Best shop in Central Oregon. My car got t-boned & Main Auto Body, Geico & Enterprise all worked together to make sure I got taken care of. Ellie, the office manager at MAB, called me with updates and helped make sure I felt taken care of and happy with the process. I forget the name of the shop owner, but he walked me around the car & talked to me about what was done. They cleaned up & waxed the car.It looks better than ever! 5/5 customer service, body work & results

Im thrilled to have the dent in my car fixed! I got a quote, then waited a year to take my car in. They still had my quote on file and they made payment arrangements with the insurance company. They kept me updated during the process. My car looks beautiful! I highly recommend Main Auto Body.

Ellie is an awesome coordinator front desk answering phone calls and questions and organizing your rental car and they are awesome people they come and explain everything to you from top to bottom and go back over it with you when you go and pick up your car they dont let your car until they have the parts I would recommend this to everybody

I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Main Auto Body. I literally moved to the Bend area a week ago and my car was damaged when it was transported down here from Seattle. I took it Main Auto Body. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Ellie followed up with me every few days to let me know the progress on the car and that we were still on track for the date promised that the work be completed. There was even an error with my insurance deductible. She resolved the problem before I ever got a chance to contact my insurance agent! Very impressive! In the future I hope not to have any more damage to my vehicle but if the unfortunate event arises I will without a doubt be taking my car to Main Auto Body.

We needed some insurance work done, and decided to have some other dents removed that were unrelated to the accident. The dents were removed so that you cant tell they were there.They also washed the exterior and detailed the inside before returning our van to us. It looks like they may have even waxed the exterior.Great service and attention to detail.

I had a minor fender bender incident in which I was not at fault. I got an estimate from Main Auto Body, which was quick, easy, and detailed. I scheduled an appointment, and hey contacted me when they received payment from the at-fault party, as well as with a reminder as the day of my appointment neared. They called me with updates throughout the process, and all the work was done within the timeframe the gave me. They even washed my car (not just the area they worked on)! Highly recommend.

I would give Antonio and his staff 10 stars if I could. I brought my car to Main Auto Body to obtain an estimate for insurance purposes, and I was able to leave it for repair, starting that very day. Throughout the process, they worked with me, with my insurance company, and even arranged to have my old, defective windshield replaced. Communication was clear and easy throughout. I realize that back in the shop they must have several jobs in progress, but they make you feel like youre their most important customer. My car is nearly 24 years old, but looks, drives, and feels like new. Thanks, Main Auto Body!

These guys were great. Unlike one of the other big body shops in Bend you hear on the radio all the time, they were able to get me in immediately after my girlfriend t-boned a pickup instead of we can look at it in 3 weeks. Everything went smoothly, promised deadlines were met, and when I got it back youd never know the whole front end had been munched. If you get in an accident, I cant recommend these guys enough. Thoroughly pleased with the whole experience.

Wife was hit by another car and insurance sent us here for the repair. Wonderful staff, timely updates, good communication and the car looks just as good as before the accident. Hopefully we wont need another body repair place again, but if we do, we will opt for this one.

My Subaru Forrester was rear-ended at a stop. Getting an estimate only required a walk-in with no waiting, and Antonio promised a repair time and hit it exactly. Main Auto send out regular email progress updates which reduces the stress of wondering what is happening. When we picked up our newly repaired vehicle it was freshly cleaned inside, and when there appeared to be an unexpected issue with our rear-view camera Antonio personally made sure it was resolved (appeared to be an OEM part change). I would definitely use Main Auto again, but hopefully not for a very long time!

Overall repair quality I could not rate higher. Very pleased. Special thanks to Antonio, the mgr who seems to know his stuff and runs a tight ship. Ellie, the office mgr followed up just about every day with an update which was awesome sauce.Only minor complaint I would have personally is the interior of my 2019 Silverado Duramax with 4K miles was not clean upon pickup. Granted both doors had to be removed /painted however its like truck sat open in shop with doors off. As a result I had what seemed like overspray throughout the interior which took a few hours to get clean to my standards. Perhaps someone was supposed to clean and forgot? Otherwise I would have rated 10 stars.
