If youre anywhere in the Livermore Valley and are considering renting a truck, this location is by far the biggest and most reliable. Ive been burned in the past in going to small shops and finding they dont have the truck size I needed, despite the fact that Id booked it way ahead of time. So, even though you might have to travel a little bit further, just go ahead and go straight for this place.On the other hand, if you ask for extras (furniture mats, dollies etc), make you theyve included them before you leave the lot. I checked myself and found my dollies etc missing, which makes sense if they turned around the truck quickly from a return that just happened. If theyre more focused on getting the truck out the door, then theyre probably not too concerned with making sure the entire order is fulfilled.Just my 2¢!

Reserved a 17 truck, but it was not available when I arrived so they gave me a 29 for the same price. App is easy to use.

I had been all over the country. But for some reason this place tried to charge me 4 times the price of a trailer as all the other located. Is it a CA thing? Is it a scam? Not sure but dont expect any universal u-haul pricing here. Pass.
