Not properly work high price low quality. My I phone 6 they put screen and they broke home button. After two day later screen not work properly. They replaced again same thing happened. With in 24hrs. It’s poor Qulity. They charge $100 and not good job. Don’t go over there. Sorry for tell.

CPR in Crestview is amazing! They had to order the screen for my Pixel 3XL because it is not regularly in stock. However, once they had the screen, they were able to replace it within a couple hours and it looks and works just like the day I took it out of the box. Amazing service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I recently shattered the screen on my note 10 plus and they were the only place in crestview that could get it done on short notice. He worked me in that same day and 2 hours later it was done. Friendly and professional. Did a great job on my phone.

Brought in my laptop for a Windows upgrade and change hard drive. Got it back a few days later as there was no hurry. Price was about what I expected, but the computer is working way better than it ever has. Considering this laptop is older, CPR did a great job making it better !! I would definitely recommend them and I will be bringing them my business in the future.

My cell phone quit and I bought a Note 9and after some difficulty Joe had me back in communication with a return to have himenable me to send and receive photos.

Been there twice. Forst time they fixed an ipad did a great job..second time prob one of the hardest fixes a very expensive laptop touchscreen that was a 2 in 1. I needed an iPhone screen repaired. The first one went haywire and stopped working and now the second one has fallen off. The store randomly changes when it closes. Frankly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone here.

Do not take your phone here. It takes way to long for them to fix the problem, and they broke the outside of my camera. It was not broken when I took in. When you call and let them know they broke a part of your phone the employees are rude and speak to you like you are stupid. They dont even deserve 1 star.

Ive used this shop a few times and have always had great service. The technician was able to perform the repairs and always had the parts on hand at a reasonable price compatible with other repair shops.

Worst place to ever take your phone for a repair asked them to fix the broken glass on front and back and also the camera. It took almost 3 weeks for the phone to be fixed and when I picked the phone up the headphone jack was no longer in the phone and they didnt even fix the camera. Took it back for thr headphone jack to be fixed and now the backing of the phone falls off and when I set the phone down it restarts. I would give this place -1000 stars if I could. Thinking about sueing them over this.

It was definitely a rapid fix, and the employees were very helpful. They knew what they were doing and how to do it fast. They offered a fair price for my damaged iphone and when I got it back it was practically better than when I bought it. Overall a great experience, I would definitely recommend this business.

Turned in my Xbox to get fixed (wouldn’t turn on, looked up what it could be online and it said it was related to the power source coming out of the system itself not to be confused with the power plug) relayed that to the folks at CPR and they told me no its usually the sensory touch part of the system. They know what they are talking bout right? Left my Xbox there, told I should get it back in a few days. Cool. 1 month 5 days later I finally get it back. Girl friend picked it up. Told her it work fine and is good to go. I go home, plug it in and what do you think happened? Nothing. Still didn’t work and wasted my time/money. Not going to say they don’t know what there doing but they definitely didn’t help me none.

Walked in with a tablet than the screen wouldnt turn on. After about ten minutes and popping the back off safely without damaging anything and tightening some wires, I had a working tablet again. 👍
