Cameron was super helpful with my tire order and getting the installation set up! Above and beyond. Just make sure to skip calling and go in. It might be a 20 min wait to talk to someone, but they are understaffed (like everywhere else) and are getting to the customers who drive in first 👌🏻

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had doing business with ANY company. My wife, infant son, and I arrived first thing in the morning (7:30 am) to drop off our vehicle to get new tires. We checked in and they told us it would be ready before the end of the day.I gave Discount Tire a call at 4:30 pm to see if the vehicle would still be ready to pick up by the end of the day and they said that it would be done before 6 pm and to come in to pick it up around that time.My wife, infant son, and I drove back to Discount Tire to pick up our vehicle at the time they said it would be ready (6 pm) and saw that it was still in the parking lot WITHOUT the new tires on it.We went inside to check when it would be ready and they said it was next in line to be worked on. 4 more cars pulled into the shop after we were told it was next in line and by that time it was around 7:30 pm.We had to ask again and they finally brought our vehicle in to be worked on (the last one of the day). I waited in the lobby until the last customer, other than me, got the keys to his vehicle and went home. After he left, they turned the lights off on me while I was sitting in the lobby! 🤦After sitting in darkness in the waiting area, they came in and said my vehicle was ready as they were all packing up to go home for the night.Finally, when I got home, I decided to check the tire pressure because the new tires seemed over-inflated. The new tires were at 80 psi which is 20 psi over the manufacturer recommended 60 psi (written on the driver side door).I am very disappointed and feel very disrespected by this entire experience. I would personally never recommend this company. I hope they are able to fix this in some way.

Traveling thru Oregon, we stopped in for new tire quotes. Made an appt for the following week, arrived at 8:35 (5 mins past our appt time, but was still out by 9:15am). It was quick and easy, time flew and we initially thought it would have taken longer. Big thanks to Dillon and the crew. I have shopped with discount for my last 3 tire purchases at their location in Eugene. That store has always been awesome!Went in today for a quote and lead time on making an appointment. While I was waiting in my truck to be helped, one of their installers was pulling up a customer vehicle they had just finished and opened the door into my mirror. No attempt to apologize, just gave me a side glance and walked inside.Not a great experience to warm someone up to spend a thousand dollars or more…

Satisfied customer for 12 years, great service. Made an online appt for snow tire changeover on Oct 8th for October 29th, 12:30 p.m. Arrived on time. Guy in the shack said nope, tires are studded cant put them on until Nov 1. True for non-snow communities in Oregon, Central Oregon always gets to put the winter tires on early because of our snowfall vs the rest of the state. At no point did the online system say the studded snow tires on rims could not be installed on Friday the 29th; site made the appt no problem. Went inside talked to two people, same thing big NOPE told me to go online and signup for another appt. HA!!! First available appt December 7th!!!! Ive already waited 3 weeks. Needless to say I am disappointed Discounts system didnt ask what kind of tires so Id know to book 3 days later for Nov 1. Went next door to the big name tire store in town, yes they can put them on, called a couple other stores in town, all said yes, but no appointments left for the day. Now I will show up tomorrow morning at Discount 7:00 a.m. and hope I can drop the car off as a walk-in. So info to remember in the years to come if you use studs. AND I use studs because I live on a mountain and have to go up and down the mountain all winter, so went back to studs after 9 years of stud less tires--not good on my mountain hill too many accidents.

My experience.... AMAZING!!! Everyone was truly wonderful. My husband pulled up at closing time with a flat tire, (expecting to be turned away) he was greeted with enthusiasm and such great customer service. They let my husband know that tires have an experation date and our tires were 17 years old!The customer service here is unparalleled!They truly cared about our safety and gave us an outstanding deal on our tires. When you go to their location,, they have you see this person who is supposed to put you on a queue list. We waited 30 minutes at #2 and finally left without being helped. We then bipassed this person and went straight in the next time and got a quote. We were were told to call when we were ready to move forward so they could place the tires on order. Well, good luck with that. No one has answered the phone in three weeks. The Bend location is the worst.

Weve always bought all our tires herebut things have declined. For instance I called three times to make an appointment to get a tire repaired. Never git answer. Finallybooked online. MDe an appointment. When I arrived I was told I was in queue 5th in line.Why make an appointment to wait in line?

Great folks helped me out when I blew a tire just a half mile from their shop. My spare was old and wouldnt hold air, so they loaned me a spare and a lug wrench for free so I could get to the shop.Service was so good, it was easy for them to talk me into a slightly nicer set of new tires than Id been planning on. Now Im rocking some K02s and my rig sits an inch higher off the ground than it used to.Turned an otherwise bad day into a pleasant experience. Ill be back.

There was a mix-up with my tires being delivered to the store at the correct time. I was stuck with my tires dismantled and the tires I ordered not being there. Robert and Chris took great care of me - they gave me some used loaner tires for free to drive around while we waited for my original tires to arrive. After a few days, I decided I wanted to keep the loaner tires, and they gave me a GREAT deal on them. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be back. They were super wonderful to work with through the mix-up.

Not super friendly and they wont accept walk ins and you cant reach them by phone. I bought tires online but couldnt make my appointment. I tried calling but kept getting disconnected, I emailed but heard nothing back, so tried to just come in earlier (They had called right after I purchased and said they had my tires ready), but I was told to just come back at my appointment and they couldnt fit me in... Sad... I used them exclusively when I lived in AZ and they were great! Not impressed with this location.UPDATE: I did get a call from the manager of the store and he said that there was a miscommunication and that they do accept walk-ins, But you have to leave your car for a few hours. He also gave his sincere apologies and was able to fit me in later that day. I changed my rating from three stars to four.

I’m currently sitting in Discount Tire and decided to post my first review. Anthony helped me out a ton after finding out my wheels were a different size and he worked down the price for me even though the tires my size were considerably more expensive. This saved me a lot of time and frustration and I really appreciate it. I’ll be coming back to discount tire from now on, way better service than Walmart and they’ll match their prices anyway. These guys are awesome.

These guys and gals were great to work with. Had some issues with a manufacturer defect on new tires and after trying what they could to resolve the issue, they ended up just replacing the whole set and sent me on my way in a timely manner. I’m not one to leave a review on the interewebs, but their service as well as price and selection are fantastic!

I have used them for a few years but now they are basically impossible to get a hold of. I need 1 new tire due to a flat but they dont answer their phones and then hang up. Frustrating process, guess Ill go somewhere else.......

Been going here for years and will be going back for years to come. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and if you need a good set of tires or rims at a fair price this is the place to go. Not to mention the staff is extremely helpful and they go above and beyond expectations to serve customers as best they can.

I take my wheels off pretty regularly because I use different tires when attending track days. Somehow, Discount Tire stripped 3 of my lug nuts and proceeded to state it was from corrosion and then changed the story to the lugs were cross-threaded already. So, this place will cost me a few hours of my time to fix their screw up. Inexperienced installers with impact guns are dangerous.

Was not happy at all with the service last week. Sent my wife in with our winter wheels to get new snow tires on then with the wheels they sold me 4 years ago and the lug nuts to go with them. They put on the same lug nuts that were on my summer factory wheels which do not seat down properly. And now days it takes an act of congress to get hold of them on the phone. So quit trying and now I am done with discount tire!

Got the $25 warranty on my new tires, so having one patched and replaced after a giant staple ran through it was totally free. Incredibly helpful staff, even though I came in (albeit very early) without an appointment.

I’ve been using discount tire for years and never disappointed. During my most recent visit , I had 4 new tires installed. Later in the day I noticed the tire pressure reading super low. Turned out the sensor was bad so they replaced it at no cost to me! Always the best , Professional, and friendliest service every time!

Great customer service.Went in for two tires. There was a little lack of communication along the way that led to a weird situation in regard to Discounts policies vs my expectations, that would have put me in a tight spot.However, after a slightly unfortunate and abrasive conversation (mainly from my end), Anthony handled the situation and my BS attitude with professionalism, and would wind up offering me a compromise that had me leaving very happy, appreciative and ready to return next time.

These guys and gals are the best! Just bought my 5th set of tires and 2nd set of wheels from them and will keep coming back for more. They’ve always been extremely helpful, friendly, quick and a pleasure to work with. Chris H. helped me out this time and I really appreciate how much he knew about the suspension kit I was installing and the wheel and tire combo that would work best for the abuse I’m going to put my truck through. Come here seasonally and for random check ups if something seems off regarding tire pressure. Theyve always had clear communication in regards of wait times and usually are finished before the expected time. If they thought the wait would be longer, theyve communicated that with me. During super busy times (like during the seasonal tire switch outs) they have been very honest about when the best time is to visit.Every time Ive been there though, there always seems to be irritated customers with kids; which Ive always found odd because why bring the fam to the tire place? Ive been super cool with the staff and, in turn, theyve been super cool to me. Thanks for the awesome service!

On a road trip from south eastern Idaho to the Oregon coast noticed one of tires was low pulled in thinking it would take forever found screw in tire in and out in less than half hour didnt charge me a dime to fix the tire top notch service thanks guys loving the beautiful Oregon coast

Came here obviously due to bad tires on a Fox Car Rental vehicle which would make me purchase tires myself and be reimbursed later. Chris was awesome in helping navigate with the rental company and giving me a quick available time slot to help get us back on the road safely. I had great customer service on a Friday late morning. Bathrooms were clean as well and covid19 measures were followed. They made a potential nightmare into a learning experience at a decent price (ie dont trust Fox Rental for a good inspection from Burbank, CA).

We have been customers at this location for over 15 years and never have had a negative experience. One of the few remaining places that truly gets what great customer experience is about! Great communication, teamwork and professionalism and they always over deliver on their promises. Was as true this morning as it has ever been. Anyone not having a good experience here either came in with a bad mood or wanted to leave with same.

They sent me home with a tire with a massive leak, told me I could get an appointment for tomorrow? Good thing I had AAA, had to have the spare put on, you would have thought that the tire company would have done that for safety, not impressed with thisocation

Once again, very impressed with a discount tire location. I was greeted outside by a very welcoming and nice employee who helped direct me to where I needed to go, to see Tyler (well done whoever hired this employee!!). Tyler was extremely professional and helpful with getting our tire pressure checked and filled. Even with a mask on, I could tell he did it all with a smile on his face. As we drove away, my son said “that guy was really nice!”. Tyler, thanks for making step in our day so easy.

I have been a fan if discount tire for years. From their price matching to their customer service they are great. Bends only DT certainly stays busy. If you come from another city with multiple shops you may not be used to having to make appointments to get in. But once you figure that out its smooth sailing. Bend needs a discount tire South👍

Good shop. Guys seem to have fun on the job. Lots of work done here. I was here a day after studded tires are to be taken off passenger cars (season change from snow tires to regular unstudded tires). It was busy. Courtesy to me was asking me to come back instead of waiting two hours. When I came back I was out within 40 minutes. Will keep coming here when I visit OR.

I needed some specific lug nuts for a new set of wheels I put on that I didn’t even get from them. I couldn’t find any in town and Discount Tire had them in stock. That right there would have earned them five stars, nope, they did even better. My entire experience from checking in at the COVID booth to checking out and leaving was awesome. They treated me the same as a customer coming in for $3000 tires and wheels. This place deserves your business.

Ive been coming to Discount Tire for the past 8 years. These folks are busy as all get out most days and work hard. Occasionally, I have to wait but usually plan to do so when Im getting my winter tire change-out or getting another service. No big deal. Have always had good experiences and customer service, and folks behind the counter still manage to chit chat even given their high workload.

Blew out a tire on the highway... Les Schwab wanted 260 bucks to replace it... Discount tire replaced the EXACT same tire for 132 dollars in 15 minutes.. I know where Ill take my business from now on.

Best tire shop in town. I had a great experience buying new wheels and tires here mostly because the manager, Bryce, continues to provide great customer service and will go out of his way to help you out if need be. 10/10 would recommend.

I had never visited a discount tire shop before. I had heard about the great deals they have to offer, but this was my first experience and it wont be my last. Chris and Guy were hands down amazing! They made me feel very comfortable, was very informative. But mostly patient with me! Would highly recommend!

There price is good but they dont mount rv tires so not sure there really goin to make a real difference for me now actually might be creating way more work they dont have the equipment to do rv tires so why sell em ???? Even though the price is way!!!!! Better than les swabs way way better

Made an appointment for 3 pm. Waited for 20 minutes in my car (per the company’s instructions). No one checked in with me. Understand that they were busy but at least expect someone should contact me with a status. Understand that things get busy (check in employee states today was a “fluke”). Will try again maybe first thing in the am to avoid a lack of customer service.

I got my tires from them and they were very accommodating and fit tires that worked for me in my budget. I got a flat tire and came in early, they knew I was there first and come and helped me first, they got me a new tire within 20 minutes. I am very grateful for their good service!

I used to come here all the time for my tires on my vehicles. This will be the last time though, i bought a full set of new tires and got them installed. On the drive home there was a pretty bad speed wobble. I went in the next day to get them fixed and they told me i would have to wait 2-3 hours and couldnt leave and come back or i could make an appointment for a few days out. How am i supposed to have to wait hours for a simple re-balance when they messed it up originally?

Worst customer service ever. Ordered tires and set up an appointment on their website. I showed up at the proper time and after a 30 min wait was told the tires were not “in”. After the tires finally showed up I called to schedule installation and was told I would need to wait another 7-10 days because they were so busy. Last time I bought tires from Discount they installed 3 before they realized they didn’t have the fourth so they left my truck on the lift for 5 hours until the last tire showed up. No one ever came out to the waiting room to let me know why things were delayed. I will never use them again.

Great shop! I needed a set of BFG AT tires and they were the only location that had them in stock, everyone else was weeks out on backorder. This place is often VERY busy, so either make an appt or get there before they open, especially if youre getting winter tires put on. Ive never had to use their warranty but its nice to have. Its also nice that they have so many locations across the country if you have tire trouble while travelling.

Beware buying winter tires here. A selling point is free seasonal changeover if you get wheels too but they make it very difficult to actually get a seasonal changeover. The options are to schedule an appointment or to walk in. Scheduled appointments are booked far out. Walk ins are sometimes not allowed like today even though the website says you can but I had to wait 20min in line to find out I couldnt. Only time front staff was nicentime was when i was buying.

Ordered a set of tires, they forgot to notify me when they arrived. I called back as it was days past when they were due in, I set up an appointment.At the install the employees forgot to return my take-off tires, which was clearly stated on the work order. I was told to retrieve them from the waste pile which I did, but I found that the sidewalls were cut by the bead breaker, ruining them. Employees then gave me the runaround like it was normal and they could do nothing about it because they were at the covid kiosk. Eventually one of the 3 employees that was listening to the argument claimed to be the store manager, and if I came back on Monday would see what he could do. They have my contact info, Im not consuming more of my time to try and fix their mess up. They should have reached out to me, in the last week and a half after.Ill take my money elsewhere.

These guys are SOOOO busy this time of the year, but that doesnt stop them from going above and beyond to take the best care of their customers. After discovering a flat tire on my left front, I took my Lexus in to hopefully drop off. These guys had all four tires replaced and my car ready within an hour! Chris Hamilton is amazing and I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you guys for all your hard work and kindness.

Tried to S/O BFG Radial T/A KO2 tires for our Nissan Frontier from Schwab, but told 3 weeks after I paid $1,088.16 that the tires delayed until 11/27/20. Canceled the S/O + refunded by Schwab. Then called Discount Tire. Chris told me they had them in stock. 6 hours later I had 4 new BFGs mounted + balanced for only $682. Courteous staff, great price, good service. Check them out if you need tires and dont want to pay too much. Im very glad I called them. I do wish there was a place to get food while you wait there. That was a boring 4 hour wait, even after a visit to Home Depot, Lowes and Sportsmans Warehouse.

Unlike past experiences, this experience was not a good one. Due to health issues that put me at higher risk for COVID, I made an appointment and my car was not even taken to the bay until almost an hour after my appointment time. I was there for over 2 hours for a simple tire changeover. I had to wait outside because they were allowing both customers and employees to be in the building without masks and were not doing even basic sanitation protocols.

These guys always come through for me! Ive had bad luck with flats, but the guys at Discount Tire Bend are always there to help and make it easy for me. Theyve always friendly and work hard to help me find the best deal on tires. Yesterday, I took my car in for a rotation and even with the COVID-19 stuff going on, it was incredibly easy and everyone was super nice. Apparently they had trouble getting my lug nuts off because they were so worn down. They threw on a new set of lug nuts on all my tires free of charge. I didnt even know until they had trouble until they handed my keys back! Im very thankful. Id never go anywhere else for tires or service.

The female customer service rep was RUDE! 3 employees inside didnt wear their masks. Made an appointment was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to 2.hours before it would be completed (the appt. was for tires rotation.) Cars arrived after I checked in they were taken in within minutes (buying tires) when I said something I was LIIED to! Was told they had appointment before mine. Customers said within hearing they did not have appointment. Terrible service as I said the female worker was extremely RUDE & lied to my face. Ill tell friends when inquiring about a tire place NOT to come to this one.

I was really disappointed with this location after having such good service from other Discount Tire locations around the US.I ordered tires and was told they would arrive in one (1) week. After waiting two (2) weeks, a call was made to inquire about the order and installation only to be told that the manufacturer did not have them in stock and it would be another 90 days before the tires would be available. No one from this store called to inform that they were unable to fulfill the order. They offered a different tire with a $5.00 discount for the inconvenience. It took another week to have the deposit returned. A different tire store in town had the tires and installed at the same price.One might say this is bait and switch, but it seems more of a case of the staff not knowing what is available. Make of it what you will, however, it is terribly disappointing that this Discount Tire has no follow up to keep customers apprised of circumstances after promises are made.
