I appreciated the assistance with replacing my frozen cellphone that would not unlock after many trials. I was not pressured to purchase an expensive phone. Instead, I was recommended one that is similar to what I had. I am a senior citizen and I do not like dealing with new tech gadgets or new technology. I left with an inexpensive but adequate phone, and I am a happy customer! Thank you, Abel, for your patience and assistance! Alyssa was the only employee on duty when I arrived at 10:00. There were 2 other customers ahead of me and I was in somewhat of a hurry, she checked with the other customers once she realized I only needed to buy a charger. She was very professional and kind. I wanted to switch my phone back to Verizon after unsatisfactory service from another carrier for the past 2 years. I was a Verizon customer for many years prior to my switch and I never should have left. I’ll never leave again and the associate who helped me, Leonard, was professional, friendly and very patient with me. I’m 77 and I have a difficult time making changes, Leonard made it easy!!

Worst experience ever. Went here last night to establish a new account and wasted 2 HOURS of my life. I left with my SIM cards not working, and my husband was left without cell phone service all day. I had to call Verizon customer service this morning only to spend another 1.5 hours correcting everything that went wrong. I also asked the associate in the store about promotions, especially the current promo of a “5G phone on us”, which he said hardly anyone qualified for. When I asked what you needed to qualify, he said he didn’t know. The guy just so happened to “finish” working on our account at 8 o’clock which is the exact time they close. So if you do go to this store I recommend a manager be present. I will NEVER return to this location.

We recently had a great experience at the Russell Cellular Verizon Store in north Crestview! From the moment we walked in we were shown quality service and attention. The young lady who assisted us in the trade in of our existing phones was kind, respectful and was very thorough in her knowledge of the product. She was familiar with rebates and discounts and although I had an older phone, she found us a rebate of approximately $700 and changed our company discount to a military one which brought our monthly payment down by $45/month!Thank you Russell Cellular for not treating my family like just another number! We will definitely be back to this store

Went in and dealt with Michael. We had a great time and he was really helpful, or so we thought. He said he was giving us discounts on our plan to lower our bill and even got my dad set up with a Samsung watch. Our bill went up by about $200, even though Michael told us it would go down by about $80. My dad went in to talk to Michael about the plan and ask him about the watch. Michael denied saying anything that he told me, my dad and my friend the couple of days before. He also completely blew my dad off when my dad asked for help with his new Samsung watch. We have had NOTHING but issues with the phone he sold me and with this store. So much so that we have had to go to the South End store because Michael is such a liar and so rude.If you need help with ANYTHING Verizon related, go to the South End Russell Cellular!!!

My boyfriend and I went in the store in crestview on the north side of town dead set on leaving with the new promotion of a free phone. We met up with Lauren and can honestly say it was the best customer service hands down. You can tell she knows her job, very informative and helpful while being very down to earth. Worst customer service EVER! Or should I say, no customer service whatsoever. I went in at Christmas time to look at the Iphone12. The guy wouldnt get up to help me at all. I was the only customer in the store and it was a huge inconvenience for him for me to be in there. I went and purchased the brand new IPhone elsewhere.Then today, my sister went in to the store to purchase some airpods and was treated the same way. The same guy was completely unwilling to help her and extremely rude. Wouldnt even get up to go get the airpods out of the safe for her to look at and decide which ones she wanted. She left and purchased them at Walmart.No clue how this store stays in business with the rude employee and lack of customer service.

Walked in to buy the new AirPods. The older man at the desk clearly did not want to be bothered with me and was incredibly rude and snarky. I refuse to give my money to a company that makes me feel so unwelcome in the first 3 minutes of walking in the door. Drove right up the rode and bought my $200+ headphones elsewhere. Won’t be back.

I came in to switch over to Verizon from AT&t after they called my international S10 plus a 3G-only phone. It was on my lunch break from work, and I was ready to spend the whole hour getting things straightened out. I had my info for my AT&t account handy, and the process only took a little bit more than 5 minutes. I was caught by surprise that I was able to walk in and out so quickly, without any gimmicks or hiccups. The process was nonsense free, and the young lady that assisted me did a great job.

Having just left the opposite store on S. Ferdon Blvd. we were frustrated from our interaction with their lack of knowledge and attitude, BUT from the moment we stepped inside this particular Verizon store by Winn-Dixie (N. Ferdon Blvd.) we had an amazing experience. Michael and his co-worker were friendly, understanding, and joked around with us. They showed knowledge and sensitivity to our situation. Because of this team you have kept a long time customer and redeemed yourself. Next time this is our first stop! Grateful for Michael who stayed beyond his shift just to take care of us. Wish we could give more stars!

This is a GREAT Verizon location. Hunter is a very professional manager & did everything in his power to help us. Savannah transferred our content over and was very patient with us. Customer service was minimal at least. The lady was semi helpful but seemed to be new. The assistant manager was lazy and I got the impression he didn’t want to add a line to my account for my watch because it wasn’t purchased from him. He informed me that I couldn’t add a line and I needed to call customer service. He said he couldn’t but I could. So long story short, after 1 hour on the phone I was able to get the watch set up. He could’ve done the same thing just didn’t want too.

Had issues with my Iphone Michael helped me fix the problem and was able to get me a tablet and lower my monthly bill. He even helped me get my military discount, I wouldnt have even known about it if he hadnt reviewed my account. He was easy to deal with a straight shooter. He wrote everything down for me to easily explain my bill and upcoming charges. I will keep going there and send my friends thanks again.

Love the staff. Its the only thing that had kept me coming back. But heres the thing... They sell EVERYTHING at a pretty outrageous Mark-up. They do this to support cost of customer service though. A lot of people will avoid callong Verizon and instead come here to have someone who knows the system help them through the call. They do thia for free. Hence paying markup... But once you know even the slightest bit about your device and its technical requirements, youll leave this place in the dust to avoid getting sold another $50 car charger...

This is not a Verizon retail store its a kiosk, more or less. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I ran in here to check out some phones. They have many phones to look at, but most of the phones are not powered on so its difficult to know if you like the UI on the phone.

Just bought the galaxy note 8 and have to return it today due to a white line going done the front. I know thats not their fault but when you call someone about a return and you ask them if it will be a fast transaction and they laugh at you and say sure, thats not cool. Seeing that I just spent an hr wasting my time due to bad tech support, a laugh, pretty much to my face, is not what I want to hear. I would have been happy with just a .well do our best or something. Plus he did the same thing when I was buying my phone. I would make a statement/ question and he would answer with a laugh and a smart remark.Very rude and unprofessional.

Needed to bring myself into 2016 and Kenda was eager to help. My old phone was so out of date that it barely worked with the technology to pull all my info out of it and get it into the new phone...yet all were very patient and did whatever it took to get the info to pull over...it took a while and I watched as the techs went out of their way to hep the customers and to keep the little ones entertained in the store while thier parents were being helped. I had to go to this location twice, both times I waited over an hour before being helped. This location is massively under staffed and the staff is NOT knowledgeable in fixing Verizon issues. The rep told me to drive to Ft Walton Beach main store, as well as other things to do to fix my tax issue on my bill. The customer service was below my typical service received at other Verizon locations. Needs much improvement.
