Greeted immediately upon entering the store. The associate was with a customer and helped me as quickly as possible. I needed a queen box spring. He said they didnt have any at that location but he could get me one delivered for free the next day. Their prices were equivalent to Sams Club. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great experience!

When we bought my grandmother a standard mattress, she didnt even sleep on it. She decided that she wanted an adjustable bed. After some discussion of restocking fees, they let me return the mattress. They didnt have to do that.This is a mattress store. That means they employ sales people. Typically, sales people are not known for being cuddly. I have shopped at this store for years and have always been treated well.

My experience here was good enough that I thought it warranted a 5 star review. Im of the opinion that you can typically throw out the most and least expensive mattresses and everything else will give you a similar experience as long as you choose your preferred firmness. (Research in sleep studies back this up.) The mattress we purchased wasnt expensive. The price was competitive with everything else from the other stores. The reason Im giving this a five star review is that the mattress that was delivered had a weird softness on one side. I think some of the pocket springs had become misaligned or something. I called the store and explained the situation and they immediately shipped out a replacement and picked up the old one. The customer service was great. This is the kind of thing that will keep me coming back to buy a couple more mattresses when we move into our next house. Great job guys. Thanks for making me feel welcome in Austin.

Cant trust the manager at this location. Shes rude and and condescending. If you ask for the corporate number she will give you the customer service number and write down on the paper that its the corporate number. If you try to cancel and order she will be passive aggressive and question your decision.

The experience all around was the best big purchase experience Ive ever had! I never felt like I was being pressured into buying something I didnt want, and Justin listened to all of my requirements, asked all the right questions, and only showed me products in my price range and comfort level! When it came down to two mattresses, I went with his recommendation (they were both the same price) and I couldnt be happier! The mattress itself is great, but the service was spectacular. I did end up buying a few add-ons because they had great value, not because I was pressured into it. I would highly recommend going here to look for your next mattress first! I went on the Memorial sale weekend, and I bought a KING mattress. Justin offered us a bundle kit of sheets, pillows and mattress protector. He knew that the mattress we were buying was a KING size, and we ask for the kit to be KING size. While he was aware of that, knowing that we needed everything in KING size, he offered us this bundle kit, BUT he didn´t told us that the pillows of the kit were QUEEN size!We received everything and called him to ask him about the pillow size, and until then he told us that the pillows only came in one size, and that they might be a little bit loose to the pillow cover. THEY ARE WAY TO LOOSE!!!! I don´t believe it is fair for him not telling us all the information. He was aware we where having everything in KING size. Now I have very small pillows for my mattress and for my pillow covers , they are way to loose!!!!! He should told us this when he offered us the bundle kit!

Very good overall experience so far, purchased earlier this week and have had it 2 days. Mattresses can be a large purchase these days and we were very well informed about different types, brands, material, warranties etc, during our visit. We got a very good deal comparable to the same mattress and adjustable set at other retailers. I recommend this location especially the manager for a new mattress purchase.

The guys at Sleep Experts have raised the bar for customer service!! If it wasnt for Justin M. And his Relentless ability to make sure that I, as the customer was pleased, I would be sleeping on the floor for longer than a week! Justin went out of his way to make sure that because of a mishap with the inventory that was listed in their system, that I was taken care of, provided a mattress to not only match what I paid for, but as well give me the opportunity to try the mattress out and if it didnt work allow me to switch the mattress out free of charge! After moving into a brand new place and not having a bed to sleep on, running into an issue having a bed delivered would have been a nightmare. Thanks to Justin M. and his amazing customer service, that nightmare is no more and I will be looking forward to sleeping peacefully on my mattress that will be delivered. I bought a mattress a few months ago. Paid $400.00 for full size for guest room. Now that I have the mattress it is made so cheap. Very disappointed. Dont think I will ever shop there again. Mattress pad only on one side so no flipping this baby. I think I can stick my finger through the material on the box spring. Plastic covers stapled on corners of the box spring fell off while taking the plastic wrap off it.
