This store is THE place to go to figure out your mattress and pillow needs. We’ve been using tempurpedics for a while, and we love them. Today, we dropped in to get a pillow. The peeps at the store took great care to help figure out the differences between the pillows, whether each pillow was giving me good spine alignment, and how each pillow mixes with the contours of my shoulders and neck. It was such an easy and thoughtful experience!

Reggie was very helpful during our visit to Tempur-Pedic. He provided us with an immense amount of detail information and was patient as we carefully tested each mattress. Highly recommend the mattresses and their store!

Will was terrific in helping us select a new mattress and explained all the differences between the various models. Best Temper-Pedic store I’ve ever visited. Being a “flagship” store, it has all the models on the floor.EDIT: Well, its been 8 weeks, and I still dont have the mattress, they cant tell me when Ill get the mattress, and they have offered to let me cancel the order. They say that part of the problem is that the original mattress I ordered was a clearance item and they apparently sold more than they had -- but that took them 5 weeks to discover? They say that they will get me the current model but cant tell me when that will be. The problem is that the $5000 Tempur-pedic was to replace another mattress from one of their competitors and that I need to return within their trial period. So now im likely to be stuck with no mattress. And the stores offer of having to choose between (1) canceling; or (2) waiting for it and theyll comp me some free bed sheets is unacceptable.

After sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress for 18 1/2 years, we decided to purchase another one. We were told about the Flagship Store here, so we thought that would be the place to go. Sure enough we met Will who was so informative and helpful. Eighteen years ago we had a choice of 2 - a 7 inch and a 10 inch, I think. But now there were so many choices. Will had us to lie on each one, and he explained the difference of each. We made our selection, and Will had it delivered to our house. After sleeping on it, we had some questions. Will came to our house (after working hours) and found that it wasnt centered on the headboard. He made other adjustments on it. He gave us some pointers on putting fitted sheets on a split mattress. Will was so patient and very pleasant. To anyone who is in the market for a new mattress, we would certainly recommend you talk to Will and the Flagship Store.

Will and his team are great! We initially looked at other larger mattress retailers before looking at Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store. We ultimately chose purchasing the mattress due to the quality of the mattress as well as the customer service. With the pandemic, we actually felt comfortable in this store. Will and his team made sure to sanitize and clean the area before and after trying the mattresses. They were VERY quick to resolve any issues and patient in answering our endless questions. We felt very welcome and knew we would be taken care of if there were any issues making any price difference worth paying for.

Terrible service. If you don’t like what you buy, you’re screwed! Purchased two medium height hybrid pillows, can’t sleep with them / hurting my neck, basically told to go kick rocks by “Will”, the manager of the store.The pillows are like rocks & way too tall.TRY BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!If I could give negative stars I would.Purple pillow is the way to go!!!!!

Just purchased a tempur-pedic and this is seriously the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The pillows are also amazing. I’ve had back and neck issues since working from home and they are already feeling better. Will helped me with my choice. He’s so awesome, patient, and kind. I really enjoyed working with him. They have a program where you can pay off the mattress in 3 years which is really great. The mattress feels so luxurious and I’m really glad I got it. Ask for Will when you go. He’s a really great guy and you’ll enjoy meeting and working with him.

I had many problems trying to order a tempur-pedic mattress online, so I canceled my online order and turned to the flagship store in Austin. Every detail of the service they provided was first-rate from the advice about what to order to follow-up to the delivery of my mattress. I started out working with Trey. He was knowledgeable and helpful and even arranged to send me a free Tempur-Pedicure pillow to make up for the horrible service I had received from the online store. So often nowadays customer service is lacking in general but not so in this case. Even Val, the person responsible for the delivery of the mattress, was attentive to make sure it was delivered on time. I was able to reach Will, the manager, by phone immediately every time I had a question. This whole experience was a pleasure, and the mattress itself is a superior product.

This past weekend my wife and I were researching new mattress options, having historically owned traditional coil spring mattresses. Based on the positive feedback (both verbally from friends, as well written online) regarding Tempur Pedic mattresses, we decided to visit the Austin flagship store to learn more about the Tempur product offering. Upon entering the well laid out store, we were greeted by Will, who then offered to educate us on the history of Tempur Pedic and what differentiates your company from other mattress manufacturers.Will proceeded to spend the next hour understanding our sleep habits/preferences, encouraging us to try out various beds, and helped us to narrow down our favorite couple of mattresses. He did so without any aggressive sales tactics, and was very friendly and personable throughout the entire experience. We left the store to explore other mattress alternatives, as Tempur was our first stop.After much research and testing of other mattresses, it was clear to my wife and I, that a Tempur LuxeBreeze was our favorite one. I reached out to Will to place the order and he assisted me from start to finish, despite it being his day off. He even motivated me to purchase additional accessories including mattress covers, pillows, pillow covers, and sheets.Candidly, this purchase was significantly more than I had originally planned to spend for a new mattress. However, Will’s knowledge of the product offering, his listening and understanding of what my wife and I were looking for in a new mattress, and his passive yet confident sales experience convinced me that this was an purchase investment worth making.I had put off purchasing a new mattress due to my incorrect assumption that we would be experiencing uncomfortable and aggressive sales tactics, but in the end this was an incredibly enjoyable and informative transaction. Our experience with the downtown Austin Flagship location was fantastic. Store manager William Szeneri and team lead Clayton Gibson are the best. The service we received was impeccable. Shopping at a flagship location is the way to go. Each bed sample is set up almost as a private room. I absolutely love our LuxeAdapt mattress. Hats off to Tempur-Pedic, William and Clayton.
