Poor communication and false information! After taking Monday off work for my appointment to drop off my truck, they refused to shuttle me home as previously discussed. A total waist of time and a giant hassle. Save yourself some headache and steer clear of this shop.

I brought my 2020 Scatpack Widebody Charger here to get some work done, I needed to have my fender flare and a dent on the side done and re painted. I looked into this place before I brought it here and there shop looked extremely nice and professional, and once I showed up for an estimate they were very helpful and had great customer service. They got my vehicle back before the estimated time and it looks amazing. They blended the paint perfect no high spots or blemishes. If I ever have any paint or body issues I will be back to get my work done here. And anybody who asks were to get some body work done I’ll highly recommend Robberson Collision. I was in a car accident in January and my insurance agent called me to check in with me and asked if I had any questions. I said I have no idea where to take may car into to get repaired. Tammy gave me a list of preferred repair shops that work with Farmers. There were four to pick from, I was lost...which one do I use....Tammy recommend Robberson Collision Center... I said ok...I will take your advise and went to Robberson the next morning to get an estimate done to get the ball rolling. They open at 7:30 and I was abit earlysitting in my car till they opened and a guy was outside and walked over to my car and asked if I need some help. Told him what was going on and he said go on in the guys inside can help you. I walked in and the receptionist welcomed me in and ask what I needed. She went and got Eric to help me with my car estimate. Eric and I went out to my car, he did his thing and I had a few questions and he answered them and I told him about this plastic this rubbing on my tire when I turn the wheel....He looked at it and asked if he could take it to the shop and have one of the guy bend thing around so it would not rub on my tire. 2m he was back . Eric told me that he would call me later on that day to let me know when I could drop off my car. Got the call from Eric and was told about a 2 week wait to get my car in. I liked how I was treated from the 1st second I drove up, so I said ok... book it. Tammy from my Ins company called me to touch base with me, I told her what was hapn and she said that you can go to a different shop if you like, they maybe able to get my car in sooner...I said nope...I like these guys, I will wait.That Monday came to drop off my car..Eric met me and told me all what is going on and that I should have my car back on Friday..I said great...I got a call from Eric on Thursday to let me know that one replacement part came in broken and that it was do in on Friday, the snow storm caused delay in getting the new part over and that I may not be able to get my car back till Monday but he will call me late Friday to let me know for sure. Got the call from Eric letting me know that they werent able to totally finish my car and that it will be finished up on Monday.. I said no problem.I went to work on Monday then around 11am got a call from Eric saying my car was done and all nice and shiny. I was so happy I am getting my car back. Drove to Robberson Collision after work and saw my car all fixed up...was so happy...I walked in the office and met up with Eric and we did a walk around my car to make sure I was happy with the outcome...I sure was....All the people there at Robberson Collision Center are GREAT...they treat you with respect and they kept me informed with all that was going on...I did not have to call them, they call me and kept me up to date with what was going on......I would Highly Recommend Robberson Collision Center ... They took the stress out of my car accident and getting it repaired.....

They did a good job with the paint and were fast. However they told me they would try and buff out the scratch/scuffs on my light and if that didn’t work they would replace it. Well it didn’t work and the light wasn’t replaced. The staff is very nice but some of the work is so so.

Had a great experience at Robberson this morning. Was in and out with an estimate in about 15 minutes. Great staff and very friendly.

Rental car and had the bumper snap out as I was driving through Oregon. Robberson took it in and snapped it back and glued it, free of charge. A huge relief and avoided expense from the rental company. Even got some tea as I waited 10 minutes for the repair. High class organization and would definitely recommend

Dropped off on Sunday eve and pick up on Tuesday. Just a small repair,but on our 2017 Subaru nothing is simple. Front fender color matches perfect and you cant tell a deer hit there at all. We are very pleased with the work we had done.

When I hit a deer with my 2016 F-150, I called the Robberson Collision Center to schedule an appointment. The unfortunate deer damaged the grille and bumper necessitating a week of repairs. Don Jobe did the estimate and managed the reconstruction. He offered me a ride when I dropped the vehicle off, and he stayed in touch during the process. In fact, the repair took just five days including the of-site touch-up of the vehicle wrap - Thanks Driving Force Graphics! And a big thanks to Robberson Collision Center for helping me get back on the road right away.

Brought my car in for a fender replacement. The work got done, the paint matched, my insurance company was paying and suggested them. However, they got some paint on my headlight, the body panels could have been lined up better, my car was dirty when I got it back (had washed/waxed the day before leaving it) and they got buffing compound stuck between panels/on the door hinges. Apparently I can remove it once the paint hardens, but I shouldnt have to.

Was actually at the used car lot. Wouldve bought a 2014 superduty if it wasnt for the extremely rude used car sales manager. My wife refused to even go back in to try to work out the deal. Ended up buying a nicer truck for the same money at Hertz.

I have used Robberson Collision twice in the last year. They do good work, and if something didnt go quite right, they make it right.

If I could rate less than a full star, I would! Took my 2013 Dodge pickup in to get a very small dent fixed between the cab & the bed & the front bed panel replaced. Went to pick it up, there was over spray bedliner all over the truck, both of the side rail bed caps are busted, front panel doesnt even fit (big gaps between panel & bed on the bottom, was told they were drain holes..not even close) tailgate wont shut right now, deep gouges in the paint - down entire passenger side of truck, gas cap was stuck between the bed panels instead of on the gas neck!, they took our hitch off & we almost lost the hitch insert...When pointed out to the man, I believe his name was Ben Nolan, he started being rude to us like we did something wrong & were expecting too much to get our truck back the way we dropped it off!! Even though thats what we were assured was going to happen!! I would rate 0 stars & NEVER recommend anyone going here...we wouldve been better off leaving the dent!!!

Got quite a lot of work done after a deer hit my car and was frustrated that once I got it back from them after three weeks in the shop two small things hadnt been fixed. When I brought it up to them they fixed both issues right away (got my car bacak again within just a few hours). They (especially Don who I was working with) was friendly and willing to work with me throughout the whole process!

Don was awesome working with my insurance company to get my claim rolling quickly. Super friendly staff made my experience an enjoyable one.

Cons:- Sloppy work.- Rude service when problems are pointed out.- No loaner car offered.Pros:- Fast turn around?- Average price?I researched 8 local body repair shops to fix my damaged tailgate and decided to use Robberson Collision. I picked Robberson mostly because of how the front desk staff carried themselves in a confident and responsive manor, their price was in the middle when compared with the other shops, they had a backlog of work, and they had lots of flashy awards displayed in their front office. It all gave the impression of a respectable shop who knew how to do quality work.About a week later the new tailgate had been installed and I stopped by early in the morning, paid, picked up my SUV, and went to work. In the afternoon I was able to take a closer look in the light and the tailgate looked awful!The paint was unevenly applied and the clear coat was rippled all around the license plate and in 5 other areas along the seems and edges. It was painfully obvious that the result was sloppy and substandard. I paid good money to have this repair performed and it looked like a cheap backyard attempted fix.In addition they failed to reattach my license plate light, brake light, and secure my window fluid hose so I would hear that stuff rattling around whenever I close the tailgate.I returned several days later and showed the front desk staff person all the problem areas they needed to fix. He apologized and said they would fix it. So I left my SUV with them and was again vehicle-less while they did the work. They dont provide a loaner vehicle.I picked up my SUV and the primary problem area had been fixed. But once again when in better lighting I could see they still missed the other problem areas I had pointed out.We went back and forth and after the third time of them working on the SUV and not getting it right I was done with wasting my time. I asked to speak with the shop manager and he was rude and aggressive with me when I explained all of the trouble I had gone through to try and have them get the repair performed right.They devalued my $40,000 SUV with their sloppy work and Im worried that its going to be a problem when I sell my SUV. If I go through something like this again I will do a better job of documenting everything so that I can take them to court and get my money back.They ripped me off. Stay away from this place.

Only use if your a fan of asymmetry. Brought my sisters brand new escape she purchased from robbers. Very friendly when we dropped off car. Personally assured me they would take good care and restore her car. when done the vehicle still displayed the same damage to a lesser degree. Head schmoozer argued about every issue we had with the repair. They seem to be completely agnostic about geometry. Anyone want to buy a slightly bent low mile(

Figured Id take the car to get factory quality repair done. Overspray of primer and paint on the fender in the door jam. Overspray of undercoating. Drivers window would not roll down when we picked up the car. Had to return to get it fixed. Window trim was broken and not replaced. Door hinge bolts were not tightened properly and 1 bolt rattled out. Mediocre work to say the least.

I was rear ended in my Toyota Rav 4. My insurance agent recommended Robberson Collision Center and said she had contacted them already, but if I wanted to change it, I could. I went along with it and while I was still on the phone with the insurance agent, Dave from Robberson Collision Center called me and asked when I wanted to drop my car off. I had it dropped off a half hour later and they even arranged to have me picked up by my rental car company! They estimated 2 weeks so they could get the parts and have it painted, but it was ready in less than 1 week! They also cleaned my car, the outside AND inside. They were super fast and nice, funny guys. I would recommend Robberson Collision Center to anyone who needs help with their car!

I bought a used Explorer from Robberson, and in the first week I noticed that a corner of the front bumper was sticking out. A month later when I was driving by I decided to stop by and see if they would fix it. They said they would and ordered the part. A week later I stopped by and they took a whole 5 minutes to put in a broken bumper clip and the truck looks brand new again. If I ever need real collision work (knock on wood), you can bet Ill bring my truck to Robberson Collision Center.

Had an accident and even though I didnt get it fixed. I was treated with respect.
