Very unprofessional. They kept my vehicle a week longer than they had originally told me. I had to pay extra for a Vehicle rental because they didnt have the work done in time. My insurance did not cover that extra week. they said well too bad. I asked the manager if they could help pay for the rental since this was an insurance claim. They said no we cannot help you. very rude to me. Actually they were down right mean. The owners are jerks!

Went to get a quote for some simple dent repair through my insurance. The tech that was evaluating my vehicle was not only rude but borderline demeaning. Then proceeded to drag his finger to draw a circle in the cinder on my hood to accentuate the dent for a picture (was highly unnecessary), leaving major scratches!!! I had not yet agreed to service through the shop and now have a giant circle scratched into my hood amidst the minor dent. I WILL NOT go back to this shop.... The lady at the counter was nice, for whatever thats worth.

Self inflicted pain hurts the worst. I almost ripped the side of my beloved truck off, with no excuse for what Id done. Took it to these people, they handled me with kid gloves and did a Flawless job in a timely and understandable manner. Kuddos to the entire crew for what theyve done. If that wasnt good enough, it was detailed, inside and out. When I picked it up. My only complaint? No chocolate on the seat.😁Thank you to the professionals at professional auto body...

Had to grab car a little earlier than expected. They were happy to call and offer pickup at end of day or to wait till Monday. I had a meeting Monday after work so when I picked up car friday I could tell they were rushed to finish. My Monday meeting was cancelled and I was able to call the shop and swing by for a quick fix on a few items. They were happy to assist and more than understanding. To be honest it seems most shops would send you on your way even though they did not complete the reassembly (through no fault of their own). Grateful that they were willing to let me come by after work to get the loose ends tied up that were really my own fault for not picking it up Monday in the first place.

Not only did these guys exceptionally repair body damage, but they also detailed the car! I highly recommend this business

I don’t write reviews often but I felt like this place deserved it. I side swiped my Subaru on a guard rail. Had severe damages on the driver side of the car. The repair was done FLAWLESS. All body lines were straight and even, I would have never guessed anything happened to it. Todd was very easy to work with. Super easy to communicate with, anytime I tried to contact them, they would answer right away and I would get a positive experience every time. Everybody on the office was super welcoming and friendly as well. They went out of there way to go the extra step with my car, made sure everything was done right and cleaned it inside and out. It literally looked better then when it went it. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!

Everyone who I encountered who works that helped with my Jeep was absolutely incredible. I mostly dealt with Todd and he was always nice and really helpful. When I got my Jeep I realized they went above and beyond just fixing it. They vacuumed my car, cleaned the middle console area and buffed our my full headlight covers. I would highly recommend them.

I just have to say. I rarely give bad reviews, but this place warrants it. My daughter had an accident with her car. The front end was damaged. Not only did they neglect her car for WEEKS. The only way we were able to get it done was by complaining to our insurance carrier so they called the shop, and the work was finally done. Well, low and behold, the did a piss-poor job, so the next time we had any issues they deemed the car a total loss due to the poor quality of work that was done by this place. They let my teenager daughter drive away in a car where the frame wasnt safely secured. It could have been deadly. That isnt just poor service and workmanship...that is pure negligence. I should have taken them to court.

These guys did a fantastic job on my car!! Not only did they fix my car made it look like new again but they cleaned the inside, what a surprise that was. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Made the insurance claim seamless. Thank you guys for being amazing.

After someone hit our car we needed an auto body shop for repairs; Professional Auto Body was there for us in a time of need and was able to fix our family vehicle in a quick, professional manner. They kept us up to date throughout the process and went above and beyond & throughly detailed both the inside and out of our car. I know if Im ever in a moment of need again, they will be the only auto body shop I will call for the job. Thank you for being there for us when we needed.

I’ve had three different vehicles repaired here, two front bumpers and one rear bumper. Every time they’ve worked on one of my vehicles I’m amazed at how perfect the paint match and the panel gaps are. Great guys and girls in this business. They step up when the dealer sucks. They fixed our jeep as good as new. 1 mishap with a part and they stood up and took care of it. Hard to find people to admit mistakes now a days. Always respect that characteristic. Highly recommend this business to take care of your car. They detailed it good as new too. Had a fun little run in with a trailer hitch that resulted in some fairly cosmetic injury to my Kia. They were recommended to me by a friend. They are quick. My car finished 4 days earlier than I expected. When I got her back, that had washed her (which I expected) BUT THEY EVEN DETAILED HER ON THE INSIDE TOO!! Its like a brand new car again! They really care about the cars that get brought in, and take good care of the people who love their cars too. Should I ever need body repair again, I WILL be returning to them ONLY. Thanks guys!

The lack of communication and amount of time it has taken to repair my car has been really disappointing. I understand its a busy time of year, but it has taken nearly a month to get our car fixed and it was only minor repairs. We have called several times to check the status after not hearing anything for weeks and every single time they say itll be done by the end of this week. If it is going to take longer than expected, communicate with the customer and let them know.

I had a really great experience with these guys. They were friendly, checked out my car for free without charging any ludicrous inspection fees (like Honda and other big car shops), gave an estimate which they stuck to, were honest, and got the work done reasonably quickly. Furthermore, they even washed my car! That was a nice little surprise considering it was covered in a few CMs of dirt. I have more work that needs to be done and I definitely plan on taking it back here. Thanks Professional Auto Body!

Great service as I am from out of town and stuck without a radiator for a couple of days. Subaru of Bend recommended them as they might be able to help. I thank them both for giving me thebest service and getting me what i needed.To get on the road and beat most of the snow in the pass

Great up front experience. Nice people. Clean shop. Everything one would hope for. But that is where the good stuff ends. Twice they scheduled our work and both times they weren’t ready for us. Then the work took longer than estimated and when delivered it was a mess. Buff marks all over the car which I had to pay a detailer to fix. Glass from the broken windshield blew out of the vents the first time we turned on the AC. More minor complaints but it’s not worth writing more about them.

Great body shop!! My brand new vehicle was badly damaged when I was hit by another driver in the ice. I was very concerned that after the repairs it would be less than new, but I have to say that they did an excellent job restoring it to the condition it was before the wreck!! Tom is friendly and helpful, as well as everyone I dealt with there. Highly recommended!!

Had a very small job getting out some bad scratches after we were side-swiped. The car came back spotless inside and out— cleaner than I’ve ever seen it. Detailing it probably cost them as much as the job we had done. Kudos.

2nd time using their services for auto repair and Im even more impressed. Their repair work is superb but our suburban was returned to us basically detailed inside & out! Highly recommend!

Tom went the extra mile to make my replaced front grill look great at a super fair price. First off, I was not discriminated over presenting them with a small job. Front desk receptionist was very polite and thorough. Second, the grill on my 1988 GMC Vandura was extinct. A local tire store accidentally broke my front grill . They spent months trying to locate one used at a junkyard with no success. I than did my own search and came up empty handed . Went to multiple body shops and they could not find one even with a nation wide search. (By the way some acted as if they were not very motivated over such a petty job) Tom on the other hand with his tenacity found a grill in fair shape at a junk yard and totally made it look brand new. He even beefed up the mounting system, remounted my transmission cooler that was falling off. He then put the GMC emblem from previous grill on that was in better shape . Super happy !! Thank goodness for Tom at professional Auto Body ! He is my hero ! Of course highly recommend !!!

Strike 2 for this shop. Last time, they didnt clean up after the work and left the back seat of the car a mess with rubbing compound, dust, etc. Gave them another shot and this time, while they were far more professional, cleaned everything nicely, and finished the work on time, there is a large blob of paint on the bumper that didnt get sanded out and they forgot to install the back-up lights - left them hanging from wires underneath the car.
