I like the location of Bed Bath & Beyond. There so she has four very nice. The environment was clean and safe social distancing. They had a good sale on I was surprised up what I got two comforters one for 1599 one for 1299. You cant beat that price they have just about everything youre looking for for home decor and kitchenware

Lovely stuff but no curtains for kitchen or bath. Tiny section with 80 length only! A few top valances, would appreciate more as that is the same story with all the discount stores. Not everybody wants those yucky grommit hole drapes either.

I enjoyed my visit to Bed bath Beyond. The story was clean and tidy. Staffing kind of short to be available to ask questions. I guess that is not their fault. Hard to find people to work. Got a pair of chairs on sale

A returning customer that an employee helped a few days prior to this particular days visit.... Unboxing a coffee maker with another customer, an employee (that had helped previously) decided for me that I didnt need a coffee maker 🤷 Im not sure what this employee was thinking trying to box up an item Im unboxing to most likely purchase. Matter of fact, the other customer helping me is going to buy a coffee maker too. That was only the beginningFor some reason, the store now called an alert and had other employees watching myself and this other customer as we made our way of helping ourselves looking and gathering data and eventually purchase our coffee makers 🤣 Hilarious as it was, it was also be known as harassment... Why arent employees helping customers instead of having an inpatient, rudementary mindset to accuse grown ups of stealing coffee makers? 😳😂Also, found the price for this exact coffee maker at Walmart for $40 Less. And thats with the coupon I had ...*insert eye roll**From the previous visit, also found a Revlon styler to be quite a bit less at Walmart 😲😱😢😞 Cmon you guys. Become competitive 😒 and assist customersAnyways, thanks for the coffee maker but wont be returning. Id rather visit Walmart or drive to another location

Pretty good stuff in here, but the selection of sheets in a bed store was pretty disappointing. If youre looking for variety in high thread counts, youre better off ordering online. Whats the point of going to a store for things they have to order for you? Cut out the middle man.

So disappointed. I got excited when I saw they had a great deal on a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker. I paid for it on line and picked it up in the store unfortunately when I got home I discovered that the water container was broken. I drove 40 minutes back to the store to exchange it. The store didn’t have another one available. The manager (Char) stated “I could bring it back when they were back in stock”. Why would I make another round trip (another hour)after waisting an hour and a half of my life on this? I will not be back.

All I wanted was those little bamboo tubs you put salt and pepper in but they keep not having them. Aside of that it was fine.

Strange, I paid for an item that never made my bag or cart. I didnt realize. I even thought I had it. After looking around my car and home I called and returned. Initially, the lady answering the phone hadnt seen the item nor was it in their binds upfront. But I called while returning to the store. And then she remembered the item from the bind. She stated they thought the customer didnt want the item, as I produced my receipt of purchase. After reviewing the scan numbers I had purchased it!!! Be careful review/ keep your receipts!!

We bought a lot of stuff. I had a 10 dollar gift card. The nice lady ask if we any coupons and we said no so she gave us one. It was for 50 dollars off so we got 60 dollars off .we were very happy thanks to bed bath and beyond.

My husband and I went in store tonight to get me a Dutch oven and knife set, our cashier that rang us out was so kind, personable, and helpful. After telling her I knew there was a 20 percent off coupon available, I just didn’t have it..she helped me acquire one and applied it to our transaction. We were so grateful for that! She’s the definition of an employee that goes above and beyond. Her name was Kierra and we will definitely be back because of her.

A little upset that the cashier didnt assist me with finding a store coupon online that I later found when I got in the car right on the website. I could have had 20% off and just would have appreciated a little assistance.

As a person with a pre existing disease I try to limit my outside interactions, thus I needed a new tooth brush. I place the order online and wanted it to ship to me. The latest possible time of arrival was suppose to be the 26th (today) my order has not even been sent out yet as of today. I do a chat with them to see what is the issue their excuse was their shipper is having issues and is backed up. So you knew this as a company but yet still allowed me to order without any warnings. Nor did you reach out just as basic humans to inform me they are having shipping issues. They just took my money and basically did not care if I get my order or not... their attitude was nonchalant. So I asked why can’t you just set me up to pick up my items at my local store. Their reply was they can not change an order delivery method once it has been complete. But how can it be complete when it’s never left the warehouse. But again they act like it’s just my problem either I can get a refund that could take 3 to 5 days or they can sent out another which would take 3 to 5 days. But again that would go back to the whole reason of the chat my order did not come and has nothing left the warehouse. So it’s not going to be 3 to 5 days. They don’t apologize for the inconvenience, that don’t offer useful solutions when something is their fault. No wonder their are closing and downsizing, with customer service policies like that in a Covid and post Covid market place there really is not reason to use them. It’s not cheaper most time it’s more expensive, they will not work to fix their errors nor do they offer solutions to remedy the issue quickly. Horrible is the word for them!

Nice home store, they sell many high quality products at reasonable prices, but I hate going in there. Why only three stars? One word... Potpourri!!!!Enough with the potpourri, ENOUGH! Its like going to someones house where they are trying to mask the smell of a dead rat in the kitchen. Just Stop, its way too much.

I placed an online order for champagne flutes & it was cancelled because it was out of stock. So, i called the store and spoke with an associate named Tiffany. She reassured me there were different flutes there that were similar to the ones I ordered and would hold them at the front for me. I thought that was so considerate of her, because it was the day before Christmas Eve and their store was extremely busy. Once I arrived I shopped around for something else, then went to checkout and look at the different flutes Tiffany sat up front for me. Kierra G. was the associate that checked me out. Her customer service was just as amazing as Tiffanys. She helped me figured out how to work a deviled egg container that was very confusing to me. These two ladies helped me so much even though their store was having a very busy day. Thank you so much to Tiffany and Kierra!

They always have what Im looking for. This location isnt as busy as I noticed some of the other locations are and they have competitive prices. This store is close to everywhere else we shop so its convenient too

I was very surprised to find as many sales as I did. Apperantly the store was on the cusp of getting ready for fall and ending their back to school stuff so I came in at a particularly good time. The store was very clean and my roommates and I had a lot of fun browsing the candles, and the kitchen ware (we need to get new knives eventually). I ended up leaving with a round folding chair that was marked down about 10 bucks which is actually a pretty great deal for something Im getting so much use out of. I think maybe staff could be a tiny but more attentive but really they where fine.

Did not have what I went in there for. Bought some other things but were higher prices than what I really wanted to pay.

I went to the bed bath & beyond on Morganton road in Fayetteville North Carolina today. I was looking for bedding for the holidays they did not have anything in the store but a very wonderful sales associate named Ashlee helped me look and then went on the website and help me pick out the perfect bedding and or I ordered it in the store. Ashlee was the best associate ever I was so happy that I was there when she was on the floor and could help. I shop all the time at bed bath & beyond but this was the first time a sales associate went above and beyond to help. Great job Ashlee, I was going to leave and go across the street to Macys if I had not asked the Ashlee. Thanks again

What a great store. The manager was extra special. My son has Furniture stolen from his house. I went to Ashleys Furniture told him my situation and they did nothing. This is a very nice store to visit. It has very respectful and educated individuals waiting for you to come into their building. They love to smile and wait on their customers. The manager has done a great job training his employees to meet the Fayetteville and Fort Bragg families. This place of business has a variety of household items that are beautiful and what you need or would like to purchase for a gift. Not a fan of this place. Spent an hour selecting just the right curtains, only to find out the lengths advertised were not available. Our second choice was then ordered and arranged to be shipped, only to find out that they only had one panel in stock and the line had been discontinued. Waste of time!

This store is awesome. Great place to get gifts when youre trying to think up ideas. Youll find something for just about everyone. My one complaint is the cost of everything. This wasnt a surprise by any means, but youll have a hard time finding much of anything under 10 bucks. The store does appear to send out some heavy coupons though. Look out for those.

3 stars... I love this store it smells amazing and has lots of variety but the shelves are super high and with all the stuff its hard to find what you are looking for. It feels so tight and squashed its just too much.
