It was a smooth process of getting my truck out of the pound the lady at the window was really nice but I was missing $400 from my wallet and I didnt realize till later on that night when I was searching my truck..

This might be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We are actively pursuing a lawsuit against them. Don’t ever use this company for any reason! We hope to put them out of business forever!

Trash company with trash people. Lied on the phone about the cost and then charged double when we showed up. Junk company, sorry for anybody who has to deal with their trash. And at least use people who can speak english

I can only imagine the level of service based on the way you drive. It is 9:30 pm on a Saturday night, you are going 65mph on a 40mph road(trinity Blvd). You know the road is about to close into one lane and as quickly as you approached my car you go out of your way to go around me AND ALMOST HIT ME, just so you can be in front and so I will not slow you down. Jokes on you because I’m going to the highway entrance and you’re stuck at a red light right? WRONG. You risk people’s lives and RUN IT. Shame on you. Get better drivers.

Horrible customer service in the office from the two ladies!! I know one is named Angela, the other would not give her name, in fact when asked she asked my name, so I told her but she said her name was none of my business!! We were just trying to get the contents out of one of our company vans that was wrecked and these two ladies made it so hard. They just wanted to fight, instead of being any kind of help!! So first the office is in an old house with like a two lane drive way that leads to the back, my husband pulled in and went in!! Then the gate opens and a wrecker can’t get around us, I had to go get him. I see as a I walk in he is VERY flustered!! The black lady that would not give me her name at this points say you are blocking out gate!! So he asks where do you want me to park and she says in the road like everyone else!! My husband goes out to back the trailer and truck in the road. I see his paper work is not completed so I try to finish it but the pen is broken. Then both ladies start to verbally attack me because I stated that the ladders were not mounted to the van. It went on for a while and when my husband returned and they made me walk away from the window I was telling him his pen was broken and was kicked out of the office by Angela, it was Angela that was the most confrontational actually approaching me like she was going to touch me!! My husband is sent outside to sit in the road and wait for a tow truck driver “to arrive, come in and conduct his business with them and we were to follow him!!” He arrives goes in, comes out brings my husband keys and tells him to follow him. My husband at this point can not get in the drive and has to go turn around!! We again sit in the road blocking traffic for about 5 minutes and finally the driver comes and takes the key back and says we have to follow the lady back to the van. Low and behold it is Angela!! Now this whole time the are saying our van in in back, so my husband pulls in the drive, this Angela comes out the gate into the road in behind our trailer and starts honking!! We have no idea where to go!! Finally my husband gets out and asks what she wants him to do and she tells him he has to back out!! So now she is behind him and a line of card and he has to back out into the road!! She drive right by us and could have stopped and communicated but she drove past into the toad and gets behind our trailer and starts honking!! When he gets out all she says is he has to back out!! While we are backing out she goes around my husband almost causing him to hit her, past this house!! What where are we going!! So the lot is across the intersection (so don’t fall for their it’s in the back thing) at this point I have decided to sit in the car and write this review as she was already trying to start a fist fight!! Just BE AWARE this ladies are horrible!!

Ive worked at Cardinal Towing in the past 6 months, and I honestly had a great time working there. I left due to some personal issues, but while i spent my time there I would get put on lots of calls that made me good money. The owner is great man, but jobs are expected to be done in a orderly and neat fashion. If you can do that then there will be no issues and your time at Cardinal will be easy.

My experience was great! I came from Minnesota to Texas and when no one wanted to give me a rental they did with out any hurdles! The owner Joe was nice and professional this was about more than a year ago and i wanted to make sure i write a review to show how appreciative i was because i would have been stuck with no car had it wasnt for this company...looking forward to using them again!

This is the worse towing company ever. Very rude and disrespectful. If your every involved in an accident never ever call this place for assistance. They will over charge you and will not let you get anything out of your car such as personal belongings even if you own your vehicle. You have been warned!!!

Seems like a Scam of a place. Will only take cash when taking a vehicle after they arrived try to get in to move, they refuse to allow you and hook it up and then state you have to have $650 cash on hand to get it off truck but will not let you go get it or take any other form of payment. Can do cards but coincidentally machine is down. Just to tow it away to make you come to them to pay. Absolutely the most ridiculous towing company i have ever experienced working in Transportation that is stating a LOT.

I have roadside service through my auto insurance and they chose Cardinal Towing to come pick my pickup up after a breakdown.They gave me a window of 2 hours and it came to right at 5 hours before they got there.I called no telling how many times to find out what the holdup was because I NEVER got a call from their driver until they finally arrived and HAD to call me in order to find me. I was told at least 4 times by their dispatcher that the driver was 10 minutes or less away...just to sit there another 30 to 40 minutes waiting. Ive never dealt with a person that just straight up lied to me without having a conscience about it. I was told the driver was on his way but was pulled over by the police to help them with a wreck and would be on his way to me next. I told the driver what the dispatcher had told me and he laughed. Im telling you, if this company is assigned to you, have your insurance provider call someone else. Do NOT waste your time with this company, they are horrible. The drivers were nice one they got there but for the life of me I could not understand why in the world they could not call me and let me know when theyd be there. It was blistering hot that day for my wife and I as we waited and we couldve gotten someone else had we known they wouldnt be there sooner. THE DRIVER WILL NOT CALL YOU TO GIVE YOU AN ETA AND THE DISPATCHER WILL STRAIGHT UP LIE TO YOU OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! BELIEVE ME, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This is a complaint about one of the tow truck drivers. He was driving truck #2 with license plate #T2100H. He drove recklessly and intentionally tried to hit our car on 360 highway. There was construction and only one lane open. We had the right of way. We had a baby in the car. The driver purposefully tried to hit our car when the car behind us didnt let him over. Very rude and he could have hurt us. Do not use their company for towing or moving as they have drivers who will intentionally harm you if you dont get out of their way (even if youve the right of way!)

Beware, this company will let you down and that too very rudely. Had scheduled a towing through my insurance company and was given an 8hr ETA! Fine, inclement weather and so everyone was busy. Since I never got a call back from the service provider I decided to call them (close to 7hrs later) to find out if they were going to be there. Lo and behold I was told it would be another hr and that was iffy. When I mentioned that I had already talked to the repair shop owner to wait a little longer so I could get my car towed to a safe place, my concern was basically brushed aside and was told very rudely to deal with my insurance company.. and was hung up on. What kind of a company hangs up on you??? So after waiting for nearly the entire day these guys didnt have the decency to let me know they couldnt make it on time and when I complained I got hung up on. A company builds good reputation by delivering when the situation is tough. These guys are extremely unreliable (read other reviews) and very rude. Of course I registered a complaint with the insurance company.

I want told that I could retrieve my offends from my vehicle accept on weekdays so I go inn on a Sat and was told that dont have anyone to escort you to your vehicle on weekends. I drove quite a distance to get there just yup turn Aarons and go banjo home empty handed. They wanted to charge me$325 yup get my vehicle the get first day it was at there place. I didnt have the money so they took possession and auctioned it off. The city had it towed after I was told it would be ok where it was as long as it wasnt interfering with traffic which out wasnt. Between the city and Apts having our vehicles towed plays a hinge part on so many being homeless. They tow youre vehicle and you dont have the 325 or whatever ungodly amount they may charge so know you lost your way to work so you dont get a church checkand that means you cantpay your rent and you find yourself on the streets trying to find a place safe enough to lay your head. Times are way to hard and visiting someone and parking inn visitors parking should be allowed without having to remember to register your vehicle and risk losing everything you worked for.

This by far is the worst towing company to work for or even ask for assistance I used to work for them. If you made one small mistake or broke anything he took the money out and if you didnt break anything else after that you continue to take money out of your paycheck just to feed his pocket the greedy little bastard that works for them dont trust these people they will steal from you go to a better most simple company. Over 4 hours to get a tow truck... Ridiculous. First, 1 1/2 which I was fine with... Then another 30 minutes, which I was a bit upset, but was able to work it out. Then, after 30 minutes turned into 1 hour. Followed by another hour. Dispatch didn’t even care. They must only have one tow truck......

The worst ever she said we need an hour notice. I called at 4:00p and i went around 5:20p to pick the car thats more than an hour notice. Oh we need ur insurance documents. Gave the police number no we need the vin number showing and documented. Had to call my insurance to get whatever they needed. Now we are close we can’t help come back tomorrow. I have been at ur office for 40 minutes and once it hit 6 clock u asking me to come back tomorrow. All what they trying is to get more money and charge for the night at their lot. This crazy have some humanity on top of people accidents and having a huge Financial situation u are ripping them off.

DONT BELIEVE THEIR WEBSITE OR ANY ESTIMATES THEY GIVE ON THE PHONE. I called 4 different towing companies to get an estimate for my tow. Cardinal was the cheapest and had a flat rate. However, when they showed up to tow it, they were nearly double what they told me on the phone. I liked them because their website talks about it being a family business that wants to charge a fair price, but as it turns out, they just give a low estimate to get the job then when they show up and have no options, then the price goes up.

Be sure to request Daran Scott , most efficient man in the businness today and you can count on him.

Wouldnt accept title. Wouldnt accept insurance.. wouldnt accept bill of sale. Wasnt there after leaving an hour notice on voicemail. Car wasnt really there. It took half a day just to get my things out of it. Somehow it costs way more when the sherriffs office has it towed. Poor service.

My experience was great!!! Joe was the driver who came out and was helpful and honest allowing me to walk away one very satisfied customer. Cardinal was actually the second tow company my roadside assistance had to call because the first one Tow N Go claimed they couldnt find me. When they finally called Cardinal the truck arrived within an hour. Hopefully, I never get stuck on the side of a busy highway again but, if I do, Id only be so fortunate to get service again like I did today. Because of Joe, if I have to call a towing service again, Im definitely calling Cardinal.

My experience with Cardinal was horrible....the rep that answered the phone was pleasant-and the driver was good as far as communication was concerned. Another good thing, they arrived very promptly, as the time I was given was 45 minutes. they arrived within 30. But after that, everything was downhill. I told the rep that I needed a tire changed, but that 1 of the lug bolts was stripped-which is why I didnt change the tire myself. Even though I told the rep this, amazingly, somehow, someway-the driver arrives without the necessary tools needed to deal with a strip. So with that said, now Im needing it towed. My car was towed about a 1.5 tops to a tire shop. With that said, they charged me $135 dollars for a 1.5 mile tow. Now keep in mind, I dont get a tow truck alot, but I did have my car towed from the exact same place (my apartment) about 5 to 6 months ago, to the exact same place (tire shop)-and was only charged $65.00. Ill be sure to come back and give the name of that tow company once I look up their name. So between not arriving with the necessary tools to fix the stripped bolt, and then having an outrageous price for a mile and a half tow, I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody that cares how their dollar is spent. Im all for paying what I feel is owed, but when you feel like you are literally getting ripped off-its a bad feeling. I went ahead and paid my tow fees, and the driver told me I could call the office-I chose not too...but just know I would not use them again-no matter what kind of a predicament Im in. Like they say, fool me once....you know the rest lol

Told me itd be 120 to tow a car a mile up the road. when I said that was really high, the lady asked how much i was expecting to pay. I told her that last time I had a vehicle towed that short of distance when I lived in Arlington, they charged me 35. She laughed, said there was no way they would go that low. I need to call that company in Arlington. then proceeded to make fun of me to someone else in the office.

Cons they just want to get your car on the top of the tow truck then they bully you to over charge you, dont trust them. I had an awful experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... Had a great driver but company is very unprofessional and unreliable. I had them come out and give me a quote. The price they gave me also included having 2-3 guys to complete the move within a day. The day of the move they sent out one guy after 4:00p.m. It took several hours longer due to drive being unable to set off one of the containers because he had placed the safety chain on incorrectly. He told me he had no idea what to do and called his manager. Apparently didnt find out anything because he then asked my husband to cut the chain. We finally cut the chain and by the time we got back for the second container it was after 10:00 p.m. We began hooking up the second container when we saw another vehicle drive up to our house. A woman jumped out and began yelling and cursing at the driver. She was constantly screaming at him telling him he didnt charge us enough and that he should go home. The driver told us it was his wife who was bringing his glasses. I was shocked at this unprofessional behavior but tried to make the best of the situation and complete our task. She followed the driver down the road and I didnt hear from her...until today. With all the problems it was now after midnight and the driver asked if it would be O.K. to pick up the other container on Sunday, because of the time we said O.K. Now we receive a call from a woman today telling us we have to pay another $200.00 to take the remaining container. WHAT???? WAS THIS THE SAME WOMAN????? IS SHE THE OWNER???? Have never been able to reach anyone except one woman and the man who came out to give us the quote.

This was the worst towing company I have ever experienced. We called and told them that it was an all wheel drive. An hour and a half later the driver showed up with another car on the truck bed and told us he couldnt pull an all wheel drive. I dont know how this company stays in business. Dont waste your time with this place. Order a different tow truck asap!

Cardinal Towing is best towing services in the DFW. They were super quick, and there customer services is very friendly.

My tire got slashed or something and i realized it when i tried to drive home from a clients house. It was 4:20 when i called my insurance to get towed to the tire store since i had no spare. Insurance got back to me by 4:30 saying the tow truck would be there by 6 which is when discount tire closed so i found a place open till 8. At 6 a lady called and said tow truck would not be there till 7. I explained i needed to get to tire store by 7:30 because they close at 8. At 7:20 i called the lady and asked if he was coming she said yes in 20 minutes he will be there. Tow truck guy did not get to me till 7:45 and pulled into tire store at exactly 8 and they were walking out the door. Thank good the tire people were much more caring and hooked me up even though they were so ready to get home. Will NOT be ever using this company again. I will make sure my insurance uses gets me someone else if god forbid i ever need towing again!

DONT RENT UHAUL FROM THESE PEOPLE! They told me to have the truck back by 10am the next day, got it there and charged me rental and insurance fee twice and will not remove it! Such a scam, these scumbag tow drivers will do anything to make a quick buck. I shouldve known by the ridiculous tow charges they had posted on their wall when I was inside renting it. UGHHH Shouldve went with my gut but I was desperate for a truck.

Worst service...do not recommend at all. They took about three hours to pick up the vehicle to take to bodyshop of my choice. Because no one was there at the bodyshop to sign the receipt they wanted to charge $1 a minute untill someone got there. But we have to wait on them double the time frame given from time of call. Poor customer service. Oh and by the way my fee for towing wad $14 (roadside assistance) and they charge me $5 to pay with debit card.

This place is the worst that can happen to anyone... I went there early in the morning to get my truck out so the rate wouldnt go up, just to find that they wouldnt accept my IDs or passport since I didnt have license when they had already said they would take my passport, so they made me get a notarized letter with someone elses Drivers license and by the time i made it back, because they never even mentioned that could of happen, the rate had already gone up nd they wanted to charge me 175 to take my truck home from Euless to fort worth since the truck wouldnt turn on, or 65 just to take it out of the gate, when I found someone else to take it home for $100 ... This place just wants to make money somehow, on my receipt says they charged me $50 for something that didnt even make sense for real they unbelievable!!!!

These people are incompetent and careless! I had to get my car towed from DFW airport after the hailstorm in May 2011. I asked it to be towed to a dealership. The dealership doesnt do bodywork and so sent the tow truck to the the body shop they work with. They never called me or the insurance company to let me know that my car was not where I had asked it to be towed to! When I called Cardinal they said it had been towed to the dealership, which I later verified was not true. The woman I spoke with at Cardinal was not helpful and they had my first name wrong in their system because they can barely speak English. Go somewhere else if you need your car towed or repaired.

My car broke down in the middle of a severe thunderstorm, and cardinal towing was able to get my car to the dealership within a hour. Thank you guys so much.

This place is nothing but a rip off do not buy none of they vehicles if you can not pay right away there business days are clearly Tuesday thru friday but they will charge you Monday thru Monday so your charged for days you cant even remove the vehicle witch may not be your fault you have to pay for the days they are closed so major rip off.. I had someone that had their car towed there from the impound and they took every last dollar that she had to get her car out and they still wouldnt let her get her car turned on her battery was dead and they charged her $50 to pull her car out to the side of the road so they could jump start it I think this place is a ridiculous place I think they need to be shut down and when she had her car impounded she had a speaker and amp in her car and now it is missing and they have no knowledge of anything but when they told the car they were the ones responsible for it because she stayed there with the car until they had it towed and now theyre claiming they have no idea of where her system or anything is but they will be looking into legal actions about this

The driver who picked up my car after the wreck was respectful but the physical location and office staff where the car was stored was one of those places where, if you heard on the news that 27 bodies were found mutilated and dumped there, youd think yeah, that makes sense.
