The personnel here were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I came back to them for this purchase because of my previous experience with them. When I was trying to provide a comfortable place for my hospitalized son, I bought a mattress that he found uncomfortable. They replaced it with only the delivery charge. On questioning they told me they would clean the discarded mattress and donate it to a charity. I found them a great company to deal with for all these reasons, and I would highly recommend them.

My roommate and I went in to look for a mattress and Jennifer made the process easy and simple! She offers some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! Jalan was so helpful and professional. To be honest my husband and I didnt know what we were looking for in a new mattress when we came in.
