Jeff was helpful and educated us fully on the process for renting. Saw the unit and signed up. Having an online account is convenient. So far so good. Will store daughters furniture for out-of-state apartment. Will move furniture into the leased unit in about 3 weeks.

This is a very nice, secure facility and the local manager checked me in quickly and easily. She explained the contract and the options clearly and seems to really enjoy her job and helping customers. I feel that my items are stored securely with easy access to the unit when needed. I was not thrilled with the customer/sales agent at the booking phone number, but realize that his job is to hard sell me stuff. Theresa at the facility was much more up front and helpful. I suggest going there directly to get info and reserve space.

During my impromptu move, Teresa’s calming honest demeanor and excellent customer service made everything alright for me today. I forgot my wallet & phone on the counter, although it was after hours, she promptly called and informed me I had forgotten it. When I returned to get it, she handed me some homemade cookies too! Today’s interaction with Teresa is a prime example of great customer service. Teresa you ROCK! Thank you.

Checked out different storage place and decided to use Life Storage in Dublin. Went to the place thinking a 5x10 unit. Manager Theresa was very helpful showing us both a 5x10 and a 10x10. We realized that we really need a 10x10 and the cost is reasonable and not much more than 5x10. Theresa was very friendly and helpful. Processed all the paperworks and payment. She then showed us how to use the gate to make sure everything works. We have 24x7 access. Unit is clean and place is video monitored and secured. Very happy with this facility and staff.

Life storage in Dublin is fantastic. The office workers are professional and responsive. The process for setting up an account and getting a unit was easy as was the checkout when I was finished with the unit.

We have used Life Storage for a couple of years now. It has been a wonderful. The units are very clean and very secure. Theresa the manager is a true gem. She made the whole experience from signing up to billing easy. She is a ray of sunshine whenever I drop in or ring her. I would recommend Life Storage to anyone in need of a storage unit.

I needed a place to store stuff for my move. Find it on Google as it was close to the area. The building manager was very friendly and helpful. The place also got me discounts for a free month. The place is clean. Also had enough isle way to maneuver my pick up truck and trailer.

The grounds and property were always attractive and well maintained, well lit regardless of time. I stored a motorcycle with this location and never experienced any trouble with the unit. I was even allowed to clean and do minor work on the motorcycle, light bulbs, polish, adjustments. I accessed the property early mornings and late nights and never had a problem with security or lighting.The best aspect of this location is Theresa (manager), and Jeff (attendant). I was always welcomed and acknowledged by name and often engaged in conversations with them. Absolutely amazing customer service!! Highly recommended and looking forward for a reason to rent again.

Always professional!! I was able to have them certified to sign for my deliveries (so, I wont have to be present for every delivery). In the 2 years that I used Life Storage, I never had a delivered package missing or damaged. With the extra lock key that I gave them, they placed my deliveries in my unit so I was able to retrieve them at my own convenience!

Needed climate controlled space for boxes of photos and things we don’t want in our new place. Jeff showed us the options, pricing, discounts and specials in a few minutes. Even took us to the space so my wife could decide if it would be big enough for her stuff, agh, valuables. Signed up for a 10x10 climate controlled space. I have rented from both storage places in the area. The people at this location of life storage are first rate. The drives were always clean and free of obstructions. Purchased moving supplies from Theresa this past week. Plan on purchasing more the next couple of weeks for my move, I have also talked with her about renting again in July . Plan on using a 10x15 or 10x20 climate control unit. She is awesome to work with and treats myself and family as part of her family. I highly recommend this location! Teresa, the property manager is always so friendly and provides excellent customer service! In fact, I had a storage unit at the Dublin location three years ago and was transferred out of town. I moved back to the Columbus area and live on the opposite side of 270, but went back to the Dublin location even though its a half hour away just because she was always so nice. Life storage in Dublin has the best price and service out of all the storage units that I looked into. I wanted a climate controlled unit close from home and finally I was able to find the perfect one. The price for the 10x25ft unit was very reasonable and they allow you to have access 24/7 and the place is very safe. The staff was very nice with me and took time to answer all my questions and find the way to offer me what I wanted. Do not waste your time looking for another storage, this is the best one in Dublin.

Had a storage unit there for many years. It is a safe and clean place to store your possessions. The staff is very nice and helpful. They are also consistent in their staff, very little to no turn over. That says a lot nowadays!

Was in, and out within 20 minutes as well as set up for autopay with live receipts sent to me. Fast, and easy service. The mandatory insurance isn’t ideal but I understand it.

This was close , easy and clean!I must add that there were two things not mentioned : there is a $15 charge to buy a lock that you have to keep AND you have to have insurance - minimum of $10 per month- so add that onto your walk in price . We ended up switching to a larger unit before we moved anything in which went smoothly and they credited us with the money spent on the first unit but got another move in fee. Still , has been good so far.

Ive rented storage and parking since 2010. This property is well kept. Plenty of space to move around. Theresa the manager takes Uncle Bobs storage to another level. Shes friendly, passionate about what she does and truly cares about the customers she deals with. If I had 9 Theresas on my baseball team we wouldnt lose a game.

I rented a storage unit to store some construction equipment. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. I stop by the unit several times a week and access is very convenient. I looked into renting at several other locations but Im glad I chose this one.

I was very impressed with the service provided by the manager of the Old Avery, Dublin location. Theresa Pinyerd really knows her business. She signed me up for a 10x30 climate controlled unit quickly and efficiently and offered to fax a cancellation request for a unit in another Uncle Bobs location that was too small and too far away for our needs. This saved me a trip to do this task in person and it was much appreciated.The unit is extremely clean and Theresa said that she actually washes the walls of the units after each use. After she registered me, she showed me how to access the unit and then took me to the unit for an inspection. Very happy new customer!
