I had an excellent experience with the San Ramon Public Storage. The facility is kept very clean and customer service is wonderful. Chrisann was very helpful in my assisting with my rental, automatic payments, and closing out the unit.

I was late leaving and got locked in after hours and when I asked the manager to let me out she told me I had to call 911 if I wanted to get out. I found the 800 number to Public Storage and they verified my account and were able to electronically open the gate. As soon as I got out the police pulled up on me with AR machine guns pointed and flashlights blinding me. They said they got a 911 call saying someone was breaking into the facility. Thanks again, I had to stand outside in the rain while getting interrogated and searched by the police for over 2 hours.

I have been renting here for awhile. Met Kimberlee on the property the other day. Clean property and very convenient. Kimberlee asked if we needed anything or had any questions to come by the office.

I had a storage unit here for 2 years with no problem and a good rate. there was a discrepancy as to if I had checked out in the time before the next billing cycle and I was sent a collection notice a handful of months later. This was troubling to me but the people in the office of public storage called me when I gave a bad review and corrected the issue to the full extent. I find it very admirable that a company cares enough to do this in any capacity when once the consumer pays we are rarely awarded any true fixes. The way in which my issue was handled by public storage will keep me a loyal customer of theirs, should I ever need another space. This is a good company

The storage is very clean and staff is friendly.

We were supposed to store our 2-bedroom household stuff in 3 units for a couple of months which ended up being about 22 months. Throughout this whole transition period full of uncertainty, Chrisann was one of our constants. Always pleasant, always friendly, she always had time to listen to updates about our two-year journey. Im happy to say that our household shipment is finally out and on its way, but if ever I need storage space, I wouldnt hesitate to go back to #17017.

When our family was preparing to move, we rented a unit here to help soften the blow of the upcoming event. We were able to fit our entire garage in a 10x10, and that made the house present better for sale. We appreciated how close they were to us, and how accessible the facility is. Nice clean facility, competitive pricing, and friendly staff. They have moving and storage supplies for sale in the office. There is an elevator for the upstairs units, and carts are available for use to help move heavy or large items.

The staff is so friendly. John even offered to help. Place is kept very clean and service is wonderful. Only reason I gave it a four star is it it to hot upstairs in the summertime.

My overall experience with Chris and Cheryl has been excellent. I run a Food Bank in Dublin, CA and we need some temporary storage space. First I rented a small unit from Chris. Then our needs changed and I rented a larger unit from Cheryl. Needs changed again and I rented a second unit from Cheryl. Through these steps everything was handled smoothly. Signing up was easy as was informing the property manager, Chrisann, that I had moved out. The unit I got was clean, and every time Ive interacted with her has been a delight. I remember there was one time I visited the office a few minutes too early, but left instead of waiting since I didnt give myself much time (although she said shed be ready in a bit).When I returned the next day, she remembered me and apologized for not being able to help me out the previous day even though it was on me. Very friendly and easy to talk to, which made my experience at Public Storage a positive one. If I ever need to store anything again, Ill definitely choose it!

We live in an apartment with not much storage, and needed a place to store our extra boxes and seasonal items such as holiday decorations, etc. While we didnt need MUCH space, we just needed a little extra!Cheryl is super helpful and friendly. She is wonderful about answering any questions we have, and calling us promptly when she has a question for us.The place seems clean and well kept. There is at least one (usually two, but sometimes Im there when another person is) available hand truck/movable thing so moving stuff up to the unit is easy.We are enjoying storing our stuff here!

I made a reservation online and within one hour I got a call from Alyssa. Shes great. Very good customer service. However, I met another lady works there today (7/8) and it wasnt a good experience. We moved some of our boxes in today and for twice in a row she parked her own car in the customer parking spot which is right in front of our unit. Thats not good customer service. The reason I pick that unit and pay more is that it has a parking spot right in front. I dont mind if another customer parks there but for an employee to park her own Chevrolet car there just for her own convenience this is not right.

Alyssa was super helpful with our move in last month and we just moved out today. She was here again and we just as pleasant as when we first met her. We had no issues while here and would highly recommend. The service can’t be beat.

Friendly staff, clean facility, and very secure. Plenty of supplies available if needed. I had no issues moving in or out of my unit. I live 40 miles away and still continued to store my items at this location for over 3 years. Thats how much better this location was over other Public Storage facilities, including the one down the street from my house.

Customer service is the most important quality in any establishment I work with, and Cheryl has delivered 100%. I can honestly say that if it wasnt for her, I likely wouldnt have my storage unit anymore. She always sends me reminders when my payment is due and never makes me feel bad that I wait until the last minute. As long as Cheryl is there , I will be too!

Getting ready to move and needed packing supplies and lots of boxes. The location of the Public Storage is very convenient and easy to find. Cheryl was amazing; so very helpful. Reservation was easy over the website. Received a confirmation of my reservation within minutes from Cheryl. The enrollment paperwork was very easy, no hassle and move in was a breeze. I have a upstairs unit but with the elevator and carts to haul all of our boxes and furniture cut move-in time by a lot! Only downside is the unit does not have a light inside.

I will have to make this a two part review. Cheryl is actually great at this property in Dublin I regretted that their management is so poor at this property. Cheryl absolutely deserves five stars. Cheryl is pleasant talk to and always helpful. She keeps the property clean, and since she has been assigned the responsibility of our business property, I am much more at ease knowing the property manager is close by. I have used several public storage facilities, and this is one of the best as far as service. Cheryl, you are GREAT!Now I said this was a two part review, this is my experience with Public Storage management...1 STAR ......About a week ago I called for some help and explanations regarding a business property question. And was directed to several people who couldnt help. I was directed to a district or regional manager named Bella. This person was extremely rude and disrespectful while sarcastically telling me Im trying to help you, on top of that she stated she could raise my rent anytime she wanted as long as she gave me a 30 day notice. The conversation was a huge waste of time, and after she talked to me like I was a stray dog, she admitted she knows. NOTHING about the business leases. This Bella must be related to someone pretty high up in PS to have been given a management position without any people skills, knowledge or management training. Hire a few more like this and you will be out of business before you know it.Now on another note Cheryl who runs the Dubin office is a sweetheart. I would give her 5 stars. Perhaps Cheryl can train Bella in customer service.

Chrisann is FANTASTIC! I’m a manager at Lucille’s BBQ Restaurant down the street and she helped me pick the perfect unit for our catering supplies. She is always so cheerful and has a great personality, she would follow up on voicemails promptly and was insistent on given us the best deal. The unit itself is a 10x12 and fits everything (i.e. hot boxes, utensils, glassware). Would recommend to anyone.Remember Chrisann, you still have to swing by during your lunch break and say hi!!
