Be prepared for great service when you walk into TOMF!! I was in a bind and needed a bed frame before we left to go out of town. I went in and spoke with Mark who basically went out of his way to make my first experience with TOMF perfect. Not only did he have the bed frame we needed, he took the time to put it together for me to make sure I knew what to do. He then took it apart, tied it together, and carried it out to the truck for me. He was the picture of perfect customer service. When its time for us to get a new mattress we will definitely be using this store!

They tried not to take responsibility for their defected mattress, even after they took the mattress and said they fixed it but it is still bending. The mattress was great at first but not after 6 months, we bought the high top one so they said they can’t replace it 🙄. I would NOT recommend this place.

Buyer be warned. Yesterday we purchased a king sized mattress and box springs. Once we have taken it home, we realized it sits much higher than normal. We need the lower profile box springs and they have absolutely no exchange or return policy. All we wanted to do with box springs we have had less than 24 hours is exchange them and they will NOT exchange them. I spoke to Terry, one of the owners from the factory and he stated they have no exceptions to this rule. Buy online or locally from a reputable company that will have a customer satisfaction guarantee. Do NOT BUY FROM HERE

We ordered a short queen orthopedic for our RV, we loved that so much and it was time to replace our much older Original Mattress factory mattress at home. We ordered it, opted for delivery, both the salesman and the delivery guys were excellent! Highly recommend!

Great mattress at a fair price delivery was great. In Fayetteville, Mark took care of at the store and kept in touch before and after delivery. He also arranged us to pick up part in Raleigh to go to a second location and the Raleigh people were great also.

We came in to purchase 2 complete queen size sets and rails for our house at the beach. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have purchased items including a custom mattress for our travel trailer before and have been extremely satisfied with the service and quality of their products. Since we couldnt carry the items ourselves we scheduled them to be delivered for a very reasonable fee. The beds came when they were promised. The delivery people were great in getting the items into the house and set up in a very efficient fashion. Great Job!

We needed a custom-sized mattress to fit an antique bed. OMF was the place to get it made in short order. Mark was very helpful, the price was fair, and the bed is comfortable and a good fit for the existing frame.

Ordered a special Short Queen to fit inside an RV. The sales rep was most helpful with size charts, and the mattress fit exactly with the comfort level we wanted

We love the quality of the mattresses and Mark is extremely helpful and friendly. Their delivery guys are extremely friendly and efficient, even if they don’t call 30+ minute before arriving as we requested, which they may not have received that request so we are not faulting them. Our complaint is that one would think after buying 7 mattresses from them, they would have a loyalty program or some kind of incentive. As it was, delivery was originally quoted at $50 at our old address in Spring Lake, and $70 at our new address in cameron. So it was $20 more for delivery in a town that was closer to Raleigh, which is where they are being delivered from. And after paying 1/3 of what the mattress costs in delivery costs, we were told they can only deliver to Cameron one day a week. A Tuesday when both of us have to be at work. Not exactly customer service and convenience oriented.Regardless, we do enjoy their mattresses and the prices are pretty competice unless you start co spidering online companies like overstock.
