Horrible Company!!!!!!!!! No Service!!!!!!!! I bought a new phone over a year ago and transferred the SIM card. Today, someone woke up and decided to mess my entire day up by cancelling that SIM card for no reason and they’re are now telling me that they can’t turn my phone back on until I buy another SIM CARD. But..... Everything is now closed!!! I use my phone for work!!! This is a mess!!! DONT USE TOTAL WIRELESS if you need to count on your phone and the service it has!!!

Great place to shop for a cellphone or tablet. They have a friendly staff that are willing to get you all the help you need. Their plans arent only cheap but provide great service for communication and entertainment. You cant go wrong at this place.

Terrible customer service. I thought they would be able to fix my Galaxy Note that has a couple of issues that I discussed with a helpful guy on the phone. But when I went there I encountered 2 women up front that said they couldnt fix it and that they didnt have any SIM card adapters in stock. I had to double check and make sure I was at the same place I had called because it definitely wasnt what I was expecting from my previous phone conversation. Will not be recommending friends and family to go here for anything.

I love these guys and girls. I have been shopping with them since they or in the BP station. Theyre knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I would go nowhere else for cell phone service.

People are great there. They help out with everything and never give an attitude for it. Even things that you could do on your own (putting money on your account), they do it with no problem.

So I busted my phone screen a couple of weeks ago and took it to get it fixed at Planet Cellular and a few days later my Apple ID is getting locked every few days due to my ID being used all over the US and now it’s been disabled and all my other accounts have different passwords and i can’t get into them. It’s so upsetting that people are so corrupt that you can’t get your screen fixed without suffering the consequences of trusting people.

These people are the best. They fixed my phone and gave me all the info I wanted on a new phone without being pushy. Ill do all my cell phone business here.

I enjoyed dealing with cissy, she greeted me with a soft but recognizing voice and a smile first thing in the morning. She was so patient with me and very thoughtful I’m 39 myself but an older man maybe 60+ came in and didn’t know his phone number she took her time to find it and find the plan he was on and she offered to write his number and put it on the back of his phone for him( very thoughtful). No one enjoys spending money and paying bills but I did enjoy spending money with this business and will be back to spend money each month. Her Customer service exspecially first thing in the morning will make how your whole day will go. Keep up the great customer service.-Tim Mcbeth

Extremely pleased with their service! They were fast, friendly and helped me in a time of need. I highly recommend them! Zach did a fantastic job and was extremely polite!I had just left a place in niceville, where I had a terrible experience. They told me no one could fix my issue and that no one would try. Zachary fixed my iPad mini in about 10minutes and helped me put it back together! I highly recommend these guys for going above and beyond!

Every time I come in to this store it seems like the smaller lady has an attitude or complaining about something. If you don’t like your job find a new one. At first I thought it was just me until I mentioned it to a few other people and they said it’s like that all the time with her but I always try to give benefit of doubt because you never know someone else’s situation. I shouldn’t have dread coming in your establishment to pay a bill. So I came in this morning and she is on the phone the whole time she is helping me she didn’t thank me or anything in that matter, no greeting just “your paying your phone bill?”. Last month she was complaining about the “trailer trash” wanting everything for free (I have a free phone that I bought from you all but I am NOT trailer trash) and month prior she was on video visit. I don’t even normally leave reviews but I do feel like the owner should know about this constant problem. I’m sure if I’m having this problem there are others as well. So yet another bad experience.

This store is a joke ... went to return phone they said the screen was cracked lol it was not so then they said its scratched it was scratches when bought the phone it had case entire time we had it then she said oh there is a heart carved in screen they place stuff on screen so they dont have to return it MAKE SURE U THOROUGHLY EXAMINE THE SCREEN BEFOR BUYING A PHONE HERE
