They have great customer service! They listen to me, explained things well, showed me what was wrong and quickly repaired it. They completely replaced my rotars and pads in one hour! This saved me so much time and money! They are a God send!

The new owners are knowledgeable, professional and they are honest. The quality of work is great! We had quotes from other places regarding possible issues with our cars and Signature came back with a true diagnosis of the issue and under budget! 2020-05-18I had an oil change and state inspection here in March. And I would never come back again. During the service, the owner/worker of the shop told me to change my tires soon. I thought: OK. A lot of shops would tell me so, even I dont have to. But anyway this shop could be an option in the future. However one of my tires started to leak air right after the service, and the air conditioning almost stopped working. Obviously the shop sabotaged my car.This is actually the 2nd time my car was sabotaged by a car repair shop ran by a middle east guy. I swear that I am not a racist, and that is exactly why I got played again by another shop ran by a middle east guy.In 2018-2019 I went to another shop regularly, State Inspection & Tires Shop (407 W Euless Blvd, Euless, TX 76040), which is not far from this one, also ran by a middle east guy. I had 1 brake change and 3 oil changes there. During that time period, my brake light switch failed, I figured it out by myself, bought a new part, and asked them to change it for me, they charged me $70. One of my rare lights went out, then I changed it by myself. My washer pump reservoir kit got stolen, I didnt notice it for a long time. And finally they sabotaged my O2 sensor circuit (not the O2 sensor). My car suddenly couldnt accelerate right after the 3rd oil change there. It took me months to figure out what they did to my car. I got my O2 sensor changed, it didnt work. Eventually I went to an expensive shop and paid $1600 to fix it.I dont want to generalize about middle east guys. But from now on I personally would try to avoid them as much as I can in car repair business, cause I cant afford another accident like this one. I found that the most complaints about those two shops are from women. I guess they just assume it is safe to bully on women. I wont encourage any of those behaviors.

I have been coming here for 18 years. Always great service and very fair prices. And they do back up their work. They have helped me many times over the years. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I took my truck to Signature Auto for an inspection. The check engine light was on and I was told the computer was bad. I was quoted $760.00 dollars. Mechanic wanted $200.00 upfront to order the computer. I paid it and was told it would be a couple of days. After 3 weeks and numerous calls the part arrived. A week after getting my truck back the check engine light was on again. A local Auto Zone checked the code and informed me computer was bad. Took truck back to Signature. They assured me computer was good. Kept truck a couple of days and charged $179.96 to replace a bad part. The next day the check engine light is back on and the truck wont staying running. I returned and asked them to replace the computer they installed. They swore that was not the problem. Over the course of 3 weeks I had to return the truck 4 times. Each time I am told that the truck is 100% fixed. Each time I am charged for their services, The $760.00 dollars grew to $1247.86 and the truck ran worse than before and the light was still on. I finally took my truck to the dealership and they confirmed that the computer that Signature installed was defective. Upon informing Signature of this, I am told that they would need to send the defective computer back to the vendor and it could take up to 8 days for a new one. I would be without a vehicle for 8 days because of their work. I had the dealership fix it. I have never seen such a poorly operated business in my life. In my opinion the mechanics are grossly incompetent at diagnostics. They look for every opportunity to charge to replace parts that dont need replacing. The absentee owner does not stand behind their work and their warranty is meaningless .They screw up and you are out of luck. Its your problem now. My advice is to save yourself some stress, aggravation and money and avoid this place.

The staff and owner are friendly and the customer service was great. Everything was done quickly and the prices were affordable. Im new to the area and this will be my go to shop.

Was quoted 2 days and a good price to fix my vehicle so I went with Gerbert to get this done. 3rd day rolled around and I had to call THEM to see what was going on. Was told it would be 4 more days. Had to call them back after the 4 days and was told it would be 2 more days!Now, I was told it would have been done by today (12 days later), but obviously its not finished. Ive already paid half. Was told if I didnt like it then I should take it elsewhere (after paying for a tow there as well) and have not felt respected at all.Didnt even get a call back from him to say it wouldnt be done today so it will be Monday before anything else will be done. 14 DAYS LATER!!!
