These guys are the best! My wife and I are at different comfort levels and were able to choose a mattress we thought was going to be perfect for the both of us. After sleeping on the new mattress for a week, we discovered it was too firm for even me!(I like more firm and my wife likes softer) We reached out to the owner (had his number because he delivers and removes the old mattress himself!!) at 9am on a Sunday morning and he assured us it would soften. However we felt it would better serve us to go ahead with the softer mattress. He was on it fast, and has already ordered another to replace the one we have! I am blown away by the prompt response (not to mention first thing on a Sunday morning), but mostly how willing they are to go above and beyond to make their customers happy. What a fantastic experience I had!!!!! Frank helped me find exactly what I was looking for and kept me in the loop. It took awhile to get delivered, but they kept me informed of what was going on and then setup the actual delivery very promptly. The delivery team sent me a text the day before delivery and they did not disappoint. Old bed out, new bed In and gone in less than ten minutes. Great service!!!!THANK YOU VERY MUCH FRANK!!!!

Such a great experience! We moved to Austin from out of state and spent all day looking at larger mattress retailers, all of which were out of the mattresses we liked for two weeks. We happened to be passing by Matrezzz Guys and stopped in. Within ten minutes Frank helped us find a great mattress, box spring and bed frame at a great price, and got it all delivered right away. I worked with Anthony on behalf of an elderly friend of mine. He went out of his way to make sure she got what she needed. And when we had a snafu he jumped in with all kindness to fix the problem that wasn’t even his. I think that this company and Anthony in particular are very, very special.

These guys are super friendly! Garrett had a lot of knowledge on mattresses and helped me figure out which would work the best for me (which is not typically an easy task)! They had me in and out same day with a mattress. No hassles and best prices.

My experience here was great! I told the owner (both owners were present) what type of bed I was looking for and he led me through the various options, beginning with the cheapest mattress available due to it being discontinued (vs. the most expensive option). He provided lots of detail about each option, answered all my questions, and made the process very easy. Delivery is fast.

Great place, moved into town and got a bed there the same day. The salesman was actually a decent guy, no pressure, and he personally delivered the mattress to me that evening on his own time. I went to a couple of other places that afternoon and the salespeople either could not be bothered for help, or were just sleaze bags. I recommend this shop though.

Frank is very helpful. He was friendly and patient with my decision making which took a good half an hour. After having visited 3-4 other places we went to this place. We were greeted by Frank who is very knowledgeable and also a very nice human being. Unlike other places, he did not try to sell us any expensive mattress. He showed us few options, according to our budget and need, which we absolutely loved. We decided to go for one of those mattresses and Frank himself delivered it to us in the next evening on his way back to his home. I would definitely recommend this place.

They are very very accurate, I really recommend this place, and Frank is an excellent guy that knows what you are looking for, he is not trying to sell you the most expensive or the better one, just the perfect that fits your needs, I really finish with a big smile.
