Just got charged to my debit card and my credit card for service this month have called 611 3 times they assured me they will fix it then dont. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was left on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected. I called the Crestview store representative was rude would not listen was offended I even called the store with an issue. Will be cancelling my service and my debit and credit cards jerks

Very helpful in switching my phone number from Boost. They had a special at the time so I was able to get a phone at a huge discount. They also had a couple choices of free ones but I chose an LG at a discounted price instead. It still adds up when you pay the activation fee, first month service, discounted phone cost, screen protector, phone case, taxes, fees, etc., so be prepared when you go in. All of the cell phone companies are the same with their advertising and it sounds like you can walk out with a new phone and service for $20 or so and it doesnt work that way. I was happy with my purchase and the service tho. Would recommend.

Ive never had a problem with them! Each time I go in (which is very little because theyre very low maintenance!) I get prompt, knowledgeable service and unlike other places they arent very pushy with deals or offers, which I appreciate. They are willing to work within your budget. Theyre all about helping you, not trying to push a product.

The service by Dayton was awesome my wallet was stolen so there for I can no longer use my card for auto pay he adjusted the account when I came in to pay cash until my problem is resolved. My fiance and i came in this evening to switch our Service back to cricket bc we missed cricket Service very much and James was our GO TO GUY! He stayed after hours to help finish our sell. He was very nice and took his time to do everything right for us even tho again it was past closing time. James will will always be Our GO TO GUY at cricket! Switched to Cricket from Verizon. Great service at a much lower cost. This particular store has a great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Been with them now for over a year . Not planning in changing providers. Joe the store manager and Mandy are very nice.

Do not use Cricket if you live in Crestview. I live off of Old Bethel road and get 1 bar of signal strength. My phone loads web pages slower then dial up service. I am going to switch to Verizon.

First off Sherry, you called 10 minutes after your original scheduled interview to reschedule instead of calling beforehand to do so. You were granted a 2nd interview the following day. You then decided that you could not make it to that one, and was rescheduled a 3rd time for Saturday at 7:00 PM. You obviously understood when your interview was, because you confirmed it before the phone call ended. You got your times mixed up, and that is not Amandas fault, so you need to stop blaming others for your problems. Next time you have something scheduled like an interview, you should call ahead of time to confirm or reschedule. You are lucky that you were given so many chances. Other companies would not have been so gracious, after not showing up and calling after the fact. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Max and his Co worker did anamazing job today! My family and I came in and sat for about 3 hour with a cranky baby. Of course it was full of people as well. People getting loud and rude with the workers and all they did was apologize and tend to the upset worker while still dealing with the customer in front of him. Lets just say they are the best! You guys have amazing customer service skills! 💪

Horrible. They do not stand by their product. Had a defective phone, returned within 7 day window but gave me major headaches. Replacement was also defective and we went back the next day. They said 7 day continues from original purchase. So essentially the replacement phone had 0 day returns for defects. BEWARE! Shady as hell.Also service is lousy and so is there cell service. Had to wait hours to get helped amd set up. Went to metro pcs and the whole process took 15 min and I get much better speeds with unlimited unthrottled data up to 30 gigs.Fyi: I had the 5 line family plan and defective phones were ZTE.

I bought a ZTE Blade X Max this past Sunday (its been three days). I am having issues with it so called cricket and they said to take the phone and receipt back to the store and they would exchange it for me. Wasted 30 minutes worth of gas just to be told they cannot take the phone because I dont have the box. Service in Florida already sucks, now the associate tried his best to help but the GM refused. So now I get to waste another 30 minutes (fyi thats one way) to go to the store again tomorrow in the hopes they will work with me. My hopes arent high after today.Advice: keep your box. keep it out of toddler reach and then it wont be itty bitty pieces. This is definitely encouraging me to take my service elsewhere.

Caveat EmptorThe deals look great but watch out for what they dont tell you. My wife had trouble with her phone almost immediately and when she went in for help they sent her away and said it was her fault. I went in to talk to them myself and they acted like i was trying to steal the place. Then they told me the ONE WEEK exchange policy isnt from the date of purchase, its including that date. I bought the phones on Sunday and because i returned the following Sunday he wouldnt help me. Then when I called him out for turning away my wife within the week timeframe he snuck off to a back room to call his manager out of earshot. Since then theyve just done nothing but give empty promises and neglect to return our calls. Im tracking down upper management now in the hope that its only this store that treats their customers this way. Buyer beware

Got a phone and service with cricket. Come to find out I do not get service where I live so I wanted a refurnd. They would not give me a refund but said straight talk may pickb up where I live. So I bought a straight talk phone card and Sims card. Cricket locked my phone and it no longer works. Im out of so much money and time. Never again. Cricket policies suck!

How many employees does it take to swap out a SIM card? No really, this is a serious question! Because amongst the three so-called experts that were working at the Cricket Wireless location in Crestview, Florida, on Wednesday, 02/15/2017, not a single one of them could figure it out. That is unless you count ramming it into the slot with reckless abandon, which was the store managers idea of a good way to handle my brand new phone that I purchased from a third party vendor for use with Crickets services, rendering it broken and worthless. Any responsible business that cares about their customers would offer up a replacement phone or at least an account credit for the inconvenience, right? Not so with Cricket. There is nothing else we can do for you is not an acceptable answer in todays competitive business environment, that coming from both store management and Cricket corporate clowns. I will NEVER use Cricket services again and I would recommend all wireless users searching for an inexpensive cell phone plan to shop elsewhere.
