My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location. We were greeted by Tim Alston. He was so helpful and so patient. We could not decide between 2 living room sets. He never rushed us. On the contrary he asked questions to get to know us and our household kids, cats, etc.. so he could give helpful suggestions on which set would work better for us. He was so knowledgeable. I wasnt crazy about the area rug and pillows that were displayed with the living room set we chose, but Tim even found the perfect area rug and pillows to go with the set. They were perfect! And never pushy. He made the whole experience so enjoyable. Do yourself a favor, ask for Tim when you come here. You wont regret it.

I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to it. He went above and beyond our expectation with helping us. I found Rooms To Go a great place to buy from. No issues with them whatsoever. The finance company they use, however, is extremely difficult to work with. Impossible to simply get your account number in order to make a payment. That cost them a few stars. Get a more mainstream finance company.

Antonise was very helpful with the purchase of my sectional. The process went smoothly with her. I have not received my furniture yet, and after reading other reviews (which I should have done prior to buying) I’m pretty nervous on how the sectional will hold up after a while. However, the initial process went well with her!

I had a pretty good experience at this store, my salesman was Jay Johnson. He hit the customer satisfaction criteria forsure. I told him what style I was looking for, and a lot of the furniture is on back order however he checked the availability for each item to make sure I got them in a timely fashion. Delivery came on time during the time frame window, I guess I got lucky considering the past reviews. However one of my night stand was damaged during delivery. Sent it back and getting a replacement later, I would call the customer service line to confirm and set a date for redelivery.

My husband and I had a great in-store experience. However, our furniture delivery was split over three trips in three months - July, August, and September. One item, a day bed with a trundle, was delivered without enough bolts/supplies to set it up. The delivery left it unbuilt and have yet to return to fix it. We have called, used the chat, tried everything to get help. Rooms To Go apparently doesnt care what happens once you sign the order form and pay for your furniture.

We had a great experience this past weekend at rooms to go. We we’re shopping for a sofa and coffee table, I was indecisive and spent a great part of the afternoon browsing and looking at different styles. Jay Johnson our sales person was awesome! He was very patient , helpful, and knowledgeable! Mr. Johnson helped make the furniture buying experience go smoothly and it was an enjoyable experience! I will definitely go back to this store for all my furniture & decor needs!

I absolutely loved the time frame for delivery of my sectional couch I purchased this year in January and how fast it was delivered by February...... However, since the purchase within 2 weeks of receiving the sectional couch a spring broke and within 2 months the material on the couch started fraying. So bad that my daughter and I purchased many blankets to cover up the seating and the frayed material. A service representative from Rooms To Go came out last Saturday to see if the couch could be fixed along with the fraying material. He tried using one of those deshedding tools; however, he said the damage could not be fixed. He then said someone from Rooms To Go would contact me within a few days. No one has contacted me. I have called 3 times this week and left my number to be called back due to the long hold. And yet, I have heard nothing. I also meant to mention I also paid for the Extended Warranty on the furniture even though it is still under warranty for my first year. At first I just wanted a replacement for the furniture. A brand new replacement; however, now I would like for Rooms to Go to come pick up this sectional couch and give me a full refund.

I had absolutely the worst experience with Rooms To Go. I paid for my furniture 2 months ago and still have not received it. And yet theyve taken two payments out of my account. I had delivery date for the furniture to be delivered. My son was there all day waiting vigilantly. When I received a text that they were eight minutes away I sat outside waiting for them. They never showed when I called Rooms To Go they said that the driver said he had been by to drop off the furniture called my phone and my fiances phone and didnt get a response. That was a lie and nobody showed up and nobody reached out to either one of us. Then I was given another delivery date about a month out. The other day somebody from Rooms To Go called to ask if I had received my furniture which I had not. When they check to see when my furniture was to be delivered it was yet to be another month. By happens chance I stop by JR Furniture. They gave me better financing with a lower interest rate on beautiful furniture that cost me half the price of what Rooms To Go was going to cost me. I would never recommend Rooms To Go Ive gotten a refund for my payments. And even though I lost a deposit it was worth it to get out of their contract. I found better furniture better quality much Kinder people with a faster delivery time. I do not recommend Rooms To Go

Like most other reviewers, we had a great experience in store, shipping and delivery were a different story. We purchased a 3 piece sectional that was pretty pricey honestly, that was in August. First of all our delivery was guaranteed for Sept 20, we were called the morning of the scheduled delivery saying one piece was out of stock and wouldn’t be available until October 6th, we opted to have all our furniture delivered that day, because having two pieces of a 3 piece sectional just made no sense, the customer service rep who called was rude and short and did not seem to care. Our furniture finally arrived on Oct 6th, the delivery team was subpar at best and disastrous at worst. They didn’t call when they were on their way, they kept their shoes on in the house, didn’t have masks in the middle of a pandemic, AND BROKE A PIECE OF OUR COUCH. I called the store manager to absolve this issue and he said a member of the customer service team would be calling me. They haven’t called. It’s obviously this store cares only about getting your money and not about the customer or their satisfaction. I wouldn’t consider ordering furniture from here again.

While this furniture store has a lot of nice quality furniture they are unable to guarantee delivery at even a 4 hour window which is common among delivery company. One of the reasons we made the purchase was because we were able to select our delivery date and was told that we would be given a 4 hour window for delivery 48 hours ahead of the delivery. We received a called 4 days ahead and were told that they cannot provide a window for delivery that we would need to be available all day. So after purchasing 4K worth of furniture I have to take a vacation day to wait for the delivery, and of course they waited until after the three day return policy was up to notify us or I would of cancelled my order and went to Ashleys Furniture. Buyer beware of delivery promise.

I had an amazing experience at Rooms To Go last week! Eliott Silva was the sales associate that helped me and I do not have enough good words to say about him! He was absolutely amazing! I came in with my dad and friend looking for a recliner for my husband, but since I was just visiting from PA I was not able to purchase one that would fit in my car. But Eliott was so helpful in answering all of my questions and he even went as far as to walk out to my car with my dad and measure my trunk to see if the box would fit. I have never seen such amazing customer service before. I so wish I was able to buy the recliner there!

BUYERS BEWARE: Rooms To Go has the absolute worst furniture, the cheapest furniture I’ve ever purchased. I purchased a mattress for my bed to include the insert lift device that allows you to lift your head or foot of the bed up, which I purchased that particular model for my husband who suffered a stroke. The mattress only lasted 3 months. After making numerous calls to customer service they finally came out took pictures and measured the depth of the sagging mattress. Finally they replaced it. Again 3 months later the mattress sagged again, I asked for a refund they told me they don’t give refunds and it was on my receipt if I read the back, and in fine print there it was. But they never tell you that when they sell you the furniture. I demanded my money back, I threatened to contact the Attorney General’s Office. After going back and forth with rooms to go a couple of months they finally decided to give me my money back. It was that, or every 3 months they were going to replace my mattress. It turned out they removed the mattress they sold me off their showroom floor. The lift device needless to say has stopped working. Forget it..... I can’t keep fighting with Rooms to go furniture, but I can tell my story to others and hopefully they’ll find it useful. I gave you the compressed version of the story.

Nothing i bought lasted more than a few weeks before things started to peel off, brake apart, come loose. Some of my furniture showed up broken and they had to replace it twice. When the 3rd set showed up i was so frustrated with the time i was wasting leaving work for repeated deliveries I just accepted it with crooked draws because it was the least messed up set they delivered and didnt want the hassle of another replacement or returning it.

We had an absolutely amazing experience recently. From each sales associate who assisted us to the delivery drivers, we cannot say enough praise! We knew what we wanted when we went to the store and it was actually in stock. We got it within a week and the tracking app helped let us know when they would arrive to our house. We had a terrible experience at another place with wait times for furniture and lies from sales associates. We will recommend Rooms to Go 100% to others!

I purchased furniture but due to extended delivery times we found something better at a better price. We canceled our order and now were out almost 1000.00. On the back of the receipt in small grey writing states only 80% will be refunded. No one can see the disclaimer. This info should be told before purchase. Way to go customer service.

March 31, 2021....Where to begin....2020 I bought furniture for my bedroom a whole suite. I paid for delivery and assembly, only one guy came and he said all can do is bring it into my garage cause his other associates couldnt come on base to help cause they didnt bring the proper identification. I asked if he would help me bring everything upstairs and he said no! I bit the bullet and let it go. This year I bought another bedframe and mattress from this store they got the delivery date wrong by a WEEK. Manager said there was nothing she could do. My bed was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY. I get a call from rooms to go saying that delivery couldnt be done cause the delivery team didnt HAVE IDS to get on base. Sound familiar???? Store manager tells me theyll waive the delivery fee. Delivery manager told me the best they could do is bring it to me the next day....which is today. I had to tell work and getting a second half day of work off is not easy. About an hour ago my bed arrived and its in pieces upstairs in my room. The reason its in pieces is cause the support beams that go under the bed were broken! 3 of the 4 beams! I call the manager and she said all she can do is EMAIL customer support about the issue BEFORE I get the rest of my bed and assembled! Ive been on the phone for a HALF hour now waiting to speak to customer care. I paid for a broken bed....and have to go through a ridiculous process just to have a whole bed that I PAID FOR! This whole operation is absolutely ridiculous and its clear the rooms to go is big enough to not really care about customer care. Unsatisfactory, unacceptable, garbage!

Decent couch, customer service was solid. the delivery was not—the delivery guys wore no masks and dropped my cushions on the ground, the stapled dust cover was torn and one leg was installed incorrectly, BUT an immediate follow-up call from their service rep and i had an appointment for the tech to come out and correct their mistakes. this took more than 2 weeks after delivery but i appreciate the hussle in these times. and the initial delivery was 3 weeks but considering other stores are scheduling deliveries for 3 months, ill take what i can get. in house service was great, follow up tech support was great as well.

Bought an entertainment center and when the delivery men dropped off, it was broken and cracked on the the back and top. Was told that the next available delivery date for an Exchange would be April 7. Also was told we could drive to Dunn and exchange it there. Went to Dunn and made the exchange and brought the new product home and this time it was cracked on the front right and the doors in the inside weren’t aligned which caused the wood to Warp. They want us to either wait for an delivery for April 9 or have us drive back to Dunn. I would not recommend them. Seems like the works don’t know how to build their products correctly.

Their customer service is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. 2 separate orders were delivered damaged. When trying to contact customer service, you are placed on hold for hours. I even left a call back number three consecutive days and my call was never returned. Finally fed up, I drove to the store and customer service told me I would receive a call later that day. No one called. The next day, I’m on hold for an hour and a half and finally got through. This is totally unacceptable and they will no longer be getting any of my business.

Worst company ever!! if I could rate no star I would .....after purchasing my living room set and dining table set in March!!!! I received only one sofa the other sofa they said will be delivered august 26!!!! I only received my counter top table today no chairs and they have the audacity to tell me it will be available next JANUARY!!!! Plus the damn sofa isn’t the colored I ordered it’s a ugly Grey wash out color 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
