I was far from home (California) on a road trip when my MB Sprinter got hit while parked in Stayton. I was on the way to Bend and chose Precision Body and Paint of Bend due to the multiple great reviews. I got in 30 min before they closed, and was helped immediately by the nice receptionist and then by Dan Haws who put together a very thorough and fair estimate. Dan and others in the office were so nice and friendly, even though I am from California! I was the only customer there near closing time and got to experience the nice rapport between the staff and they included me in on their conversations. It is nice to know this place really takes care of their customers and are genuinely all nice people. I definitely recommend them. Thank you all!

They repainted the roof of my work van they did a great job, however they were to lazy to cover the entire van so the bottom half was covered in over spray. This took my whole weekend and I still cant get it all off, had to repaint my hubcaps also.

Not enough accolades in the english dictionary to describe how happy we are with Precision Body & Paint of Bend. They repaired extensive damage to our 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited to good-as-new condition, and artfully danced the Insurance Tango with our insurer to make sure all parts were OEM, that every mfg protocol for safety and testing were followed to the T; and that we were not charged for anything that the insurer had to cover. Many thanks to the manager, Mike L., for his guidance, expertise, and professionalism. All of the staff, from the administrative receptionist, mechanic, body repair and paint specialists, and management are top notch professionals.

I had damage to the back left side of my Subaru Outback from a car backing into me. I received a quote from Precision and decided to go with them. Eric was professional and communicated well on the status of my car while it was in the shop. What I also liked was that the repair was completed in the time frame that was originally given. We were having multiple problems with our lift gate. This was before I backed into a tree. Rats! The damage was relatively minor but was enough that we decided to address the lift gate problems and the dent by requesting Precision B&P make all the repairs at once. THEY DID! Their staff was great! The SUV looks great now and the lift gate operates like new. I recommend Precision B&P.

Not a totally smooth process, but I still want to rate it a 5 star as their efforts to resolve issues with parts not arriving when expected and releasing vehicle due to issues with insurance were not their fault. The vehicle was restored to its pre accident condition and was nicely cleaned up. The staff were pleasant and available for all of my questions and concerns, BUT most importantly they wanted me to be 100% satisfied with the repair and that ROCKS!

Precision did an excellent repair job on our Subaru Outback after we were rammed by a large van in a parking lot resulting in damage to front end of Subaru. They did a very detailed and complete review of the damage which resulted in replacing both fenders, hood, bumper and grille, and realignment of the radiator. They also did a complete checkout of all the collision avoidance and other automated driving systems. Car looks great now and Precision was very supportive and helpful throughout the repair process. And repair was completed ahead of schedule.

Precision helped repair my bumper after being rear ended. My car looks just like it did before the accident...I couldnt be more pleased. Air dam on my Corvette was torn loose causing traction control and ABS warnings. After ordering parts and setting repair appointment work was beautifully completed in just an hour and I was on my way. Mike and the team were perfect. Best auto body shop experience I’ve ever had! Overall, my experience was wonderful with Precision Auto Body. Check in process was quick, as well as me picking up my vehicle. Repairs were immaculate, and they cleaned and sanitized my car inside and out.I was told my repairs would take 3 days, but I wasnt able to pick up my vehicle for an entire week, although that was partially due to communication with insurance companies, I felt they could have done a better job giving me updates once it passed the 3 day mark instead of me reaching out to ask for updates daily.Overall, would recommend for any body repairs.

The damage to my vehicle was very minor but the insurance reimbursement process created a real challenge for Precision. James was a trooper and went to bat for me, never once complaining. In the end the repair was fully paid for and my vehicle is actually in better condition structurally and cosmetically than before the accident. This is the sixth repair done for our family (not our fault!) by Precision and we have been well pleased each time.

They were very helpful and professional when my car got totaled. They were worried that people got hurt but were relieved when they found every one was ok.

Had an estimate done on my Toyota Rav by Joe M last week and I tried four times to reach out to Joe with no reply. After four days, Joe decided to call back. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate by a business that thinks they care about customers. Either my estimate was to small or this company only deals with insurance claims. VERY POOR! My friends will want to know!!!!!

I took my vehicle to Precision Auto Body in Bend to get an estimate for some hail damage. Apparently, the estimate wasn’t an adequate amount for them to bother themselves with following through on contacting me or my insurance company. They just dropped the ball on the claim and never contacted me with even an explanation of why they weren’t interested in helping me. When I contacted them, the associate I spoke to was extremely rude and unapologetic!! If your claim isn’t going to break the insurance company bank, you might want to take your business somewhere else.

My Subaru suffered quite a bit of hail damage in August. After being turned away from the 3 body shops my insurance recommended, Bend Subaru suggested Precision. What a find. Eric there was great and even though I was on a waiting list to get the repairs, he set everything up, managed the process of the supplemental appraisals, and kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service from beginning to end!But the real test is the quality of work provided, and the car looks great. The dimples are all gone, the match match is excellent, the build quality of installing the replacement parts is also excellent. No new noises or rattles and no extra gaps anywhere work was completed.I HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend Precision no matter where your insurance company sends you. And kudos to Bend Subaru for recommending them.

The shop did a wonderful job on our car and Eric was professional friendly but the after care is not what I expected. There are issues that needed to be addressed and they say the part is no longer available. They think a 15 dollar check is acceptable and that’s not happening

Mike and his gang did a great job in handling our repairs. Most of our contact was handled over the phone and they picked up and delivered our car to our home. Car looks great and it was completed right on schedule. Most important he made sure the work met the manufacturers requirement.

Our car was smashed up pretty good and damage was several thousand dollars. Both Eric and Jared at Precision helped to get everything approved through the insurance company, even after the insurance company gave us a little run-around about after-market v. factory direct parts. They updated us at every step of the way with emails, phone calls and pictures and there were no hidden costs or surprises. We highly recommend Precision Body & Paint of Bend!

Eric was my contact at Precision — he was thoroughly professional and kept me informed throughout the process of a quite complicated repair to a nearly new Volvo. The body work was excellent and the coordination with Volvo to re-synchronize electronics very smooth. Coordination with my insurance company was also first rate. I was exceptionally pleased with this repair.

Brian is an excellent communicator and let me know about each phase of my vehicles repair. I was given a discount which helped a lot on out of pocket costs. The shop detailed my car before returning it to me. Got my car back cleaner than when I turned it in to them! I dropped it off with a nearly empty tanknot realizing that the tests and assessments would require more gas. Brian personally went out and put gas into my tank as I wasnt able to leave work. A part was delayed and all f the repairs werent able to be completed at the same time and insurance wouldnt cover a rental for that phase. I was amazed when offered a loaner vehicle by Precision for the few days that my car was in the shop. Supper polished excellent customer service and Im also very pleased with the repairs to my car. Im highly detailed and like ths done well the first time. Precision did not disappoint and consistently exceeded my expectations. Im hoping to avoid going in again anytime soon but if I do it will definitely be Precision! Theyve earned my trust and repeat business!

Both the office staff and the estmators/main contact were wonderful in explaining various details of the work or how the project was going to move along. The front office was immaculate, spacious, comfortable with coffee and bottled water available. I especially loved your bright red lighted name that was easily seen when driving south on busy hwy. 97 And what a treat to have a spic and span car ready for me when the work was competed. Highly recommend these folks.

Their quality and performance is without peer. My most recent experience was with our Toyota Land Cruiser which was repaired to factory new in just a few days. Dont bother trying anyplace else. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a body shop. First of all, I had to reach out for all communication, no one ever reached out to me. Worst service ever! The quality was fine, but my car was scratched during the time it was there and they said it was there all along. I KNOW this to not be true. Ive never written a bad review before, but this time is an exception. I would absolutely suggest going somewhere else . . . where there is integrity.

James Wyke at Precision provided top-notch service from beginning to end.When I first brought the car to Precision, I was told they typically do not work with the insurance company responsible for the repairs (I was sideswiped by a GEICO driver). In the past, I was told, GEICO in Bend has been notoriously difficult (delaying repairs, not covering items that should be covered, etc.).I told James I wanted Precision to do the work on my BMW, as I was very pleased with their work in the past, and no other shop in town is recommended by Kendall BMW here in Bend.He agreed to take on the job, and did a phenomenal job - as did the rest of the Precision Team - in not only working with a difficult insurance carrier, but also providing superior repair and restoration (body work and paint) services. I dare say the car looks better than it did before the accident.If you want your car repaired properly, go to Precision Body & Paint of Bend. Ask for James. You won’t be disappointed!

This shop is the place that virtually all the auto dealers in Bend use for their factory body work, and the quality they bring shows why. They did a perfect job repairing the damage from a small (but expensive) accident I had on my one year old Volvo. They discussed the estimate in great detail ahead of time, explaining what was clearly needed and what might turn out to be needed as the repair unfolded. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the excellent final work came in significantly under the estimate because a few parts unexpectedly turned out to be reusable.

I am from CA and hit a deer just outside of Bend while on vacation, the car was drivable but not going to make it back to CA. I looked up AAA certified body shops and Precision Body & Paint came up, and thank goodness it did - the team at Precision quickly got me into the shop for an initial estimate (even though they were totally booked with jobs) and obviously had a great relationship with the insurance adjuster. I brought my 2017 wrx in after I got rear ended. And WOW they are great! I have sparkly flake in my paint and it looks perfect. We had to replace the whole rear bumper and it is flawless! Unfortunately someone hit my dad’s brand new Rav4. I took it to Precision to get it fixed and they made it look like nothing ever happened. Shout out to Eric for walking me through the whole process and the whole team for putting my dad back on the road in no time.

Very professional, and courteous, though followup is not a strong suit. I had to be the one call after a week and see when my car would be done. Oh..it is almost ready should be able to pick it up today. What, it is late afternoon already, and I have a rental car. The repair itself was good, though I had water spots that I needed to buff out. Not good on a dark paint.

Hit a deer late at night on the drive home from Portland. After dealing with Insurance, the dealership I bought the car from recommended this place and I couldnt be more pleased. They handled all the negotiations with insurance for me and got me approved for a complete repair.
