In store customer service has gotten much better over the last year. The associates are knowledgeable, patient and so very helpful. I think the store would be much busier if there was a bigger selection of older model phones, but is pretty well stocked as is.

In-N-Out got my phone with minutes no problem very nice customer service!

Absolutely abysmal.I recently lost a $50 phone Ive had for about a year or so and took it as an opportunity to get a new phone.MetroPCS has always been very good its very affordable with excellent service...Enter corporate sellout 2021:I dont know whats happened in the last year or so but this phone worked beautifully for about a day and as soon as I get home and stopped working I called three different agents and one gets it working guess what theyre basically all the same person.Well finally I get the phone where its manageable and then it stops working again after a fun day of Pokemon go fest.I proceeded to call cut - the - same - cloth yukkos again and bada bing bada boom they absolutely fail on every levelI taken it twice to the store and got a very unsympathetic blank face young lass basically couldnt do anything including alter her expression our offer sympathetic tone after I basically was extremely nice about the situation but theyre pretty much all like that at that store under 20-somethings with no world experience whatsoeverDo yourself a favor and find someone else T-Mobile has ruined it like a TNT ruin DirecTV

John is so helpful he was patient with me and helped me with setting up my new phone. I would recommend him and this location to everyone.

I thought I would like the company but I have change my mind after this month I will be finding me another cell phone company.

The young lady that was working was very nice and polite. She answered a couple of questions that I had and assisted me with my bill. Great people skills

Ive been a customer for over a year, and have bought several phones here. They have never been awesome, but tolerable I guess. But now thats changed. They were amazingly rude on the phone today, and in fact hung up on me. I wasnt being rude, I just wanted to understand what the rules were concerning a current promotion. They also have a problem understanding their own rules and promotions, but that seems to be pretty common in all Metro stores, well really with all cell phone stores.

Alyssa i think was her name was so rude they tried to charge me for a new phone when theres was a bad phone then wants to call me a liar i wont tell everyone do not go in there and deal with them they are rude and dont want to fix anything

Gisela and Ashley were a really big help for our family, we were sketchy about this company due to the last manager they had but they made a great choice and changed staff! These girls are amazing 5 stars for sure.
