They not only did a phenomenal job of getting me scheduled quickly when I was in a pinch but they were also so kind as to keep my car on the lot for an extended amount of time as I live out of the area. Also, I have a busy schedule during the week and they were very accommodating by allowing me to communicate with them via text. My experience with them was nothing short of amazing!

Scott and the team are aces! Never thought Id say I have a favorite body shop, but I now have a favorite body shop. Cant wait for my next fender-bender! Like I always say, drive fast and youll spend less time on the road!

Matt and the crew at Professional Auto Body South exceeded my expectations in every way. My vehicle was repaired quickly and with meticulous attention to detail. Even got it back a day early! I took my new Subaru Outback in to repair the roof top & replace the antenna that I had accidentally knocked off by the garage door that was not all the way up when I pulled out.They did a fantastic job & Scott was very professional & helpful during the process which was more involved because I was contesting a previous repair by the dealer for the same thing.I couldn’t be more pleased with the staff that I dealt with & the work of the technician/s.My car looks new again. It had also been washed & cleaned.

Third bumper in 3 years. Always an impeccable job. If people would stop rear ending me that would be great.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not good. My car had new damages when I picked it up that we’re not from my hit and run, when I dropped it off. They fixed the main/obvious problems, but my rearview mirror no longer worked and my sun visor was broken and wouldn’t stay up on its own.

Friendly, professional service. Ive taken two cars in here now and the work done was great. They also left my care nice and clean afterwards. Hoping I dont need more body work any time soon, but if I do Ill be back.

I would NEVER recommend Professional Auto Body to anyone! Their inability to even come close to meeting a completion date is as bad as their ability to care about it. After pushing my completion date twice I was ASSURED my vehicle would be ready on a certain date. But it was not and all I received was some attitude and useless excuses. Never again.

Great quality work. I have had two newer vehicles have body damage, one really bad, and both look brand new after the repairs! I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else for body repair. Also, they stand by there work 100%.
