When another Mattress Facility messed up and only told us our mattress wouldn’t be delivered for another 10+ days we canceled that order and drove down the street and talked to David here. We had just moved to town and didn’t want to spend too long on the air mattress or go to a hotel so it was music to our ears we could likely find an in-stock mattress for next day delivery (since we were there before the 7pm cut off).We gave David our budget and preferences/sleeping habits, tested out a few, made our selection and ordered the mattress and mattress protector in less than 20 minutes. Hours later we get the delivery window for the next day, and sure enough it arrives as expected. The delivery drivers were friendly and quick, and brought it upstairs to the room we wanted it in.The mattress itself is comfortable and just what we needed. We will never order from the other Mattress Facility again while Factory Mattress is nearby!

I was so surprised to find out they had layaway, which came in handy since the apartment I was moving into unit was not ready on the date specified. I purchased a twin an full mattress for my daughters an a queen set for myself. We are all sleeping comfortably with no complaints. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I know shopping for a mattress is weird. But if you just give David the time of day to test you out on the machine that reads your pressure points, he will steer you in the right direction.My husband and I came in looking for a purple, which they dont carry. So we turned next to the nectar. But after the pressure test, we soon realized that a icomfort was a much better fit.Now, as for the adjustable base. Yes.... it was a pretty little penny. But we got the one with the memory remote. I would do it again. When you find the right position, your back will thank you.

Customer service is terrific. Delivery is next day. They have technology that scans your body to detect your pressure points. Then it recommends a mattress. The price was good. Buying this mattress, literally and figuratively, was painless.

The people are friendly and the prices are average. We ended up buying from here because they had the best balance between price and comfort. The return policy is not very good, but we took a chance on a $350 mattress. They won’t allow you to return it to the store yourself, you have to pay them to come pick it up and then the restocking fees. If IKEA was open we probably would have bought there, if we were in the market for a more expensive mattress we probably would have gone to Costco.

Chris helped me and my roommate pick out 2 great mattresses, the quality of the mattresses are great and costed much less than I had expected for a quality mattress. The micro fiber sheets are great as well, delivery was smooth and Chris followed up a day after to make sure our service was done right. Very pleased with factory mattress.

Chris Nulton listened carefully to my requirements for a mattress that would accommodate my bad back, and I finally settled on one that I spent some time lying on in the store....purchased one of the same that was in stock and it was delivered the next morning and unwrapped and set up by the drivers. Reading the info that came with it, it said that it would feel more firm at first....Actually, it feels less firm and tends to cave in the center......not quite sure whether I will be able to handle this over an extended period. Quite difficult to turn to either side. My experience in the store and with Chris was excellent, but as I have a very bad back finding something to work for me is next to impossible. Thank you Chris, I am hoping that this works out for me. I am posting five stars for my experience with the salesman, but maybe not the mattress. Caroline

Buying a mattress is tricky business! Not always do you nail it on the first try with the right one. We have purchased all of our mattresses from Factory Mattress. This included kids beds as they left for college and all replacement beds. Recently we needed to replace our king sized bed. The first really good bed just didnt fit us both. So we took the time to take the mattress test there in the showroom. We were really well educated with our new options and within a short amount of time our first mattress was swapped out for the better fitting one! Bonnie is our go to for all things mattresses. Her co-working was also extremely willing to help us while we waited for Bonnie. Who does that? Who puts in time on a sale he knows wont benefit him at all? Forgive me if his name isnt Patrick? I would love to thank him publicly! Great job and great company!!!

My husband and I are extremely happy with our purchase from Factory Mattress. A big part of it was because of the amazing customer service and help from Chris Nulton. Purchased a mattress, box spring and a bed frame.While the mattress is comfortable the bed frame is a foot shorter than the mattress and box spring and squeaks.

Chris was somebody I trusted to give me a good deal. I didnt have much money. I went to other places before him but didnt seem like I could get as good of a deal. Chris got me the Mattres I needed for my budget. He was very patient with me price checking adjustable beds and other stuff. Great service, great salesman and the matress is just the perfect.

I purchased a mattress, foundation and a frame last week. Today it was delivered, they delivered the wrong foundation, which was marked SAMPLE, and the wrong frame. I ordered the heavyweight frame and received some flimsy one. I spoke to the store and they apologized but I said I want it fixed TODAY..I got a call back from the store saying that it would be taken care of after 3pm..well see. I dont have much hope.
