Has always done right by me. I purchased all my kids mattresses and myself through out the years and the customer service was always up to par. They have mattresses that fit every family income.

Great experience, I went with my wife and three young kids. They had good sanitation measures and the kids were able to try out all the beds too! Also, I was surprised that they had multiple types of bed in a box options that you could lay down on and try out. We felt very comfortable asking for advice and trying out everything.

The staff members are positive, helpful, go the extra mile to look up or order items if needed.In the time of COVID, they now have masks available, sanitizer, keep distanced, disposable pillow covers. Walked in on a lark and was greeted by Dean. Really nice and friendly, easy to talk to. I havent been in a mattress store in years so he helped me figure out what firmness I liked. I have never had a bed with an adjustable base so he showed me all the options without trying to sell me on the most expensive ones. He left me in peace when I was trying out mattresses. It was so easy and calm that I ended up buying when I wasnt planning on it. Fast delivery too, I cant wait to sleep in it tomorrow!

My partner and I wanted to try out Purples mattress and this store had good reviews. We met with Dean and expressed our intent to see a Purple. He explained the history of the company and the technology in the product. Dean was pretty chill and didnt push us in any direction we were interested in going.We tried the Purple 2, 3, and 4 which ranged from firmer to softer, respectively. Our preference is for firm, so we snagged a Purple 2.Dean worked some wizardry to get us a great deal on a mattress protector and set of sheets. He was personable and easy to talk with. We both left the store feeling dope about the purchase and excited for the delivery day! Recommend place for a relaxed mattress purchase.

They actually listen to your needs and budget and then proceed accordingly.Huge collection of mattresses, which you personally check out and the sales guys have amazing patience. They give you privacy to feel the mattress before you purchase.Alao, i think their 90 days sleep trial or return/exchange program is top notch nd no obe can beat that. Theres this 99$ delivery nd 10% stocking fee (of original purchase amount), which does hurts a bit ... but, thats part and parcel of the process i guess, as choosing a right mattress is of paramount importance, as if sleep is not good, u cant function, period.Note that, they are however logical enuf to not take the reverse delivery nd stocking fee, if u cancel your order before delivery (i did tht, purchased one mattress nd then before delivery went to shop nd changed it. just had to pay the difference and thts it).Later, i exchanged the 2nd one (charlotte euro top plush) as well for another (sleepys all foam, medium firm) nd i must say i finally have the right one, phew ...Finally, 1 more point .. I think they need to rethink on their policy of allowing only 1 mattress on theor sleep trial program (yes, u can return only the 1st mattress, after tht tge sale is final) ... I mean, if u r anyways paying reverse delivery nd stocking fee .. how does it matters if we do multiple returns .. just a thought.

Ive never had such a horrible experience with a companys website in terms of UI and processing transactions; on several occasions . I admit, I was very hesitant on going in store dreading all the sale pitches. Jacob took great care of me answered all my questions and most of all did not pressure me. He fixed all the problems I was running into on the website and got me in and out.
