Josh was amazing!! Was able to ask all the right questions, actually listen to what I preferred, and managed to keep me in my price range. It took me a few different mattresses to find the right one and he was so patient/understanding the entire time. Super happy with my service and can’t wait for my mattress to arrive.

Riley Rocks! My wife and I came into the store after checking out Casper, and we wanted to rule out Purple since we heard good things about their product. After lying on some Purple mattresses, my wife and I made the mistake of checking out the Tempur-Pedic, it was game over. If felt like we were lying in the palm of a soft hand. Absolutely heaven. He was very knowledgeable about a variety of different mattresses and finding the right bed to fit our sleeping behaviors. We came back the next day for further testing and additional questions and spoke to Riley whom was very supportive as well. Both Omar and Riley were great and friendly. The was no sales pressure and didnt try to push us something we didnt want. They definitely know their stuff and can answer all your questions.

Alana Ashworth helped us at the domain location and it was a great experience. There was a delay on serta beds and we found one in a similar price range that i could pick up today. It was actually the mattress firm house brand sleepy but i was rather impressed. This was a few hours ago and we already have our bed set and ready to go. Pickup from the local wearhouse was easy.

I bought my mattress back in January of this year. It is now September and I have been LOVING that thing since day one. I stopped by today to grab another set of my sheets that I love (get option #3), and a new pillow that Ive been dreaming of for awhile. The gentleman that assisted me was very kind and polite, greeted me with a big smile, and even threw in a free gift for making [his] day! I enjoyed my second experience here at Mattress Firm just as much as the first. No complaints whatsoever!!!

I came in and spoke to Max who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about mattresses. I wasnt in a position to purchase at the time so I had to come back at a later date. When I came back, I spoke to Juan, the store manager. Juan was also very friendly and, knowledgeable and engaging. We conversed about several things in between talking about mattresses. My fiance and I just moved out to Austin, and one of the first things we were in need of was a mattress. Juan helped us just as we walked in. The best part about this experience was his approach. Juan took a very consultative approach asking us what we were looking for as far as comfort. The price and affordability question always comes up, but he was very conscious about approaching that topic, and made us feel incredibly comfortable. As a side note, we did what most buyers do, we looked into other stores and discount, but Juan was great from initial meet to making sure everything was delivered as promised!Could not say enough good things about our expierence.

Teddy was very helpful in demonstrating and show us what we should buy. Hes educational in his approach and told us the differences between sleeping with and without the power features. We didnt have any real knowledge of what bed we wanted and now we feel confident in making the correct selection. The store is clean and on the smaller side, not an overwhelming amount of options.

Right when walking in Juan was very nice and made sure we were greeted. He then went into total depth about the different kinds of mattresses and the ranges from firm, medium and soft! he let us try out every single mattress and even showed us the movable bases... we left with a new purple mattress and an adjustable base! My husband and I came into this location and worked with Terry. He was very friendly and thorough. We were in the process of closing on our home and he did an amazing job on working with his manager Juan to insure we got the best deal possible and not pressuring us to buy until after closing. We finally came in to purchase with Juan and he was very professional and did a great job in explaining everything to make sure we were happy with our purchase! We had such a great experience and we would defentiley recommend this location if you plan on purchasing a mattress!

They seriously earned every star. I was here with my girlfriend shopping for my first real mattress, and Juan (the vendor) was so helpful, educational, thoughtful and kind. READ THE FINE PRINT!!!I purchased a mattress here and absolutely hated it which is not their fault I should have laid on the mattress longer. When I was in the store they sell you on this 120 night trial where if you hate the mattress you can return it but what they dont tell you is the $500+ restocking fee that they charge you for them to take the mattress back. I get that it is a business but really $500?? I slept on the mattress for 2 nights and that was all I needed to know it wasnt for me even with the break in period. Even if you exchange the mattress for a new one they still charge you a 10% restocking fee. Dont get scammed like I did.

They took my money, lied about the mattress I was getting, messed up delivery twice, and I still am sleeping on the floor 600$ later. Omar is a joke of a manager and has done nothing but waste my time
