Didnt know there was a Tempur-Pedic store here, but Im glad we found it!Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They didnt pressure us into buying nor tried to oversell us.Danielle helped us every step of the way, from teaching us about the firmness/softness, applying for credit, to holding the bed and planning for delivery. Danielle provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about the products and not pushy with trying to make a sale. After initially purchasing a mattress and adjustable base, she said she would follow up via email regarding a few different things we discussed during our first visit. The Arboretum store where we just purchased our Mattress deserves a solid five stars. Danielle who assisted us with our purchase was excellent and also deserves five stars. She was knowledgeable, patient and helped us throughout the process. The store was immaculately clean. We have been to several other stores and we bought it here for a reason. For those of you looking for a Tempur-pedic bed we have had our current tempurpedic bed for almost 20 years and it sleeps like the day we bought it. We just felt it was time for a refresh and we could not be more satisfied with our current bed that we just purchased. The reason it does not get an overall five stars is because the delivery service was anything but white glove. At least, Danielle at the store made every possible effort to help get the delivery situation straightened out. They were two hours late arriving on a Friday afternoon, no calls, no notifications, no apologies and it was very frustrating since we had plans with several other people. In addition, the instructions that were given to the delivery service were not followed. We did not get 30 minutes notice. The two men who delivered the bed were nice enough but the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I am not even holding it against the two delivery man. Maybe they overbooked them to the point that they can’t deliver on time and the company is not courteous enough to give us a call. Who knows? It is a shame that this reflects badly on a store which we have been so pleased with.

We were in Austin visiting my in-laws and my mother-in-law was in need of a new bed. More specifically, she had a recent fall and has had subsequent back problems, so we needed a bed that would support her correctly and help with basic mobility tasks like getting in and out of bed.Upon entering, Danielle greeted the three of us warmly and asked some establishing questions regarding why brought us in and then some more specific to my MIL about what sort of support would be assist her. My partner and I have had a Tempur-Pedicure bed for the last four years (although an older model), so we were able to also assist in helping explain certain features and how they’d be useful from a day-to-day standpoint. Danielle was very patient, ensured that everything was well-explained and kept safe and clean (they use liners for both pillows and mattress trials), and showed us many different models. Knowing that delivery of the bed would be after my partner and I had left town, she took care to reassure my MIL that she’d reach out personally to ensure she received the assistance and communication she’d need in our absence. She also assisted (per our request) in finding new bedding and pillows to best serve my MIL.Overall, a wonderful experience and Danielle really went above and beyond. Working with senior people who may find handling things on their own to be a bit overwhelming can be difficult, but she handled it respectfully and with grace while she continued to relate experiences back to working with her own father. I think the entire experience definitely helped put my mother-in-law’s mind at ease and made the overwhelming task seem very manageable and well taken care of on Tempur-Pedic’s end.

Bought a top of the line split king . Failed after 4 days, repair wasn’t be for 1 week, rendering the bed useless, struck in TV watch mode. Do not buy this product during this sale period, or at anytime.

We were nervous to go into a store during COVID, but they had the store VERY clean and had a great system for protecting the mattresses so we could safely test them out. She did an amazing job answering questions and preparing our financing options. We had pre-shopped online and knew basically what we wanted and we were relieved that she worked respectfully within our goals without a hard up sell, too.

A mattress expense is a big investment so we wanted the opportunity to shop in person for the right mattress. We were lucky to find a Tempur-pedic store located near us, in the Auboretum. Deciding to go in person was the best decision we could have made. Upon entering the store, we where immediately greeted by friendly staff who took all necessary safety protocols they had implemented for COVID19. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. After participating in the Tempur-pedic experience of exploring all mattress types, we were able to easily and confidently make our decision on which mattress to purchase. It was a very exciting moment! Cheers to good health and great recovery nights after long days of work and/or exercise! We are grateful and blessed for such a wonderful experience. Scheduling the delivery and installation was easy and pleasant. Kuddos to the store manager for going above and beyond during the installation. If youre looking to purchase a Tempur-pedic mattress, I highly recommend going directly to the source rather than a furniture store. There is no comparison with the great customer service and great mattress shopping experience.

I recommend the Research Blvd. location, I cannot sing their praises enough.My experience with Tempur-Pedic on Research Blvd. was the best-case scenario! My family and I came to Tempur-Pedic and were greeted by Danielle. We have different mattress preferences (plus, I have back issues) and had no idea what we wanted. After discussing the different types of mattress feels, Danielle helped us test out different mattresses. Danielle was patient and asked us great questions - and based on our answers - led us to different mattresses. By the third mattress, we had found it! After finding the most optimal mattress we then dove into our soft/firm preference. We finally made our decision, and Danielle saved our preferences. There was no pressure to buy on the spot, which we appreciated. Fast forward perhaps a month, and we came back and tested the mattress again, and we still in love, and we made our purchase!We are so excited, grateful, and excited!PANDEMIC RELATED NOTE:-at least at the time of this review, you can schedule a private appointment-hand sanitizer & masks are available at the door-Danielle sprayed each bed before we tried it- Danielle placed guards (like a soft fabric) on the mattress and pillows for us to lay on

The ladies here were super nice, and very helpful!!! They even had a Clean/Covid process in practice, so we felt safe with shopping here as soon as we walked in. I loved how they took time to walk us through what we really wanted, and explain everything step by step. They were able to educate us, and answer all 1000 question we had. Tempur-Pedic company in itself is a fabulous company. Their customer service is over the top. Because I am lucky enough to live in Austin, TX, I have the opportunity to work with amazing people at the Arboretum store. Again they go above and beyond and are extremely caring, knowledgeable and are totally customer-service oriented. I would not hesitate to buy anything from them. I highly recommend them.

We love our temper pedic so much, we came to the Arboretum when we replaced our guest bed.The service was great and very clean showroom. They take cautions at every stage to keep clean and safe.

We went in Monday evening to try out the mattresses that we had been researching online. The store was clean with measures in place due to coronavirus. Danielle was friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy at all. She answered our questions and made the process smooth. We walked out of the store with our new pillows, and we are awaiting delivery. We appreciate their 90-day period for a return as well as their warranty, as this is a significant investment in good sleep. Were looking forward to enjoying our new mattress.

We came to the flagship store to compare the SleepNumber i8 versus the Tempurpedic LuxBreeze. Reggie was extremely helpful and informative, guiding us through the store and fielding all of our questions without pushing us to make a decision on anything.We were looking for a cooling mattress, since we tend to sleep really hot (especially during the Austin summers). Ultimately, we decided to go with the Activebreeze Medium, king. Reggie hands down was the most helpful mattress rep that we worked with all weekend, after visiting 5 different mattress stores. We can’t wait to sleep on our new cooling mattress!

Had a great experience with Danielle, she was very nice and didnt pressure us in any way. The store was nice and clean and measures were taken since Covid-19. She also made sure my delivery came on time since I was expecting company and needed the mattress right away. I will say that I can order the same mattress from the normal mattress stores and get same day or next day and it took 4 business days to get it. (not sure if that due to current state of the world or its that standard)

We drove for miles, and miles, and miles to get to you (them)... the flagship store. They worked with use for 30 days as they are aware this is a significant purchase . So happy to have had management and the team there to help each visit. I Hope we don’t need a new mattress for 20 or 30 years, but if we do, I would definitely go back to this store. For sure !!!!

Great service and explanations.

I went to a flagship store expecting a superior experience. I didnt want to haggle, Id made the decision and was ready to bit the bullet (these are not cheap.) Delivery was set for Tuesday. I called first thing Monday to let them know I needed to move delivery due to a business trip scheduled that day. They moved it to Thursday. They tried to deliver on Tuesday so I called two more times to confirm Thursday. They didnt show on Thursday after I rearranged my whole schedule to sit at home. Id stripped beds and was ready. They made a mistake and couldnt deliver that day despite me alerting them at 10am. I was not available the next day and leaving the country the following. I was so frustrated I cancelled and will go to one of the 50 mattress stores that hopefully can handle delivery.

The store is branded new, it is very clean and neat. It has a lovely ambiance, it doesn’t feel like a store, more of a bedroom set up. The staffs are professional and knowledgeable regarding the products. Non-pushy associate like other mattress stores, which I appreciate. Bought some mattresses from them to furnished all my bedrooms in my house. I will definitely come back for future purchases, and let my friends and family know to go to this location to buy tempur pedic. It is not a third party retailer, so you are very taken care of.

I just have to say, What a shopping experience!! I was in the market for a new mattress and wanted to see what Tempur-Pedic was all about. While shopping at the Arboretum I noticed there was an actual Tempur-Pedic store and popped in. The actual store is so different from these other furniture, or big box mattress stores. You walk into a warm, inviting, super clean environment. The well versed staff walks you step by step through the different products, without applying pressure. They are able to answer all your questions, and as an older lady...I had a few. My experience felt more like a stroll, and now I am a happy Tempur-Pedic owner!

Even though installment was delayed, Carolina and Brandi made the whole experience a positive one. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the bed installed and ready as soon as possible.

Below average service, clean, lots of choices, and really well lit. I love Tempurpedic and it is super exciting to be able to feel all their different pillows and beds in person. The location is a little hidden behind trees so the best way to look for them is between LensCrafters and Five Guys.Unfortunately the staff didnt really seem to know what they were talking about and made my wife and I feel like we were somehow burdening them by asking for simple things. When they didnt have a display of a certain pillow and we asked to see one, they told us we couldnt at first. Then when we insisted they open one up to have a look, they did it reluctantly. One of the sizes that I wanted was supposedly not in stock and then when I asked if she could check, they did have it in stock. I was so uncomfortable and trying to make up reasons for their behavior. I thought is it close to closing time? and found out they had another two hours before closing time.They were having a grand opening BOGO pillow event and when I asked which ones were BOGO they didnt know the answer. One claimed it was pillows only and another claimed it was pillows and cushions. Then when I was checking out with the cashier .. the girl who helped me said its 25% off cushions but Ill give you the BOGO deal so I had to call her out and tell her that first of all she cant do that and second cushions are part of BOGO pillow deals - online or in store. I guess theyre taught to fake it til you make it here?If I didnt love Tempurpedic as much as I did I would probably give these guys a lesser rating. I still got my BOGO deal and love the fact that there is a location in Austin so ... shrug*One last thing that bothered me .. they had the doors open because they were cold and quite frankly as a customer I felt like it was hot in there. Especially while trying all the pillows out and going from mattress to mattress in a warm setting ... not pleasing.Plenty of parking is available here so no worries about that.
