From start to finish this was the easiest mattress purchasing experience Ive ever had. Gwen was incredibly knowledgeable about the inventory but wasnt pushy at all to make a sell or to upsale me in any way, unlike Mattress Firm. I ended up spending way less than anticipated but I feel like my money stretched farther here. I had the mattress delivered the next day and the delivery guys were nice and punctual. All in all I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Thanks Gwen!

Great selection of different types of mattresses and some pieces of furniture. We purchased five mattresses and other things to go with it. Alyssa was very kind and helped us figure out what we wanted. Chris was very professional and made sure we got the best deal that could be given. Mattresses were delivered buy a good group of guys. Chris is probably one of the best mattress specialist Ive ever met, he was very knowledgeable of his product line, very patient, because I really wasnt sure what to buy, and he guided me to the right mattress. Once I purchased the bed Chris said we can deliver the mattress today, not 2 weeks later, like most big name mattress stores, and his prices were incredibly cheap, about 2-3000.00 dollars cheaper. One store I went to had a mattress priced up to 4500.00. I told the salesman Im not buying a car, Im buying a mattress!

I walked in with the intention of buying a new mattress and bed. I was instantly greeted and helped. They have a large selection of mattresses and beds and I found the set I wanted. AND it was delivered and assembled the SAME DAY. Yeah you read that right. The same day. The guys that delivered my bed were very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend this place over other big name mattress stores. Would use again.

I’ve known Chris , Dennis and their Dad Joe for 30 plus years.Great straight forward business family. If you remember Turtles Records and Tapes. I got a Symbol Queen Harlow Plush with a Cherry Slay Bed last November delivered the same day. Then a King Harlow Pillow Top with a Cherry Slay Bed same day delivery last December. And a 3rd Queen Harlow Plush Mattress and Boxspring with a quality iron frame last May same day delivery. I worked at Springs and Suspension for 5 years and took time off because of the Pandemic. Went to go back and my test driving job was filled, so long story short, So Chris needed and delivery driver and a right hand man- me Basil 3 Months employed. Chris has been nothing but pure help and enjoyment. I wake up excited to come to Mattress and More everyday. So when I see bad reviews about us , I’m in disbelief. We work hard and straight forward no rushing customers to get a sale. I’m totally great full I walked into this store November 2019 as a customer now employee- Basil (delivery man). Just being real folks.

I went there to get a bean bag or a futon or maybe a cutting board cause I like to make chilli alot. they did not have anything like that.but there was this dude that worked there. all He talked about was Van Halen, thats cool though.I love Van Halen!!!

Good experience initially. Please read fine print on any warranty related issues prior to purchase. We will stick with the major Stores- they also have lower prices at other locations and have more stock instead of getting offered s as lower level replacement.. Just disappointed in the handling of our warranty claim. We will be taking our business elsewhere!

Best mattresses and prices

A few weeks ago my husband & I needed a new mattress. After reading the reviews on Mattress & More, we decided to look for ourselves. Chris, the owner, met us at the door. We told him what we wanted & he was very helpful showing & explaining the difference in the mattresses. We even laid on several mattresses. We ended up buying exactly what we wanted at a great price. Oh yes, he delivered the next day.

Highly recommend this store!! Great prices and very friendly customer service. They even delivered the mattress and headboard the same day. Will recommend this place to all my family and friends when they are looking for a mattress or any furniture.

What an awesome experience I had the other day! I went into Mattress and More after going into several places. There I met Chris who listened to me and helped me pick out the perfect mattress. I am on disability due to back pain. I really appreciated the friendliness and lack of pressure I felt when making this purchase. Chris led me to the ideal bed for my needs. I also got to meet Chris’s wife Liz! What a sweet couple! I felt like I had known them forever. I love the fact that Mattress and More is a family business. I was treated like I would have been back in my small home town, back when customer service was a top priority.Chris was even able to get my mattress to me THAT DAY!😂😂, delivered by his brother. Would not recommend purchasing mattress from mattress and more was great customer service at first but was not what I expected from professional place of work thats family owned!!!I bougt 3mattresses and had delivered that was great til called next day bc felt springs so said had pay $85 restocking fee then instead of getting my refund so could go get mattress wanted told me that could swap for one of their mattresses bc usually dont do rerurns and now stuck with another mattress thats not comfortable at all!!!!so make sure know what getting in bed with when comes to warranties /purchase/refund etc.Thanks but no wasnt the same mattress tryed out in store my son even told you our mattress wasnt the same as was suppose to be just dont want others make same mistake!!

AMAZING.........I made a phone call amazing customer service .....10 minutes to apply for financing and was approved.......called back to the store we went in about 415 and at 515 we walked out proud owners of a new 5 piece beautiful bedroom outfit as well as a mattress and box spring. Delivery the very next day. Customer Service was absolutely amazing......the quality of our purchase is amazing. We are so happy.......tha k you so much. You have new customers for life.

I got a nice log bed and mattress. They have nice furniture and can stain the color of your choice. They have handmade real wood furniture, which I did not realize until I went in there. I would recommend this place!

I bought a mattress here and got a great deal for a high-quality product. They arranged for delivery out of state and when (through no fault of their own) the delivery was delayed. They were able to negotiate with the delivery company to get me a full refund.

Sales person was very helpful and didnt pressure us. We got exactly what we wanted. He even took our old mattresses away for free compared to paying to dump it at a landfill.

My first experience with Ellen was exceptional! She was thoughtful and kind and even mailed a Thank you card! ( 5 stars then) My second experience with Chris started out good, but then went downhill fast. He will be the single reason why I never purchase another bed here again. I wont say the company itself is bad, because that wouldnt be fair. Maybe Chris was having a bad day? Which can happen, I can understand that, but there is nothing worse than a customer trying to work with a delivery schedule that already had to be prolonged a week and cannot simply request a courtesy call without getting yelled at about it? Everytime I spoke he kept talking over me and it made it difficult for us to hold a conversation. He was defensive about everything else I said after that request and made this experience more frustrating. I understood the circumstances and there is no blame to the delivery men on my end. They were respectful and kind the first time around, but Chris lost his professionalism when I asked for better communication. Please dont wait until the last minute to keep switching delivery dates. I can only rearrange my schedule so many times. Had I not called, I doubt I would have known my delivery was not going to come in today (again). I had to cancel my order because of his rudeness.
