Unfortunately, I’d already bought one of those online, “Bed in a Box” mattresses before I went into the Croft store. BIG mistake. I slept on that bed for two months, waking up each morning with a sore back.Since there’s no way to try those online mattresses out beforehand, they advertise that you can return them for a full refund. I suppose that’s good they make that offer – but I also feel it’s why they cost so much in the first place --- because so many of them are returned.On the other hand, the sign outside the Fayetteville Croft Mattress store says, “Come in a take a nap!” Trying it out first is the best way to know you’re getting the perfect mattress to suit your needs.So after I returned the bad bed-in-a-box mattress, I bought one from Croft… and can definitely say that I am extremely happy.Both Nick and Will helped me. The quality of the mattress and their commitment to service impressed me. They were kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful without being pushy. I had complete trust and faith in them.AND I’ve been sleeping really well and waking up with a very happy back!It’s obvious that Croft’s customer service is their priority – That and making exceptional mattresses!

This is my second time coming to this store (1st time was for a replacement mattress for my mom). Chad has been an excellent salesman (yes) but also an amazing human being. He actually cares about his customers opinions and comfort and the long-term affects in health. Croft has many options of beds to choose from but also sheets, pillows, and covers. No matter what, you will ALWAYS be satisfied with the end result.

I love my Foreverbed and Malouf adjustable base, its been a life changer to not wake up in pain anymore. Chad was fantastic during the sale and was so patient with kids who were getting past their bed time during our impromptu mattress shopping session. The measure of a company is what they do when something goes wrong. We had an issue when the delivery company (who they no longer use) damaged the base during delivery and were not responsive or timely in taking care of it. Croft did all the legwork getting it resolved, Chad, Will and Croft corporate all worked hard to take care of us, with good communication the whole way. Thanks, guys! Highly recommended.

Really wonderful mattress! All mattresses are made locally, have no VOC (volatile organic compounds), and are outrageously comfortable! They come with an optional power base to adjust leg and head height, which I highly recommend; this helps relieve pressure from your back and help blood flow. Kari was very informative and really helped us find the best mattress to fit our needs (and budget.)

I happened to stop in to Croft looking for a bed for when my parents come to visit in May. I had a number in mind that didn’t match the quality of bed I wanted but somehow Chad and I were able to work it out. Now I have a beautiful Valencia mattress, box spring, custom made headboard and am ready for my parents to come.

We stumbled upon this local business while mattress shopping on a rainy day. First, Rodney was a fantastic sales person. He spent a lot of time with my wife and I. Educating us on exact specifics of each mattress and meeting our needs as individuals with different comfort levels. It is obvious that he absolutely loves his job and making a difference in peoples lives. Second, the quality of these mattresses are excellent. Although we have yet to receive and sleep a full night on ours, we did our research and days of testing other mattresses and these were noticeably on a different level. Weve had our hybrid Forever Bed for a year and a half now and I can honestly say were sleeping just as well today as we were on day one. Be forewarned, youre going to fall in love with your Joplimo bed. Were two big and tall people with aches and pains from our labor intensive restaurant jobs, its nice to wake up rested and pain free. The customer service exceeds expectations as they carefully walk you through their product line with thoughtful follow-up. The store manager happened to run into my husband at the restaurant he was working and inquired how our bed was. The hubbers casually mentioned I was having issues with my sides adjustable bed frame remote, within a week or so, he hand delivered a new remote to my husband over his lunch hour. Cant say enough good things about our entire experience with our bed and the good people of Joplimo!

We desperately needed a new mattress. I’m a nurse and had just pulled a muscle in my lower back. I couldn’t sleep on our current mattress because it just made the pain worse. We went in to Joplimo hoping they could help us out. Kari was amazing! She knew exactly what we needed by looking at our alignment on the mattresses, and by listening to us. We settled on the Richland Plush, and I’ve slept so well ever since. We’ve had our mattress for about three weeks now, and I can’t imagine sleeping without it. I have been looking for a mattress for over 2 weeks until we found out this store. The lady was so helpful to help us to find out our ideal mattress. I couldnt sleep in my actual mattress. I had a soft mattress that hurts my back, I was in pain everyday for few months. But since I bought this new mattress, it takes me few months for my back to adapt and readjust itself to the new mattress. But now, I dont have any more pain 😁 Thank you Joplimo

My husband and I had a fantastic shopping experience at this store. The customer service is extremely helpful, friendly, not pushy and most importantly concerned with finding the best bed for your individual needs. We were not extremely knowledgeable about the details of beds and mattresses when we left the house on our journey looking for a new bed, but by the time we left the store five hours later Rodney and Kari had us well educated on all of their product lines they offer, their construction methods and reasoning, materials used as well as the engineering and manufacturing processes of Joplimo. Most importantly Rodney compared and contrasted the quality of their products with respect to other brand choices to demonstrate the value of Joplimo’s products. He demonstrated the purpose for design and construction of each of the products and focused on what was the best choice for us. He personally understood the sleep challenges we faced due to his own experiences and expertly guided us in our search to find the right bed choice for us. It’s a great feeling when you’ve been in a store for 20 to 30ish minutes see and understand the quality offered and know the bed your going to buy is in the store but you’ve got to figure out the subtleties between the choices. Another huge bonus in their products is the components used are high quality, sourced from US manufacturers with final assembly also being made in the United States...thus the beds are truly made in the USA. I personally believe the value of this can not be emphasized enough on numerous levels both for the consumer and manufacture and is a key aspect to the quality of the products they offer. Bottom line, even if we had not purchased our bed here, we still would have had an incredible fun educational experience with respect to bed/mattress world in large part due to Rodney and Kari’s knowledge and the products offered. I never would have guessed bed shopping could be such an enjoyable experience. We bought our Forever Prosperity Bed and it is awesome! Great store, people and beds... We highly recommend Joplimo...you won’t be disappointed.
