Everything about this company is beyond any other. I would give 10 stars if I could. The mattress cover is delightful and comfortable for most people. Unfortunately, my husband has had many back surgeries and needs a very firm mattress cover.so it wasn’t for him.But. My Pillow, Couldn’t have been more accommodating and understanding. You will pay a little more than having it shipped to you in a box but, totally worth it dealing with Mattress Firm. Delivery was especially worth the price. That king size Mattress weighs over 200 lbs.

I was pleased that the salesman Dean was extremely patient with me as I considered several options among the mattresses that were offered. He was able to discuss in detail the pros and cons of the options and made no noticeable effort to steer me in any way toward the more expensive ones. The mattress has not yet been delivered, but I expect to be pleased. If not, the company seems to offer reasonable exchange or return options.

I enjoyed my experience at Mattress Firm in the Shops Pky. Store so much. My salesman was a very knowledgeable and very nice person. I have never been so confident in making my decision and John is the reason why. Choosing a mattress can be one of those things that one wants to do but it can be an experience that isnt fun whatsoever. He gives you a pleasant time by giving you all of the information you need and he gives you privacy to lie there as long as you need to test the beds in a peaceful way. I dont believe that I have had that good of a sales person.. I left there as happy as can be.because of John. I left there so happy and I know I made the right decisions. Super friendly and helpful, Andy took care of my order quickly as I had been waiting since Sept for the bed I had ordered from another retailer which somehow was never delivered nor was there any idea of when it would be delivered. The manager of the other retail office put me in contact with Andy and sent over my original order so that they could match it, we were able to do that without a hitch, delivery will be by the 5th....stay tuned.

Ryan and his crew has taken great care of us through 2 mattress purchases now. We’re about to need a couple more mattresses in a couple of months, and will definitely be using this team. Good job, guys.

Not sure why my experience was so poor when there are so many good reviews. I bought a king size bed that came with a frame and pillows. I had to call several times with no return phone calls over a month period before finally getting the pillows and they were tiny-not kings at all . The frame was cheap as could be and after two weeks bent and collapsed in the middle of the night. I finally called to complain and was convinced to buy a better one. I was supposed to be sent a link to view the new one and pay but once again-no follow through. Couldn’t get much worse in my opinion. Corporate greed at it’s finest

I literally never write reviews, however, seeing this is the first great experience Ive had at a mattress store, I saw a need to write one. Im personally annoyed at most mattress stores because the salesman/saleswoman is always rushing me and wont let me just relax and think about how I feel on the mattress Im trying out. Lauren, on the other hand was exceptional. She was very informative and helpful, and her knowledge on the science of sleep really helped to narrow my decision making. She really knew her stuff!! She also knew when to educate me and when to let me be. As a salesman myself, its nice to find someone who understands context clues and human behavior. Top notch!! The store manager, Andrew was fantastic to work with! He was friendly and very service focus. My wife and I went to his store on Labor day and he was by himself. Two groups of customer were ahead of us with more walking in as time went, he was able to acknowledge everyone and checked back to help each group. Our new mattress was delivered today as promised. Hope we dont have to use their 30 days sleep guarantee. I would give Andrew a 6 stars rating on his service alone.
