I have made purchases at this store on two different occasions. This store has a good selection and reasonable prices. Michael took the time to find out what we were looking for and gave us several options to try. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right mattress and he didnt pressure us to make a quick decision. I was not expecting the type of service that I received. Teka was absolutely AMAZING. She took her time to make sure that the beds we selected were perfect based on our body comfort. She was very knowledgeable of the products and she even found me some amazing savings. I will DEFINITELY do business again and recommend that location in Fayeteville GA.

I got great customer service and was acknowledged from my entrance into the store until my departure.I was also impressed with how they handled a customer that seemed unable to comprehend that her customized items would need to be ordered and picked up in a couple of days. The rest of us in the store were all but face-palming, but the associate was very kind and patient with her.

I was pleased with the level of customer service I received. Teka maked things very easy for me to choose from. She listen to what I said I was looking for in an adjustable bed and mattress. Ive shopped at Mattress Firm before and service representative were nice, but this experience was by far the best Ive had. Even though their were several customers and only two representatives,to me, it looked like they focused solely on the individual customer needs, even though they were working with several different customers.
