The work they did was top notch and I got my car back a day earlier to expected! I have used them in the past with the same experiences. Jason was great to work with! He made my car look like new again, even cleaned the interior for me and buffed out a scratch not from the accident. He went above and beyond. He made it very convenient to leave it there for repairs while we were gone on vacation, finished the work quickly while we were gone, and allowed us to leave it there until we returned from our trip. He took any stress out of the experience. I highly recommend them!

Auto Body Concepts recently did a repair on my sideswiped truck (fender replacement, door repair, paint both pieces), and they absolutely get two thumbs up from me. I dropped the vehicle off on Monday, and it was ready Friday morning. They contacted the insurance company to make sure all was covered, and kept me up to date daily with work progress, via text messages . Wow. Ive never seen this sort of on-top-of-it communication, and promptness, from any local business. Oh, and the truck looks great. Like I said, two thumbs way up.

I hit a deer and the hood, front panels, and passenger side mirror all needed replaced. Some connections inside the panels needed replaced as well. They gave me an estimated comedian time, and kept me updated. Whenever something came up, they let me know. The paint match was really very good. They even fixed a dented in panel on the back end that wasnt part of the accident (it just needed popped in).My car was clean and beautiful when I got it back. Doesnt even look like it was in an accident.

Fixed my 4Runner at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and quick service. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle. Highly recommend!

These folks will take care of you in a professional and friendly manner. Unlike other shops, someone ALWAYS answers the phone. Their time estimates of getting work done is pretty accurate. Very efficient in dealing with insurance companies and private pay. They go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle looks and functions better than before and wont let a mediocre job leave their shop. Cant recommend enough.

Great company! I needed work completed on my jeep, since I was struck from behind. Scheduling was easy, and quick. They are popular so you may have to book out a couple of weeks. The work was very well done, and the company was professional from star to finish. Not only did they complete their work on time, they also detailed my car. Im Old school, so quality matters, as does a professional approach. This company shines in both areas. Really if youre looking for an auto body shop this is it. Not only will I gladly recommend them, they are my first choice.

I was super impressed with Auto Body Concepts. Our brand new Volvo got the front end smashed up pretty good this last winter from a head on collision. I thought the car would never look the same again, but apparently I was wrong. I did my research and picked Auto Body Concepts because I saw they had good reviews online and were a preferred provider by my insurance company.They did an incredible job putting the car back together. There was a lot that had to be done and they did a wonderful job. The paint was matched perfectly and we have had no issues with it and it has been 5 months since the repairs. As a bonus we had a panel start to come off because of the sweltering heat and they put it back on at no charge. I worked mostly with Brian and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!

I got my high end vehicle repaired here a few months ago because they were direct with my insurance company and the work would be guaranteed. While the repairs initially looked really well done, I noticed a few cosmetic issues recently (small paint crack, runs, and chipping) which should be no problem for them to address. Upon contacting the shop, they took weeks to get back to me and made me jump through hoops only to speak to someone who was completely dismissive & couldnt have cared less about me or my car. The shop ultimately refused to warranty the work and denied repairing the area even though it was on my final repair bill that my insurance company paid them to do. If you love your car and want quality work done, dont even bother calling this shop. I understand imperfections can happen, but I also understand that most shops will fix their mistakes- and this one I guess doesnt for some reason.

Skidded on some black ice coming down from Mt. Bachelor and ripped off the front bumper when I hit the snow bank. A friend recommended this shop. After taking their quote to my insurance company, I was happy to learn that they also had really good things to say about ABC. They had the work completed in the time frame they had stated, and I was overwhelmed to see that they also completely cleaned my Jeep inside and out (I have a hairy German Shepard!). Everything (especially the new bumper) looked AMAZING!

My wifes BMW X3 had a dent right on the body line. I went to multiple auto body shops and they all said that it was going to be a hard one to fix given the location of the dent. I decided to go with Auto Body Concepts and I could not be more happy with my decision! Not only does my car look perfect, you cant even tell there was a dent (and they matched her silver paint perfectly), but they cleaned the interior of her car. It hasnt been this clean in years. This is the second time I have utilized AUTO BODY CONCEPT in Bend to do the work on my 2012 Subaru Outback. They did a GREAT job each time A+ and their customer service was A+. I have been to other body shops and ABC is THE BEST.

Took a relatives car to Autobody Concepts (AC) for repairs to front end collision damage. Staff was spot-on in estimate and communicative about time for repairs. Checked the car in and they worked their magic for 1 week which is what they forecasted. We paid AC for the $1000 deductible and drove home. Car was shiny & like new. Then, AC received an adjustment check fm insurance. They called and immediately refunded to us. Very honest. Great craftsmen. Will use again. :)
