We have been thinking about a king bed and dropped by this location on Friday evening. We were fortunate enough that Leslie was working. She is a great bed consultant. She assessed our needs, identified what we were looking for, and gave us numerous options without pressuring us to buy. All the deliveries were booked and instead of having us wait, she and her district manager, Ali, delivered and set it all up. Couldnt be more pleased that we were able to get a whole new set up in under 24 hours.

Leslie Martinez sold me the best mattress Ive ever slept on! She asked me specific questions to make sure I was buying the perfect mattress for my sleeping needs. She was very attentive and knowledgeable! Not only did I receive great customer service from her, but also from the staff. It was a great atmosphere with quality employees! Leslie Martinez helped me purchase a new bed last night and I am SO pleased with my experience. I was able to get in and let them know what my preferences in a bed were, just to realize I’ve been choosing the wrong style for years! Leslie talked me through what does what in a mattress and told them how I sleep and they were able to find the perfect match for me. Wow!!!!! Leslie did a terrific job helping me narrow down exactly which mattress would work best for me. She was patient and had a ton of knowledge about health, sleep quality and mattresses. Leslie also did a great job assisting multiple customers, while making each customer still feel welcome. The team there is absolutely phenomenal, extremely kind and are full of willingness to assist you with what you need. Another great experience at the Mattress Firm. My tween has been sleeping on a rock-hard mattress for years. Yesterday she was served up a selection of comfy and affordable mattresses. We were in and out in less than, dare I say, 15 minutes? We got a nice price and she had a whole new sleep experience last night.

Riley was the one that helped me at the mattress firm store. I told him what my budget was and that I had to stay within that budget. He showed me mattresses that I knew I could not afford, again asking him to stay within my budget. After taking plenty of time to make sure that I would be getting the right mattress for myself, I actually wound up having to pay another $269more! the day before delivery I was notified that my mattress was no longer available. I had been sleeping on my couch for over a week, (I had to return the other one they sent me, again not the mattress I had ordered ). told him if I was not going to be delivered a mattress that I would need to come in for a refund. He then proceeded to tell me he would take care of it when he called to say I would be receiving my mattress the next day, I asked him repeatedly if it was the same mattress that I had chosen. He actually said it was an upgrade but definitely A medium/firm mattress by beauty rest. What was delivered was a used mattress, that I cannot exchange, a firm mattress that hurt my back and hips the first night I slept on it. I woke up very sore the next day. I now have to look for a mattress topper in order to be able to use this bad, that I did not choose.Their business practices are very dishonest and not transparent. When I asked for a confirmation that I was getting the mattress that I thought I had paid for he hung up on me. I am a senior with disabilities, and actually had to pay somebody to take me to the store to choose this mattress. I cannot afford the loss that I have taken using this store. I will never shop at a mattress firm store again, or refer friends and family to this place of business.

Our we experience was just awesome. It helps to know what you want and what youre looking for. Our daughter recommended to us Mattress Firm, specifically at Capital Plaza, and specifically, Leslie. She directed us to our exact match. We could not decide right away, but 2 hours later we made a decision to purchase the mattress that fit our needs. Leslie, really is educated on all the mattresses she sells. And knows what consumers are looking for. Thank you Leslie! Youre amazing!

Friendly, fast and easy experience. Needed a bunkee board for my queen bed. The retail location did not have it in stock, but was able to pick up from the warehouse just down the highway. They loaded it into my truck and I was in my way.Would recommend research beforehand as it makes the buying process more efficient.

Austin and (Jen) are incredibly knowledgeable about the products!! If you are set on getting a new mattress, I would a lot a couple of hours, but only because thats how dedicated Austin was to helping me get to the lowest price. He talked me into a mattress other than the Purple I thought I was set on, a huge bundle, and it was still lower than what I was quoted at a competitor.Its rare to encounter someone so obviously in the customers corner. :D

Our experience was amazing! Stress free and at no point did we feel pressured. Searching for a new mattress was so easy they knew exactly what we needed and helped us make the best choice and most importantly worked with us financially. Pedro Salinas was amazing and made the buying process so easy! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Really impressive customer service. There was one really minor issue in delivery; my bed frame wasn’t compatible w the box I got. Pedro gave great follow up trying to resolve the issue immediately. I went early in the morning and called well into the evening about the problem. He was still there and proactively helping me. He didn’t want to give misinformation and was extremely thorough in calling warehouse to verify the issue would be corrected within 24 hours. Pedro Salinas is really good at his job and is a pleasure to work with!

Austin was the best. He found me the best mattress, topper, and base board for what I needed and was looking for. He also got me a really great deal on the bundle. I’m so glad I stopped in. Had a great customer experience: Pedro Salinas took his time in explaining the differences in all their mattresses, and as I tried them all out, his info (and patience) made it an easy choice to pick the one that will help me with my sleep issues. We visited 4 different mattress stores and by far Mattress Firm at Capital Plaza had the best customer service (and good deals). The manager Leslie made us feel comfortable and really helped us pick the best mattress that would work for us and was within our price range. She was also straight forward about the deals and they caveats and didnt try to hard sell us anything we didnt need. Ive come back since to get a new pillow and she provided equally stellar service. Highly recommend.PS: If youre shopping around, there are mattress stores out there with better return policies than mattress firm. However, everything worked out great for us with our mattress and we wont be needing a return or exchange, so it turned out ok.

Our experience at this particular Mattress Firm was FANTASTIC - Pedro and Leslie helped us with all of our needs, they were incredibly educational and consultative without being pushy, and ultimately went out of their way to make sure that we found the mattress that was perfect for us. It was my first time in a mattress store, my first time buying a bed, and Mariana was fabulous! She not only taught me things I didn’t know, she genuinely cared to make sure I got the best mattress for me and my body. She was so helpful and she went above and beyond as a sales person to make sure I was also getting the best possible deal. She saved me a good chunk of money, and I left feeling relaxed and thrilled about my new bed.

Chris Graham at store 004002 is absolutely incredible. He was totally WAY knowledgeable about mattresses, more than I will ever begin to understand. He somehow was able to understand my very basic limited mattress knowledge and found me exactly what I wanted by my vague description about “just you know a normal mattress not like space science or the future. Just a regular mattress that is firm”. He literally found me my perfect mattress and I bought it on the spot. 2020 has been a horrible year. My sleep had been suffering tremendously. Chris really understood and just let me do what I needed to feel comfortable taking my time making my decision. 100 stars to you Chris and thank you. I’m so excited for my delivery!!!! Make sure you measure your mattress when you get it right away. Received a king sized mattress that is 2.5 short on both sides. It measures 73.5 x 77.5 instead of 76 x 80.Didnt realize how short it was until a few months after I purchased it when I finally got around to putting it in a bed frame and seeing how laughably undersized it was. Mattress Firm refuses to find a resolution even though they sold me a product that is not what was advertised. Staff is friendly until you have a problem. Stay away.

I just want to say thank you for the great experience that I had at mattress firm. .Charlton was so patience with me. He took his time answering my questions and telling me about the quality of the different mattresses and the adjustable base. He was very informative. I will never go back to a regular bed!!! The mattress and adjustable base that Charlton picked out for me was very comfortable. Ted was able to vouch that it was a good mattress. Thank you for everything!

The peaple at the store I went to were nice.but.after talking to there corporate office they gave me a 40 dallor coupon .the salesman could not get it to work.hmmm. called corporate they said the coupon would be applied after the sale.they lied.2. The peaple who delivered the mattress broke a light over head. They charge me 200 dallors for delivery . Yes they sent me a check for 75. But I put out about 500 dallors to get it fixed. So 700 - 75 = -625. The mattress was only 800. SO 1425 for a 800 dallor mattress. Thats not fair. No I would not win in a court of law .but I got ripped off.

Got in. Found my bed/mattress. Made a two day appointment. And got out.All business, none of the fluff.

Great help, solid selection, reasonable price, and simple delivery. Couldnt ask for anymore.
