Besides taking 4 hours or more a call for anything. The process takes more time then it should an Im a primer member.other than that I have to give AAA its flowers they take care of me every time an I couldnt have chosen a better roadside service

I found the website difficult to navigate. I ended up calling the toll free number and received excellent service I was looking for travel guidance.

Just remembered this when I was auto charged for the following year of AAA. Last fall we had a vehicle break down on 121 access road. Called AAA which this was around 10pm. After wtg an hour I called the actual wrecker company to see if they were on their way, in the past I had a map of the vehicle coming to my location. I was told they were coming, after more time called both AAA & the wrecker company & was told they cannot make it. AAA gave me another company which amazingly never showed up. Luckily this was my son and was able to pick him up & wait till the next morning. My mechanic Bills Half price auto in Keller which is about 17 miles away sent his wrecker service which cost the same as would have the AAA over and above the free 7 or 8 miles. For this reason I am canceling AAA. AAA was aware that no one came and received no real apology, luckily no one broke out the windows on the access road after all night. What if we didn’t live in the area and this was a single female they left stranded?

Best road service Ive ever used or heard of! Have been a member for over 50 years! Can reach a serviceman almost anywhere in the USA..in my vehicle or anyone elses while I am in that vehicle!We had locked keys of a UHaul truck and called AAA did paperwork to locate VIN of trk and key needed..Their locksmith made 2 keys and cked to make sure they wud word..within 2 hours in mid Dallas/Ft Worth metro area! Great job!!

After 7 calls to the AAA 877...phone I just got a mess of information the calvary ended with a visit to the Euless office. Overall with AAA Ive had terrible customer service, which is extremely frustrating and sad since I love having their towing service and all that membership stuff and I love their pricing. But the lack of customer service, the lack of response (from this specific location and then the regular customer service phone number, etc) is extremely irritating. I literally have had multiple people just stop replying or not call me back so I know its not just this location or just one persons issue.

I must say that the Euless Branch did an outstanding job. My call was answered right away and the agent eagerly fulfilled my request for maps and guides. I cant quite say the same for the other AAA branches I contacted, but this branch responded quickly and efficiently!
