were extremely friendly, and Martin, the manager was very helpful. I picked out my furniture and he scheduled the delivery for the next day! Im not sure what the delay was at the other store, but the owner Moe and the manager Martin definitely made sure I didnt have to wait any more for my furniture. Now I will have my furniture for the holidays!

I purchased a bedroom set of 7 pieces and one of my pieces came in damaged. I contacted the store after delivery and they immediately apologized and order a new piece for me to replace the damaged item and furthermore they let me stay with the piece until the new item arrived. All the staff involved stayed in contact with us starting from the sales person all the way to the manager, delivery department and ordering department. I have never been treated so nice and am more than pleased with the store staff professionalism, understanding and A1 customer service. My wife and I had been shopping for furniture for over two years trying to decide what we like. It seemed like these only worthwhile furniture stores in town .After a friend told us about this place, we went the next day. Granted, we spent $10k in new furniture for 5 rooms, but we are very happy with all of it and finally set up our new house with everything we wanted!

Nice presentations and furniture on the inside. Good customer service. They are big on compensating customers when theres any issues with orders/delivery. Ill give you a nice set of lamps 😂If you try to cancel a customized order (in which all orders seem to be customized here) they will charge you, I forget if its a restocking fee, delivery charge, or some percent of the cost of your furniture set... But our bedroom set was on paper for $2200, found the same exact set online for $1400.. 💀 it would be one thing if it was maybe $100 or $200 off, but roughly $700 is a huge gap!?!? We ended up cancelling our order due to the fact that a few of our furniture pieces would be delivered weeks apart.. and that two weeks went by from the original date they told us it would be delivered and set up... All of a sudden Ashley Furnitures WAREHOUSE didnt have any drivers... For that entire 2nd week, there were no drivers?? Ill leave this posting on that note..I hope this post actually sticks to the Google reviews sections.. we tried to leave one before and surprisingly it hasnt been posted....

Bought a couch here, we took our time decided to look at another store and came back the next day. The staff was never pushy and very helpful. Because of the wait to make the furniture they gave us a loaner couch for no cost. We lived over 20 miles from the location but they still dropped off the loaner. Loved this store we highly recommend.

The bottom line: weve been here more than once and the sales team is NEVER pushy, and has never once tried to convince me of what I wanted. They did their best to listen to what I was saying I wanted and helping me tweak that and narrow it down. And they are really up front about pricing. I will come here every time we need new furniture from now on because I feel respected.Longer story: I happened upon this store a year or two ago because we needed twin box springs and frames, but no mattresses. This was my third stop in town and the only one willing to sell just those things without a mattress, and for sure the only store that didnt aggressively try to convince me that we should just also get new mattresses, which we didnt need. Fast forward to now, we are finding ourselves in a weird predicament where our living room doesnt really fit our family needs, but we arent at all sure what we want. I remembered this store, we stopped in and spent close to an hour with Roger just sitting on furniture and seeing how it felt and how it functioned and what would work in our life and living room. And the whole time, Roger our sale guy, was around to help us think about different considerations we should make, or he was giving us space to discuss with each other. He made some awesome recommendations that we would never have known were possible. We ended up leaving without buying anything because by the time we were done, we realized we had walked in with a really narrow scope of what we wanted, and by the time we left we knew of so many other options and we needed time to digest. Roger was sincerely understanding of that and didnt try for a second to convince us to stay and purchase. I think it was a lot more like dealing with a family member trying to help you out then dealing with a salesperson. When we have decided what we want, this is where we will be going to get it. Without question.

I am very happy with my experience at Fayetteville Furniture Gallery. The presentation, staff, selection, and quality has been amazing and I highly recommend. My experience shopping here at small business felt very customized and special compared to shopping at a big business/mall where you feel like just a number.I came in a pinch looking for a new mattress and met with Brenda. I explained to her I was a side sleeper and was always waking up sore on my old bed, I also explained what I liked in a bed, and that I did not have alot of time to lay on a million different bed or visit multiple stores to compare. She knew exactly what I needed and recommended 3 different mattresses based on what I said. They all felt amazing and she explained the differences between them. I never would have selected a memory foam/hybrid mattress on my own, but after a month of owning this mattress, I am so glad I did. I feel so much better and have not woken up sore. :)I was very happy with my experience that I came back to purchase a living and bedroom set. They have many styles to choose from for all tastes. Again - after describing what I like, they were able to show me what they had in that was my style. I was able to make a decision and felt very happy.For my bedroom set, even though the dresser was not in stock, they said they would still deliver so I would have my bed and not sleep on a air mattress waiting as delivery times have been slow because of covid-19. It really meant alot to me and it is those little details that make a difference in a customers experience.Delivery went very smooth. Mike and Bob were very professional and communicated well. I received a call a hour before they arrived and they came inside to see where to place everything. A huge selection of all types of furniture, modern and more traditional. I made a rookie mistake and purchased a sectional that was too big for my new living space and they let me exchange it for something that did. Only out of pocket I experienced was another delivery fee, which for my mistake, was not a big deal. I highly recommend shopping here for any type of furniture.
