The location itself is easy to navigate by way of a Bluetooth connection & app you download to open doors, elevators and gain access to the building. On 2 different occasions we weren’t able to access the building & one time got stuck in the elevator because the doors wouldn’t open. The units themselves are clean and very nice. Also, it’s pricey.

So glad I was asked to boast about Tri-Village in Dublin, Oh.First and foremost, Calvin Kirkland was simply inviting, informative and knowledgeable about procedures.Secondly, the building was spotless! Very clean and I felt this was a great place to store my belongings .I will be renting this unit till March as I need to look for a home.Bottom line...if and when the opportunity arises...I will be giving positive information about this facility.

The people saying Calvin is the best are telling the truth. Super helpful, responsive. The facility is absurdly secure and prices are competitive. Everything I wanted.

I used this storage unit for about a year while I was on clinical rotations throughout the country, and it was smooth, easy to use, clean, and I knew my belongings were safe and in a controlled environment. It was also relatively affordable for being on a student budget, especially given the security and high end technology. Would recommend to anyone in the Columbus area!

Just tried to get a unit. Was ready to walk in, pay up front for 10+ years. Very rude guy at the front desk would not allow me to see the unit. A nice customer moving stuff in offered to let me see his storage unit for a reference. I had a mask on and was standing more than 6’ away from him to respect social distancing. The guy working at the front desk banged on the window and aggressively said “you cannot go in there. You are not a tenant. You need to get out of there.”Very rude. Totally unjustified. Just lost my business permanently and I needed a large unit for a long period of time.

On move-in the manager was gracious enough to accommodate my work schedule and meet me after hours to help me out.Picking this place was easy given the prices, good quality, and lack of worthy competition in the area.

This storage facility has video security, physical security and is state of the art. Its new and very clean. They have great deals for the 1st 3 months of rental. Uhaul and moving products (boxes, mattress & couch bags) can be purchased on site. They have a personal app as well. I definitely recommend this place.

The Manager, Calvin is the BEST and the facility is top notched.

I used this place as a drop-off location for my uhaul. I had never rented one before, and they helped me avoid getting charged an extra days rental. They were extremely kind and funny and I could see them helping anyone with anything!

Moving our belongings into Tri-Village Self Storage was quick and painless. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Entry into the building and your unit is done via their app, which is very simple to use. For extra security, there is a keyed lock on your unit as well.
